I went twice good service and really fast. after a week use of my iPhone 10 the screen was popping out also when I dropped the first time it cracked with an otter box case even inside the screen from pocket height then i fixed at Fix my Phone. somehow later today I drop my phone the whole screen came out and it the screen shows blue on the bottom of the phone and all separated I later watch and yt video its because they didnt seal the phone together twice and I spent at least $300 the 2 times I went

Like NEW! My kid broke my wifes phone. Took it to this shop, Brandon is the one who helped me. Very knowledgeable and got straight to the point. I also brought in an old phone to get fixed for my kids can have but told me what i needed to know and gave me the tools to make my decision. This was my second time getting my phone fixed, no fault of theirs. The first time I went the gentleman was very nice, he even gave me a discount for working in the businesses nearby. The second time I went, I got a gentleman that wasn’t as friendly as the first guy and I had on my shirt he didn’t mention a discount. I asked for a price on something and it was more than I was quoted the first time. I won’t say that I will not go back, because the first gentleman was very nice. But in order to grow a business, everyone must be treated the same by everyone.

These guys really worked with me in a pinch. Big issue is 3d touch not working.. Ive noticed a couple others have alluded to this. I am hoping that tomorrow well be able to rectify the that. (which, by the way even on sensitive I now have to press the screen like hercules in order to have any kind of response. They did mention that the glass that they order is thicker, which is the reason the glass isnt seated down in the phone like the original glass.. may be the thickness of the glass is at issue here. We will see. Very good people at this location.

I dropped my phone, the screen went blank, and everything stopped (including my heart - I hadnt backed it up in a while). I was still getting messages to my watch, so I took it to the AT&T store and they recommended Fix My Phone across the beltway. Wow was he right! I cracked my phone screen and called around for pricing on replacing it. 1) Fix My Phone was the most affordable. 2) the screen was available the next business day (the few places I called around would have my screen no sooner than 3-4 business days). These two reasons are why I chose to go with Fix My Phone. I ended up working with Santiago. He was professional, polite, and he kept me updated throughout the process. My phone was repaired within 2 hours and I am completely satisfied with the service provided. Recommending this place as a result of my positive experience.

Awesome customer service, when getting checked in to get my screen fixed. Was finished in a timely manner and the screen was perfect again.

Jesse helped me tremendously! My nieces iPhone 7 plus was broken and we couldnt figure out what to do. We went to this location and was helped by Jesse, he explained what the issue was and quoted me a time (30-45 minutes) and exceeded that. It didnt take as much time as he quoted and reached out t ok let me know it was ready. My niece will now have her phone while the city is shut down for quarantine, well be able to reach her and shell watch her youtube shows.

We went in because our phone would not charge. Nothing wrong with the screen! We had them run a diagnostic our phone galaxy s8+ $45. When they called they werent sure what the issue was and said they would need to replace the LCD screen FIRST $250. Then they would check other stuff like the battery. No, our screen is fine! Luckily we found another place and they fixed the phone in 30 minutes. It was the battery!

Walked in to have home button replaced on iPhone (was working fine) was told it would take 20-30 minuets. Came back 2.5 hours later to check progress to a non functioning phone. Was told they tried 3 different home buttons ( originally told they only had one... so what else did they use?) none of them worked and now the phone was stuck on a boot loop. Only upside is they didn’t charge us for our wasted time. So now we will order the replacement part and fix it ourselves and pray we can fix whatever else they broke to cause the boot loop.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I had an IPhone 8 plus screen replaced and it was absolutely terrible. The color was very dull and mute with the brightness only achieving maybe 70% of the original screen. After three visits and them admitting their screen quality cannot be improved or pretty much just sucked. I had my cracked screen put back on. This place is lousy, they should have the decency to inform their customers that there will be a variation BEFORE the work is performed. Take my advice and go somewhere else that will A) use better quality parts that do not mark it up 200% B) will actually charge less for better quality and service. Do not let this place steal your money and put cheap terrible quality parts on your phone. There is better out there.

I was in on vacation and my screen broke while I was there and had called them up and they worked with me so well. Very efficiently!! Really happy with the outcome. They took me through the steps especially Santiago who had worked on my phone and I couldnt be more happier choosing this place. Definitely will recommend!

These guys were fantastic. I cracked my phone screen and of course it spiderweb/shattered all the way from one corner to the other. I made an appt at 11am, got 10% off my total and was done by noon. It actually only took 30 minutes or so, but I went next door to MODS :) total cost, $126. Apple wanted $150! Super nice and super fast. I highly recommend.

This place is so unhelpful. They changed the prices of what they originally told me was going to be. They said they would have my part for my phone in a certain day. & it ended up coming in 3 WEEKS AFTER. I came 2 times, coming out of my way!!! And they didnt have it. They didnt offer me a discount for the inconvenience!!!!! Once I got my phone fixed, the speaker for my phone was messed up, & overall my experience was completely DISAPPOINTING! The employees literally dont help for anything!! This was the worst phone repair I ever had. Over priced for no reason! Customer service was very poor

Wow, they did an amazing job with my phone. The customer service was off of the charts. Would totally smash my phone on purpose just to go back.

They will not listen to u if you have issues and will interrupt you while you are talking rudely. They fix the device but will not tell you it will loose some features. We have to figure that out on our own. Iphone third party parts are not approved by Apple therefor lose features. They even threaten to call the police if we went to ger our money back. Tried to get a hold of the owner or boss or corporate person but refused to give me any I formation. I did however receive the owner of this locations email address when I spoke to another location.. he has yet to reply to my email and its been over 4 months. Cant believe the customer service they have. I hope they respond to this review the way they spoke to me on the phone.P.s. I see a strategy this place uses to reply to some bad reviews is to say that they keep track of all of thier customers on file and they are not in it, implying its a fake review. I am writing this on behalf of my cousin so my name is not on file.
