Every time I come here and ask a question Im told they dont have it, only to go and find it on the shelf. Every time I find something I do like and run out, they never have it again in life when I return lol. Like... where is the Bali Coconut Black Sands??? They had a buy three get two free special though, so I had to take advantage. Wasnt 100% satisfied with the new scent I got but it will do for now. I got champagne toast to match the candles so got last time. Since I got two free ones so just grabbed Rose. So we’ll see how it goes.

Dee has GREAT, AWESOME customer service. She is very knowledgeable of the products. She is the only reason why I bought something. Her co-workers need to learn from her and quit giggling in the front.

I walked up to check out BEFORE another customer and IZZY pointed to the customer who walked up AFTER me and checked them out. Poor customer service. Is this allowed by management here?? Otherwise, everything was pleasant. Jesus was very helpful as was Faith at the door. Maybe a little CS training 🤔

I ALWAYS have an issue with my pickup order and today was no different. The manager is the worst. They are definitely short staffed and it shows! The customer service before COVID was descent now I think they are just hiring anybody to keep the doors open but I will not shop here anymore. I hope this reaches the corporate office.

Who honestly doesn’t love this place. I was imagined working here and coming home smelling good. They don’t always have the best customer service but I would definitely recommend bath and body works any day.

Everyone is nice and very helpful one of the young Latina (college age black bun on top of her head) laughs and makes fun of costumers sneak dissing. I wish I would of payed attention to her name smh.

Seriously?! It’s 10:25 am on a Tuesday and I can see employees inside and even saw an employee look right me through the locked doors. The sign says opened 10 to 9. I was just here for a in store pick up which I will be cancelling and calling to complain that they wasted my time. I even called their number and got message about their extended 9am hour on Monday and only allowing 51 people inside the store at one time. I will never come here again.

I love Bath n Body Works and have been an avid customer for so many years I cant remember. Today was the first time I experienced down rite poor customer service from a location. I made an online purchase this morning to pick up at the 2640 Eldridge Parkway location but by the early afternoon I still hadnt received a ready pick up email. I called the store to check status of my order was told she couldnt over phone to come in. I go into store check in at the pick up desk they couldnt find my order at all in the system. I waited over 15 minutes while they try and figure out why they cant find an order. A young guy employee comes back and said we cant find anything. I show him my email and he shrugged his shoulders and say I dont know why its not showing. I asked to speak to a manager and she couldnt find it either. I informed her there was a pending charge on my credit card but the charges has went thru as if Ive picked my order up. She spk to someone else and realizes they didnt have the particular candle jar design in stock the online system allowed me to order and said they canceled my order this morning. Told her I never received an email and I need proof showing it was canceled due to the charges came off my credit card. After searching in her system she finally found my canceled order. I stated I would like to purchase the same candle I ordered just in another jar design. She takes the candles to cashier and call customer service 1 800 line to make sure it was canceled and see if they can provide me a email it was canceled. As she talking to me about how the pending status works and Im telling her Im aware due to I order all the time. The same young guy employee from earlier rudely interrupts and just butt into the conversation I was having with the manager and proceeded to say pending status works like this. I immediately stopped him and said Im not talking to you Im talking to the manager. He had the audacity to say man whatever shakes his head and walks off. I have grown kids that are way older than the young employee and will not tolerate lack of or disrespectful customer service. I informed him you can take your nasty attitude to the back cause I wasnt talking to you. Not once did the manager stop him nor did she say anything to him. I asked for a higher manager and the store manager came out and I explained to her what her employee did and she stated I will speak to him. The other manager although she was nice and assisted me with the issue with my online order error she need customer service counseling on how to handle an employee that gets an attitude with a customer. The employees at this store are all usually wonderful but this is the 2nd time Ive had an issue with an online order. I will not frequent this location anymore I will go back to taking my business to the Bella Terra store which Ive never had an issue with.

Like this store, this is a smaller store, a little less variety of product than some of their larger stores.

This is one of the only stand alone locations in this area and its a wonderful place! It is always clean, full of friendly customer service and plenty stocked products. The staffers are always willing to help and B&BW has hands down the best hand and soap sanitizer with essential oils that moisturize your skin. So grateful for bath and body works protecting us against Covid germs! ❤

Ever since I had the experience of trying them, Ive never stopped using them. I feel fresh all day uhmm. Theyre my favorite products. I love them I highly recommend them. And when I think about giving something away its the first thing that comes to mind.

