Iris at Parvani was AMAZING! It was the first bridal store I had visited and as I didnt really have any solid ideas on the kind of dress I wanted, sure I was a bit of a challenge. But Iris was on her game, working with me patiently to find a stellar selection of dresses that I loved. The store is fantastic as well, beautiful shop with a great variety of absolutely beautiful wedding and bridal dresses - including bridesmaid dresses. Highly recommend!

What an awesome experience. My dress was beautiful and the lady who did my alterations was so nice. The people there are so nice and willing to make your experience meaningful and stress free.

Ive worked with Parvani Vida (specifically Iris) for a few times now and I only have good things to say about them!! Theyre very accommodating and professional, not to mention their expertise in finding the right dresses and accessories. Ive loved every single dresses they picked out for my shoots, and they just have such amazing dresses in store!

Amazing customer service!! They treated my TEN bridesmaids like royalty not only while we tried on dresses but through the entire process. They made sure our dresses were all on time even during a pandemic. Outstanding! Would recommend 100%!

My daughter loved her dress, HOWEVER read the fine print. My daughter’s dress was purposely ordered a size bigger. Then when she tried it on, we were told it would be almost $500 for the alterations. When I asked why they said it was discussed during the contract signing. I told them that the young lady said that the dress would need to be altered and failed to state the ridiculous cost that came with it. I told them that it may have been in the fine print, but it was definitely not stated! I have already shared my experience with several people and will continue to do so because I don’t want what happened to us to happen to anyone else.

During my bridal shopping I visited 3 different stores and I have to say I received the best customer service at this location. My consultant was great!!! . Then I went back to buy my bridesmaid dresses and Iris was very very helpful with all of them. Iris also help me found my second dress for the reception. They do have beautiful dresses at the store for reasonable prices. I would definitely encourage you to ask for Iris when making an appointment.

I was recommended to this bridal store by my friend and since my sister was getting married soon we decided to make an appointment. The owner I believe her name is Jeanie was really attentive and her staff made us feel really comfortable. They were able to help us find an amazing dress and accommodate to our rushed wedding, the dress came just in time and it fit perfect on her! Overall great experience highly recommend ❤️

GREAT experience!I normally am a very thorough shopper and expected to try on hundreds of dresses before finding the one that I wanted to get married in. I found two dream dresses only after a few try-ons. I did research some dresses I loved online and to my delight they had them ALL in this store (even one from a few years back)! This feminine, classy, elegant bridal shop is very much my taste :) This place made me feel at ease, was attentive and especially-not pushy. Suggestive (which I needed for a veil!) but not pushy. I paid for my dress in full and picked it up over a year later. I can only rate the customer service as I do not plan to get my alterations here.

DO NOT BUY YOUR WEDDING DRESS FROM THIS STORE! IT SHOULD BE AN EXCITING AND CAREFREE EXPERIENCE. PARVANI WILL NOT PROVIDE THAT!I would have never purchased my dress here had I known what I know now. We initially chose Parvani because an associate that no longer works there was amazing to work with when purchasing my dress. After I purchased my dress everything went downhill. When I went to try on my dress after it came in, I asked if they would steam it for me so it would look better (mind you I picked a crepe dress, so you can imagine how wrinkled it was coming out of a box) and they refused to steam it for me after asking several times.Trying on your dress should be a fun experience! However, no one was sweet or excited about me coming to try on my dress as I’ve experience with my other girlfriends at their fittings at other bridal shops. No one offered to help put me in my dress. No one asked how my try on was going. They have 0 customer service and just want to make money. We later found out that they don’t even have a manager (go figure) and the owner is apparently the seamstress.Alterations were a NIGHTMARE. My dress already fit me so what I needed done was very minimal. When I went to try on my altered dress the seamstress ended up cancelling an hour before, but I still went to try it on anyways because I figured it would be fine.I have never wanted to cry more in my life. She let out my dress so much that my figure fitting dress looked like a sack. Nothing we discussed was done. I have no clue how she was so far off the mark. Not to mention she offered to fix my shapewear so it didn’t show in the back and when I put it on the threading popped open.Then I had to reschedule and go back once again to meet with the seamstress. She never once apologized for basically standing me up and ruining up my dress, nor did any of the associates.She told me to come back once again the next day. She tried to fix my shapewear yet again and it broke AGAIN. Then she refused to give me my money back even though her workmanship was poor (eventually, after kicking and screaming she reluctantly reimbursed me). There were times when I was showing her what I didn’t like that she didn’t even acknowledge that I was speaking to her. Also, the floors are filthy and the bottom of my white dress was covered in hair and dust.My alterations still were not up to par, but the seamstress basically said that was the best she could do. I left unsatisfied and called another bridal shop to get another seamstresses opinion. When I told them I got my dress at Parvani they said, “oh no.. I’ve heard really terrible things about that place.” If that doesn’t say enough then I am not sure what does. Not sure who they pay for these online reviews but they deserve 0 stars.Now I am left with subpar alterations and had to purchase my own steamer to dry to steam the dress.You honestly get why you pay for and I regret ever coming here.Update:After the response from Parvani we wrote them a detailed letter explaining the issues we had with the dress, which had to be corrected by another seamstress. Parvani refused to “work with me” as they stated they would in their response. Okay ladies this bridal shop was my first stop in dress shopping and I was not disappointed at all! I called to schedule a Saturday appointment and went in 2 weeks ago. I was helped by Ms. Simona I believe was her name and I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for. I saw some styles online that I thought I would like but nothing in person. Simona asked me questions to figure out my style and the look I was going for. She pulled multiple dresses to try on, different styles, colors, silhouettes, shapes,etc. she explained each dress to me as we looked at it in the mirror and was extremely patient with me!! Ultimately we narrowed it down to 2 very beautiful dresses and I just could not make a decision. She didn’t pressure me into to a dress and let me go home and think about it. She set me an appointment for 1 week out which gave me time to really think about it. I was able to price compare(their prices cannot be beat, nor the level of service), look at the dress specifics for each, and scroll through countless of pictures to try to imagine my wedding day and which dress I saw myself in. At my follow up appointment we tried on the dresses once more and I knew once I put the dress on it would be the one! Again Simona was just as patient and helpful as my first visit! I’m so excited and pleased I chose parvani vida for my wedding dress. I got lucky that my first stop was the only stop I needed! I know brides that search every shop around town and still aren’t satisfied. Thank you Simona and parvani vida for making this a great experience! I’m super stoked about my beautiful dress and I will refer anyone to them who is looking.

