Fast service, and honest employees. I was referred to them by another repair service and told I needed an earpiece replacement, the employees tested it and told me that it only needed to be clean, and now my phone calls are crystal clear.The only minor gripe I have is how phone security was handled; they asked me for my pin to test the uncleaned earpiece, when all that was required was my phone number. Other then that, excellent service.

Used them a few times for iPhone glass replacement and the owner has never tried to rip me off like other shops.He promised me on phone to do it (iPhone 6 glass replacement for $30) and I walked out of there after paying EXACTLY $30 after getting it replaced, he even installed a tempered glass protector for free !!! I went to Cell Outlet on accident trying to find another cell repair place, I spoke with Ahmed and told him the price I was quoted over the phone from the other company to have my LCD screen replaced. He was very informative and open about how realistic the other company could give me the price they quoted me. Turns out the other company couldnt get the part and misquoted me on the price, so I returned to Ahmed and they replaced my screen in no time and also gave me a new temper glass for the wait, which wasnt that long!
