My phone charger was loose an I stopped by SMART PHONE REPAIR. The front service agent gave me reasonable price and 15 minutes to get it done. While waiting he asked me other options to buy another phone and other iPods but after we discussed, I sat down and he called me that my phone problem was solved and it was ready as promised. They thank me for using their service and I left. I am happy for respecting my time giving me reasonable time and service I am satisfied and I strongly recommend SMART PHONE REPAIR. 12/28/2020 Best service in town. Best prices in town too. Spoke to Sam about what was going on with my phone. He told me he needed 45 minutes. And sure enough my phone was ready to pick up and was good as new. I highly recommend this place for your repairs.

Cheap prices . Good work. Have better customer service . They told me to call them before coming so I called and asked for an update . The guy cut me offs from my sentence and says I told you to come in at 11 . Other than that Id still go back there because prices are cheap.

These guys are a bunch of crooks. I paid $525 for what I thought was an iPhone 8 plus, they sold me a 7 and it was locked, then when I tried to return it they told me that I’m the one that locked it and there was nothing they were going to do about it. They were rude and as far as I’m concerned robbed me of my hard earned cashed. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S8 in to have the front screen repaired. Shortly after picking up my phone I noticed that I had difficulty plugging in my earbuds and once it was plugged in I could only hear out of one side. I then realized that every time I turned/tilted my wrist that something would move inside of the phone. So I drove back to the store, the same night, to inform of the problem and Artif told me that the battery was loose from when I dropped it and that the cord can be plugged in. I informed him that wasnt true because nothing was moving inside my phone prior to it being repaired and I didnt say the plug could not be plugged in. Plus I would not have drove back if that was the case. I said that they took my phone a loose and did not put back together right. He said that they only repaired the screen and did not do anything else. So of course I had to go back and forth with him. Artif then took the phone to the technician and miraculously the alleged battery being loose wasnt an issue anymore. However I still had the issue with my ear buds. And Artif insisted that nothing else was done. I said the port was damaged while in their possession so whatever he, the technician, did when it was either took apart or put back together he damaged it. Artif then told me that the port would need to be replaced and even had the audacity to tell me hed give me a good price. I told him I would take it elsewhere before I would pay for another service and I would sue them for the amount that I would have to pay to get it fixed. I took my phone to Samsung and spoke with a technician who educated on phone repair. I found out that the front screen cannot be repaired without all the components being removed. The phone would have to be completely gutted then everything would need to be replaced once the screen is fixed. And I was told glue could have gotten on one of the components or somewhere on the phone which could cause it not to function properly. And in order for them to be able to tell me what was damaged, Id have to pay for a screen repair plus any damage they find to any component or functionality. Unfortunately I will not fulfill my threat to sue because it would cost me almost $500 just to prove what I think happened. But Artif flat out lied when he said they did not do anything. As I stated earlier, everything had to be removed from the phone. They are dishonest and the technician does not have any work ethics. Beware if you chose to do business with them because you are risking your device not functioning the same as it did prior to it being serviced. If you have a problem afterwards, they will say they Did Not Do Anything other then fix the screen. So if you value your device, I strongly encourage you to use a certified Samsung repair shop...Lesson learned

Smart Phone Repair did a good job on my Galaxy S7 phone. It was quick, left on one day and got it the next day. Even more, I was able to get a very good discount straight from the manager, different from many places that talking about discount is not even possible. Id recommend it.

This place is absolutely awful, the woman behind the counter has absolutely no idea what she is doing, I took my iPhone 6 Plus in to be repaired because the touch screen was acting up, nothing was wrong with the glass on the screen, it wasn’t cracked or anything, as a matter of fact the screen was in perfect condition. The technician, at least that’s what she calls herself, told me it was the screen, I told her it wasn’t the screen, but she convinced me that it was the screen, so I let her replace the screen since she offered me a money back guarantee, that if it wasn’t the screen I could get my money back. So I decided to go ahead and let them repair the phone. One day later the phone is doing the exact same thing it was doing before I brought it in. When I took the phone back to this place, the technician tried to blame it on Apple, she said Apple was sabotaging there older phones. Of course I didn’t get my money back. Do not go to this place for any repairs.

So, a couple of days ago I got my phone fixed from here. Its working perfectly fine now. Surprisingly the customer service was quite pleasant and the staff were attentive. Max fixed my phone within the same day which was impressive because other places tend to take longer sometimes. This location also beats out other places in price. Overall, Im happy with the service I received and Id definitely recommend!!

Really bad experience, I took my phone for battery problems for iPhone 6, after a month still have the same issue. Not charging and just turn off. So I took to a different place and guess what? Parr’s was missing. They never replace the new battery. So sad to see poor job, and stilling parts. Not happy at all.

My Samsung 7 phone was repaired at a very reasonable price. It pays to do your research on the price before you go, as you may need to negotiate the price. It took a few hours to replace the glass. Ali is a nice guy.

The man shattered my camera, while he was supposed to be fixing it probably from not being gentle with it. Then he made me pay $130 for a new screen but a not working camera. When I went back the next day to ask for a refund, he insisted that is just how he replaces the screens!!

They Charge for Authentic Parts that are obviously Not Authentic. Don’t be fooled if they say otherwise. I wasn’t the one dumb enough to go here but I’m speaking up for someone who was because their phone was ruined by these ppl so they can’t post for themselves.

I will never in my life go to the store again.. I got a new sim from them and they suppose to transfer from my old network to a new one after paying them..up till now they cannot get it done. So Sad, I keep going there to see their manager and calling them several times but they are all lying . Especially one of them acting as the manager but hes not. Their service sucks and I went there several times too and keep giving me unnecessary excuses...If you want a good service please dont go to the store. Thats how I lost my money and my phone number. I have to get a new phone number.

I got my Samsung Note 8 screen repaired here this week. Just to let you know in advance, Samsung Note screens are expensive to fix. Even more than Iphones. It took approximately 45 minutes for the repairs to get done. That service is great.However, I didnt have the $281 cash/debit at the time of the purchase; therefore I was going to use my American Express card. Keep in mind that all four credit and charge card logos are at the front door of the store. They dont take credit or charge cards at the time. Therefore, I had to wait until my bank opened the following day to get the funds.No problems with the service of the phone. Just the issue of advertising credit and charge cards at the door. Sure there was a sign on the back of the register computer monitor describing only cash/debit cards accepted. But why advertise credit and charge cards.
