I tried installing my own interior lights. Well that didn’t turn out great for me. I found this place and thought I stop by to see what they can do to help me.They were amazing. The instal took less than 10 minutes. The customer service is wonderful. Also they have great warranty’s. Probably the best in the city with a lot of their products.Vibetronix offers Tint, car audio and automation.They don’t do a lot of customizing I believe. Don’t quote me on that but it wouldn’t hurt to stop by and ask.They are very 100% professional and perform quality work. I definitely recommend them.

I had been looking for a place to install a new sound system I had purchased for my Honda Civic. I love reading reviews and after reading about Vibetronics, I knew I had to check them out. I met Al and his team - I knew after speaking with him, they would do a great job. Man i cant recommend them enough these guys know what they are doing and will set you up right. My name is kenneth and i brought in a 2020 Honda civic not knowing basically anything about car audio but none of that mattered because when I walked in I talked to Al and told him what I wanted. He took his time to explain and showed me everything he recommended and why it would be the best option for my set up. I felt very comfortable talking to Al as he answered all of my questions and was 100% confident i was getting the best set up, he is a true professional and very easy to get along with as was everyone in the store. After getting a quote on everything he recommended, the store owner actually gave me a lower price than what was quoted in order to get closer to my budget price and also threw in a couple of extras without charging me. This was truly amazing as i could tell they arent there to rip you off but to get a happy customer that will have trust and loyalty in them. I left my car Friday afternoon and received it back Saturday after everything was professionally installed and let me tell you, the technicians definitely know what they are doing. Everything look so clean without a wire in sight, the car looks exactly the same when i bought it off the dealership. They took me to the back as they were tuning everything and the whole building was shaking!! The sound was phenomenal and way better then what i was expecting. If you are looking for a audio shop that cares, look no further because these people are definitely the best. Not only have they made me extremely happy on how my car sounds but they exceeded my expectations on what true customer service should be. I was looking for a place to install my new sound system in after figuring out I wouldn’t be able to do it my self with out messing something up. So I found this place, went based off the reviews and I was not disappointed. 10/10 customer service and installation was clean. On the way home I was turning necks there’s a reason why this place has such great reviews you get what you pay for!

These guys have fixed an ongoing issue that I have been dealing with for a long time. Price was great and there knowledge of wiring is amazing. My second stereo installation was out of this world. Sound like I spent alot. But I didnt I highly recommend these guys.

Got my system done from them at the beginning of the year. When they say they back up they warranty best belive they do. My amp burned out and took it back to them they didnt have the same one but they sure did upgrade it with no hesitation. I fully recommend they for your stereo installations with they 100% back up warranty. My go to place

Ive driven by this place 1000 times on my way home from work. Bought a new truck and wanted to put the system from my previous truck in the new one. Checked the reviews and decided from there to take my truck to Vibetronix. From Al at the front desk spitting his knowledge, the owner meeting me on Sunday (when they were closed) to pick up my truck because I couldnt make it Saturday night and the boys doing the install, I give these guys 2 thumbs up and would refer them to any of my close family and friends.It was refreshing to find this level of service.Its rare these days.When they finished the install of my existing equipment, Al called me and said its done Mr. Garza, but I dont think you are going to be happy with the base. He then said that he is a base heads and that I may be good with it. I told him to let me drive it for a few days and I will let him know. The moment I turned the stereo up, I heard exactly what he was talking about. I immediately called him back and asked what he recommended. He said some shallow 12s in a better box.I took my truck back, they installed the speakers/ new box and my truck is officially thumping.Another note: The amp I initially purchased from them didnt work with the 10s they were installing so they upgraded it to a better amp at no additional cost. A few hours later, I received a call informing me that the 4- 6x9s werent shallow enough so they upgraded them at no cost.I offered to cover any additional cost and him and the owner refused it.Real Talk.....These guys are legit.......👌🏼

