I needed an iPhone X charging port repair done and was recommended Sam for the job. I was a bit skeptical because I saw all the excellent reviews and thought it was too good to be true. I made the trip from Spring all the way to Memorial City for the fix and it was all worth it. Sam is a very professional, hard-working, and a honest individual. He was upfront with me about possible risks and I trusted his expertise. It was very affordable and comes with a 60 day warranty on the part he repaired. It has been over 24 hours and my phone works like new again. Im so thankful to Sam for fixing my phone and will definitely recommend him to anyone if you need an iPhone repair. While it took Apples Genius Bar Guys 50 minutes to diagnosis the black screen, ended up telling me to spend $599 to replace my Xs Max, Sam gave me back my phone in less than 2 minutes with a screen perfectly works. Forget about Genius Bar, just call Sam!

I went in for a iPhone battery replacement because it was at 88% capacity. He claims he fixed it and said “ if it’s not better come back I will replace it “. I get home and the capacity is still 88%. I took my phone to another store and it’s now back to 100%. Stay away from this guy cuz he’s shady. You should have fixed my stuff right the first time. Get bent dude

I dropped my phone Saturday night and Sunday every place was closed except this one Sam came to me and fixed my phone in under 20 minutes. He did an excellent job even added a screen protector me for. Super cheap also compared to other places. So grateful ask for Sam he was great!

I picked this cellphone repair service due to the high number of 5 star reviews. I was not disappointed. The gentleman was very understanding when I called to explain the problem with my phone. He offered to pick up my iphone from my office, took it to his shop, fixed it and returned it within 2 hours. The cost was very reasonable. If you are as addicted to your smart phone as I am, save this vendors information for future reference. I think you will be happy you did. BTW: back up your devices frequently.

Dropped my iPhone 6+ in water. After drying it out with a hair dryer it seemed to work ok, until a week later when it wouldnt hold charge and wouldnt charge when plugged in. My husband took it in to Cell City and they were able to fix it. Works great again. Had I taken it to the Apple Store like I intended, they would told me I needed a new iPhone. For a fraction of the price, Cell City was able to fix my existing phone saving me hundreds of dollars! We have another phone with a cracked screen and will be taking it to them later this week to repair. Dont believe the Genius Bar. Take it to Cell City.

Could never get a hold of them after multiple calls

The back of my iphone 8 was cracked all over the back and I wanted to fix it before I traded it in. I called around to many cell phone repair stores and Iphone Repair had the lowest price at $80. Everyone else was asking for at least $120. Because they also had great reviews, I decided to take my phone here. I dropped my phone off on Sunday and it was ready by Tuesday. The owner was very nice and he did an amazing job on the repair. Hoping I don’t crack my phone again, but if I do, I know where to take it.

Excellent customer service - I cant stress this enough. My wifes iPhone 6S was accidentally dropped briefly in water. Sam examined it thoroughly, then actually recommended against him fixing the screen that wasnt working. The cost to me to replace the screen would only be $100 less than replacing it with a new one at the Apple store. When I took it to the Apple store, it did indeed already show signs of internal corrosion, etc.I was impressed enough with Sams service that I am leaving a Google review, which I literally have never done. Unfortunately, young or old, no one has more experience breaking phones than myself. Excellent, excellent customer service. Came in to fix my cracked iPhone 6 Plus, and not even 25 minutes later I walked out with a perfect screen. Even told me what was wrong internally with my second iPhone I brought in just cause! When it comes to phone repairs, you wont find a better, or cheaper place, trust me on this.

Although there was an internal problem on my iPhone that was beyond repair, I would highly recommend Cell City. They gave me a free estimate and great suggestions about how to solve my issue. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly character of the person who was working - a trait that is uncommon at many other iPhone repair stores. Their office is a little hard to find, but just keep in mind it is located on the second floor (suite 268) in the 3300 building.

I had them replace my screen. Two weeks later i dropped the phone, and the screen cracked. He replaced it at no cost. I dont mean he will to that to everybody, but i visited him several times for some other reasons, just as a customer, we do not know each other personally.(This should not mean he has to replace your screen after you break it. Heck no.)Eventually, i left his place happy.Today, i called him for my wifes iphone 6 plus screen problem. (It randomly freezes.) I explained the problem and he told me to not try to fix it as this is a motherboard problem.I was not happy with the news, but i am glad he was honest with me, i did not waste time, nor money.Going to get a new phone for my wife. I wish he sells phones.
