I wish I could just fold Mark in half and put him in my pocket. That young man is so precious! His ice cream scooping so clean and graceful, and his attitude towards new customers is stupendously polite. I WILL be coming back.

I went with my family and the sweet girl named Natalie let my sister taste the flavors before making up our mind. She was so patient and friendly. Her and the other young man kept the place very tidy and gave great service ! Will be back soon !

Discovery new Ice cream place at my working area! The ice cream is so smooth, soft and not that crazy sweet like other brands. Vanilla and chocolate chip are the best!!! They made the ice cream cone whenever you are placing order, it’s very crispy! Almond topping is the best choice. Surely will come back very often.

I like the variety of ice cream flavors offered, dipped cones, brownies and cookies! I had a scoop of the “whiskey biz” and it was delicious.The staff did wear masks and gloves.The shop is small and gets busy! The staff seemed a bit disoriented like they didn’t have a good process for serving customers versus checking guests out. It should not be the same person doing we everything when there is a line. Staff could do a better job cleaning! The counter tops, tables, chairs and floors were all sticky. They could also have more sanitizer locations available to guests.

Amazing staff, great ice cream, and good brownies. Trying to get in and out of the parking lot is kind of hard but has nothing to do with store.

Siriah and Paul were simply amazing! From the moment anyone walked in, they were greeted with the sweetest smiles. They knew so much about each flavor and recommended which flavors tasted the best when mixed. This was the first time my boyfriend had tasted Ben & Jerry’s, and he was highly impressed. The ice cream was so fresh, you could tell it had been made that morning. We sat down to enjoy our treat and ended up staying a few minutes past closing time. Not once did they make us feel rushed or like we had to leave. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I met a fellow named mark who was very helpful in helping me make the best decision on what flavor I should get. It was awesome.

Was there on 3/23. Dudes behind the counter were busting their butts, dealing with a line and people asking lots of questions, all sorts of different dishes, and still moving the line swiftly. Really did a nice job. I ordered two bowls of multiple scoops, and for lids. Lids were put on gently as to not squish the ice cream but they stayed on the whole car ride home.Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz is as good as I remembered, might be the best coffee ice cream anywhere.

I went in to a Ben and Jerry’s for the first time today and I was amazed at the performance of the employees, I believe her name to be Natalie correct me if I’m wrong, but she had really colorful hair that matched perfectly with the esthetic I feel Ben and Jerry’s is going for and the service she provided was amazing she help me test different flavors until I found the one I wanted and she was very kind to me I did not feel pressured at all to order and I felt so satisfied with the flavor I got, probably one of the nicest and sweetest employees I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with, thank you.

They have a little place to sit outside. The ice cream is great. Only bad thing is parking.

Paul at the Houston location gave me the best customer service experience I have yet to receive in the entire nine months I’ve been in the city of Houston. He was so kind and funny and was very well informed answering the plethora of questions I had trying to figure out which flavor I should get. I would definitely come back solely based on the experience Paul provided me and ice cream was delicious too!

Paul is such a delight! My boyfriend and I get ice cream every Friday night and Paul is always there to serve us. He is so welcoming and always has a smile. He even remembers our ice cream preferences, so we get our ice cream quick!

This Ben and Jerry’s has good quality ice cream and a lot of great flavors. It also has some great cones with chocolate, sprinkles and nuts. Plus you can top off any ice cream with several topping choices.

Stumbled upon this location when I was looking to place an order for an ice cream cake. I gave them a call with some questions and they helped me with my order so thoroughly! The cakes are customizable in terms of flavor and toppings online + it’s more affordable than some of the other ice cream shops I’ve looked into. Thank you to Sariah and her staff, we enjoyed the cake!

The vibe was live! The 2 employees were very kind and inviting. There was good, old school r&b playing and a strobe light flashing. The building was bright and full of art. It made me want to stay and chill. Ice cream was bomb. Loved it.

Austen and Mark were excellent servers. The dripping cold ice cream was as cold as my heart yet seeing those two at work warmed it.

Dont get any item that requires any prep work other than them scooping icecream and putting in a cup or cone. Dont think of getting a milk shake because for 7bucks youll get a glass of milk with a side of ice cream. Stay with the basics here until they figure out a standard for their workers in making consistent products.

I came in yesterday and right off the bat the vibe was just genuine and pleasant.The customer service was even better Mark and Kendrick were so polite even with my multiple tastings of flavors

Their ice cream was good but definitely not as good as the high price. They charged 6 ish bucks for two scoops of ice cream. They have outdoor seating available which is nice.

Very clean & welcoming place! One of the larger ice cream places I have been to, and I have been to a lot of them. The servers were super nice and wished me as soon as I walked in. I tried the Coffee ice cream with fudge flakes on a waffle cone. It was Amazing!! Cant wait to go back!

Went to B&J on Kirby while visiting in Houston from San Antonio. Ja’Micheal was very warm and asked if there were any flavors we wanted to try and had no problems when the 3 of us wanted to taste multiple items. I did pay attention that there were 4 non-lactose options and sorbet options for the lactose intolerant ppl. Josiah said he is the 1st B&J Franchise in Houston, but I think there are plans for more to come here. Plz come here and not only get some great customer service, dessert, but also help support a local businessman build his business. It is BOB if that matters to you. I personally think that you should support local businesses instead of big chains, but that is just my opinion. Do me a favor.. every time you stop by this location can you let the guys know that you are visiting as a recommendation from me. This is a great ice cream shop because it has a good variety of flavors. The coconut seven layer bar ice cream is amazing. Its a very unique flavor that I havent seen in other places. Theres also a good variety in the different kinds of cones that you can get. The atmosphere is super relaxed so its easy to come in and just chill with your friends on a hot day.

This place is the rage now! I like to call it the new Amys, after the namesake has gone downhill. The largest assortment of ice creams in scoops & pints anywhere. Staff is very personable and helpful. I am usually in and out in less than 5 minutes.

The ice cream was delicious, and the staff were lovely. However, the music was too loud. It’s already tough understanding others with a mask on. Adding excessively loud music is a smidge frustrating.

BEWARE ordering a cake from here.I had ordered a cake (just coning around) one month in advance for my daughters birthday. When I arrived to pick it up girl who was working was scrambling to throw “happy birthday nova” on the cake ( i say throw because that’s how sloppy the lettering was) after handing it to me I was VERY disappointed in not only the lettering. But the whole cake itself. Clearly did not read the description I left for them when I placed the order. Also looked like it sat out of the freezer. There was a blue streak on the cake that didn’t belong on it. For planning ahead it looked like it was thrown together within the last couple minutes. Manager was called on phone, I was asked “what’s wrong with cake?” SLOPPY. Then “what do you want to happen?” I’d like to have what I ordered. “When do you need it by?” The next day. “Making this type of cake will take couple days” BEING AS I ORDERED IT A MONTH AGO I didn’t see how that was my problem.Good thing there’s a baskin robins 3 minutes away from this location. They pretty much took me in with open arms. Customer service MUCH better. Most importantly, a cake that’s MUCHHHH more presentable. Every penny’s worth.

Try the phish food!!! Its the best weirdest name for none fish food. Hahaha Jay helped us out and made it an even better experience. Love this place