My daughter found a gorgeous dress at Parvani Vida! She had been to 3 other bridal salons and did not have a good experience. Parvani Vida was a beautiful salon and the staff was wonderful. Norma was especially sweet and a great help to my daughter. This salon had some of all the designers you see in the bridal magazines, which was great because my daughter had her heart set on a certain designer that she loved in the magazines. She ended up falling in love with a designer that she had never seen. Thank you, Parvani Vida, and especially Norma, for making my daughter feel special as she prepares for one of the most important days of her life!

Awesome salon. Cant get over how beautiful the remodel is. I never want to leave! And the staff is so organized and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Youll feel excited as soon as you walk in. Theres are a crazy amount of dresses and I KNOW everyone can find the ONE there! I sure did!

I didnt find my dress here, but my visit here was so important in me finding the one! Parvani Vida provides a great dress shopping experience, especially if its your first time. I was fortunate to have worked with Amber- Amber was a sweetheart and extremely determined. She makes great recommendations because she was attentive to my style and wants. Parvani Vida has a great selection and I highly recommend coming here.

Let me first start by saying that Iris Cienfuegos made my experience at Parvani Vida the best of all, compared to all the bridal shops I had visited thus far. Not only she was very kind and down to earth, but she was able to help me with all my concerns and final decisions. While an appointment is definitely recommended in any bridal shop, I visited Parvani looking for a particular dress I knew they carried, and Iris was able and willing to help me right away. At this point I was tired of the commonly conceited attitude some stylists have, and this was definitely a good change. Everything went smoothly and I am definitely a happy customer!!

I saw this store at the extravaganza a year ago. I was very excited to come here for my dress, but I was disappointed. My stylist Lisa was the NICEST lady ever, she had amazing customer service I loved her and because she was amazing I really wanted to buy from her. I was disappointed because I felt like they didn’t cater AT ALL to curvy girls or girls with hips. I’m naturally a size 8/10 but I have a butt and it was like everything that I actually liked they only had in slim women size. I even asked how can y’all cater or keep up with competition with all these really small sample sizes. I wasn’t happy at all but the selection and samples to try on.

This review is WAY overdue, but Parvani Vida has fantastic service, reasonable prices, and very helpful staff! I had a wonderful experience buying my gown here. They were able to locate a dress I loved and order it for me with no crazy additional costs. The place I had originally found the same dress had quoted me massive rush (just under 6 months) ordering fees. The price they gave me on the same dress was also less than the other shop! Alterations were very reasonable and my dress was perfect!

This is the WORST bridal salon in Houston. If you want to have the most horrid, horrible experience in dress buying, check them out. My first visit was great, picked a dress, bought the dress and came home. Only to find out that they sold me a discontinued dress. I contacted the owner, and there was miscommunication, they NEVER ordered my dress.I asked for a refund, Jeannie said for me to come in again and try on a different dress. And I did. Gave them a second chance. They called to tell me that my dress will be in by January 21. Great? Right? NO.Called to follow up if the dress is in. They said their system is down and they cant check, and they will give me a call back. Never did. I called again,their system is still down. And I asked to speak to Jeannie, and was told she is busy and that she will check on my dress. (Obviously they know what I was calling for, and they were dodging my call). Then Iris, the receptionist said my dress is in and that they ordered it. So, magically my dress was in, but no one cared to call me, and to let me know that its in.I thank parvani vida for ruining this experience for me.