So I came here around the 6th of January to shop for my grandma’s birthday and Kimmy was such a wonderful help! She even wrapped my grandma’s gift for me which was so sweet. I recommend going to Kimmy if you have any questions or need help because she will get you together ok!! I will be returning to this store pacifically because of her! Thank you so much Kimmy! 🥰🥰

This Eldridge store has great employees and management. Even with long lines during the holidays everything went smoothly. Staff even went outside to give those in line bags . The staff handled everything well. A special compliment to Leonela who was outstanding in helping me to make the best decisions for gifts. She was really great in understanding the customer needs. Walked in to just to get car fresheners. The employees literally have an attitude or just have issues its a candle store how hard is it to work there? They complain bout there jobs out loud and just gave ppl the stank eye smh I ask for an item that wasnt stock in the shelf i usual get sweet pea but they didnt have it stocked and the lady was like were out of stock without even knowing what I was gonna ask for had to ask another lady and she restocked it. Smh and when Im at the register the guy seems like he just started and was panicking and the employees just stood there and turned there back to him lol Im like wow ...never had I had a bad experience at bbw I mean really need to have training sessions for them on how to conduct themselves at work I wont be coming to this location I prefer going to the location by town and country

Came to this location to get some body spray and I really needed to go the bathroom, I asked them where theirs was and they said only pregnant and elderly are allowed to use it, and I could go next door to Burlington to use theirs, well guess what Burlington sells body spray too 🤷🏼‍♀️

As soon as I walked through the lady at the door was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products funny thing was that as soon as she helped me buy three get two free she then immediately showed me the register, I wanted to keep shopping 🤷‍♀️ Im not good at choosing gifts and I picked up 2 more things and well I would of kept buying with her assistance :)

Clearly marked for Social Distancing. Well organized. Front door attendant that had a very Pleasant Greeting and offers a Spritz of Sanitizer as you enter. They got a Buy 3 get 3 Free Special on several of their items. My favorites were included... Cherry Blossom Dalia, so I couldnt resist 3 C/B and 3 Dalia. A Kid in a Candy store! What a steal! $39 and change! OH. HAPPY. DAY!

Bath and body works never fail me. Just the smell of the store makes me happy.

Normally i love this particular store but my experience on 12/26 with sales agent Marena was horrible. She was rude and lied on a group of us standing outside waiting to enter the store. The manager handled it well. I do believe Marena needs some training in customer service.

Today I went in around 10:40 at the check out this lady at the first registration to my left has a really bad customer service to me. I feel discriminated since she ask for other customers email address and when it’s my turn she was just like okay your total is... bye. After make me wait on her chatting with the previous customer and her co-worker for 20mins and usually this never happened to me. Im a royal customer to bath and body works. Other than that this is a great store majority of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Thanks

I had a really good experience with a exchange. I purchased a spray from another location in the mall and when I got home it just wouldn’t spray. I went to this location cause I didn’t feel like going in the mall and explained to them how it doesn’t spray. They were out of the fragrance that I originally purchased but ended up letting me get one of the signature fragrances.. They did it with a smile on their faces. Love love love the experience! A wide selection of candles, air fresheners, body sprays, lotions, etc. The store is beautifully arranged. The Associates are very helpful & friendly. B &B W has the most beautiful plugin oil diffusers Ive seen. Perfect place to shop for a gift!

Not enough help, but found what I needed. Just a little disappointed because I gave a great sale in purchasing, only to find out you lower the price on the regular price items, after the sale. Didnt have a problem buying, but I would have bought more . Just not a fair way to treat customers. Yeah right its just business Huh. Well it will be a minute before I spend like that again. I will pay attention next time.

Friendly staff and great selection of home fragrances. Seems thier candles and whatnot are taking over the bath portion and since thats what I tend to buy these day I cant speak for the rest. But great candles and home fragrances!

A nice size stand alone store that was fully stocked with products. I came in for the annual Candle Sale and was lucky enough to get in and out (25-30 mins) with the candles I wanted and that was coming at 6AM. There were plenty of cashiers checking out customers and a sales associate on the floor making sure everyone was ok. I will definitely come back when I need to at this location.