Since my TEENAGERS YEARS I’ve been going to Vibetronix for all audio related situations. IVE NEVER EVER had a bad experience with anyone on the team. They make you feel like you are at home, they honor their words, and they don’t just “take your money” I can’t express how satisfied I am with the jobs they’ve been doing for YEARS. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Al, Kevin, the other man... (cant remember his name 😕) and the tech guys that are there are all awesome. The guys in the front are super friendly and more than helpful.. Al has even called/text me personally to let me know things going on with my vehicle. I could go into why I love this place and the people so much but that would be Harry Potter book length lol. The guys in the back arent the friendliest but they know what theyre doing and they do a great job. Super professional. I recommend anyone looking for a sound system, light kit, alarm system etc, to come here. Theyre fairly priced and are very knowledgeable. Dont hesitate to come to Vibetronix! Highly recommended place. Very optimistic place with Al being reasonable, knowledgeable, and understanding, Al offers the best deals with his parter Big Kev alongside the installers in The bay. Done more than 3 systems in one car (each time upgrading the system into a different setup) and recently a new set up system in my Buick.. hands down best stereo shops I’ve been to that shows max love and respect. Turned my regular car into a BANGING SLAB! (Stay loyal and they’ll put you on some game in the music game)

Seriously the best experience. The staff there is so nice and knowledgeable. They changed my old screen, installed keyless entry, and a backup camera for SUCH a fair price and so fast too!! You don’t need to go anywhere else for your sound and car accessory needs because you can trust them and will take care of you here.

Absolutely unwilling to help with anything over the phone. Ive called on multiple occasions and received 0 help other than bring it in... So you want me to waste time, take off from work just to bring it in when you could answer a basic question about it over the phone?? These people dont respect your time and make it difficult to get any information about anything...Im sure they probably treat you better once youre in their store but I wouldnt count on getting ANY help over the phone... Ill find somewhere else to drop $4k on my sound system.. smh.

Excellent customer service, fair pricing, quality work, and FAST!...and the list goes on..I went in to get a diagnosis on my vehicle as the speakers would cut in and out. Repair was completed along with an install of an old sub I had lying around. Everything sounds great! They were honest in letting me know that my speakers were actually a good brand/model (instead of attempting to up sell like most places would) All I needed was new wiring. Communication was excellent, I didn’t even have to follow up at any point as they called me multiple times with updates. This is the place to go. Thank you!

Big Al is the man. Couldve easily sold me a more expensive amp but then noticed I didnt have the right wires for it and it could be dangerous so recommended a less expensive one. Now thats a business that cares for his clients. Waiting area is nice too. Will most definitely be back and send send friends and family over

I went over to have my headlights switched out. Al told me about some leds that would be nice and would be better than what i had. I had hids and the leds were definitely way brighter. Al and Kevin took care of me and i was out of the shop within minutes.

This is by far the BEST and only shop I would recommend going to they are really professional and the quality is really well given for the price. They make sure you leave with what you need and care about your car as if its theirs. They are legitimately business who wont low ball you for what youre getting. if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. while you wait they let you relax and watch TV and treat you with water and not that it matters but even the restroom is really nice and well cleaned with the freshest smell, almost as if I were home!! come check it out no joke0

This place is awesome! Kevin, the Sales Rep. is the best! He listens to your concerns, offers his honest, expert opinion and make suggestions based on your expectations and price range! Looks like theyre still putting the store together. They were very helpful in knowing their products. They didnt actually have what I was looking for, however quickly recommended a place that would. I jumped back into car audio after about a 5 year break, very unfamiliar with the market. Houston has a ton of car audio dealers and I unfortunately went though a string of bad shops that all tried to horribly upcharge everything knowing I had some credit to work with. They left me with little faith in dealing with any new car audio dealers, until I visited Vibetronix. Upon arrival I was warmly treated by the two managers. They identified some cheap wires used by my previous installations (Katy Kar Audio) and replaced everything with the utmost quality. I immediately noticed a difference in my sound quality and power. They also showed me how different the internals of a wire can be when comparing quality. They also installed a mono amplifier and took the time to set the gain and equalizer perfectly. My experiences have been nothing but spectacular with these guys. I highly recommend Vibetronix if you want top notch customer service, top grade installation and incredibly competitive prices.

This is the place to get your windows tinted. LOOK NO FURTHER! I paid $160 for a beautiful tint that was flawless in detail. The guy behind the counter is incredible. I got great service at a modest price but overall I got an incredible tint job that keeps my black car cool and my identity discreet.

I moved out here from California and these guys at this shop treated me better than people back in Cali that I’ve spend thousands of dollars with, It is very hard to find a good dependable and friendly place like this and with the quality work they do. I definitely recommend going here for all your sounds and window tint and alarms. A lot of places will just sale you anything just to get money from you and don’t have any kind of concern but this place is above all others I’ve ever been to they genuinely care and love what they do, You can’t go wrong here.