This place is an absolute dream!! Went here to find a wedding dress with my mother and they had such a beautiful selection of gowns. Everyone was so nice especially Ileisha Honeycutt! She knew exactly what I wanted just by a few details. She was patient and very knowledgeable of the product. I highly recommend any future brides to visit!

We recently purchased 10 bridesmaids gowns from Parvani Vida which were described to be a nice, elegant sequins and satin dress. When the dresses arrived, they looked like a cheap version of the dress that was originally ordered. The tag read 100% polyester. I was told that there was nothing that they could do about these dresses because they have a no return policy. The owner of the store refused to take any calls and informed his employees to say that he was out of town. I contacted Christina Wu Customer Service who told me the dress is in fact sequins and 100% satin which is not true at all. Christina Wu is producing a knockoff of her own dress and is selling it to her customers this is FRAUDULENT IN FACT! The fact that Parvani Vida is housing Christina Wus designs holds them accountable just as well. Ten dresses at $230 each, such a rip off.

Great selection of dresses and my consultant was amazing!!I think I went to every store in Houston and the surrounding area. All stores had a great selection of dresses and were really sweet and helpful (except AMORE bridal also known as The Bridal Depot)

Very pretty place, very high end. You feel like you are where you need to be. I did not find the dress I was looking for, but did not have a problem a at.The owner does alterations and seems open to custom as you wish and give you a price.

I was welcomed and the store is amazing and very big, a lot of wedding gowns are exposed, it was the best place I had been so far. Another important point that I notice is that real natural light comes in through the big windows so you can see your dress in perfect lighting. Yvette was a great consultant and she understood what I was looking for within my budget, and didnt put any pressure on me. They are also really responsive to emails and make a note of your request so the consultant can check them before you arrive. The owner Jeannie was really nice as well and came to have a chat after I picked out my dress. I said YES to the dress and I am super excited to wear it on my wedding day. I highly recommend this store. I will probably come back for my bridesmaid gown.

Purchased a bridesmaids dress from Parvani Vida, which the dress looked NOTHING like the dress on the website. The dress was low quality!! On the website, it read, “ 100% satin and sequins “ but on the actual dress it read, “ 100% polyester”. I do NOT recommend anyone to this store!! They’re all about money and don’t care what the customers think.

We went a few weekends ago dress shopping with my daughter. As per usual when searching for the perfect dress we visited several shops. Parvani Vida was exceptional! The selection of dresses, the staff, the atmosphere, the ease of working with the staff and the sincere pleasure they take in their job was all refreshing! A truly wonderful experience! Parvani Vida gets five stars for sure and I recommend any bride to be to go there first! It might save you a lot of hassle and headache. Look around still, but at least you’ll know what you’re actually comparing the other dresses to and you’ll probably be back! Just like we were. Just sayin! Thank you everyone at Pavani Vida for making what, for some, is stressful into one of the best and most memorable days for my daughter, mother-in-law to be, sister-in-law to be and myself!

Giving one star because my mom & mother in law came with me to this store a few weeks ago, and no I didnt have an appointment but it was almost closing time and i just wanted to look around and schedule an appointment and i was told i cannot walk around and just look at the dresses. I thought that was weird. She didnt even ask if I wanted to make an appointment. She just said no, you need an appointment. And I didnt even see anyone in there whatsoever. The was a girl sitting at the chair in front and two girls sitting in the back room rightthere..disappointed. found my dream dress somewhere else.

Absolutely recommend! My consultant Marissa was very nice and patient. All I had to do is describe what I was looking for and my budget and she knew what dresses to bring! Definitely recommend Parvani Vida!

Parvani Vida was recommended to me by a co-worker and the moment I stepped in, I was in awe. All the dresses that were on display were gorgeous, it just got me so excited and was hoping to find my dress there. Amber was my consultant and I told her what kind of dress I would like. She picked a few, but the first dress I tried on, I fell in love with it. I did not want to take it off, I did not want to try other dresses at all, I just said, this is it. It just made me more excited. The rest of the staff were so nice and the owner checked in on me as well making sure I loved my dress.

Do not go here. Sales representative was rude upon first greeting. Selection shown consisted of a small back hallway of less than quality dresses. Then shown other side of store where I was shown two tattered shabby bridesmaids dresses. Asked for a simple wedding dress, that doesnt equate to garbage. Their loss, have cash on hand and need a gown! Next time maybe they should try to make it an enjoyable experience for the customer.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I purchased my wedding gown here. During my first fitting, I explained to the sale representative that I was told by Maria (the lady that sold me the dress) my alterations, bussle, storage, and steam were included in my final price. She said Maria had previously said that to another client. She told me to go ahead and try on my dress, and we will see what they can work out. The owner/manager, Jeannie, came in to review the terms and policies in a contract that they typically have all customers sign. I pointed out to her that I have never seen that document, and the contract was not signed. I asked her how can I be bound to an unsigned contract? She stormed out of the fitting room and returned with an email written from the sales clerk, Maria. The email asked me to send a confirmation email saying that I had received the email and attachment that included a receipt. The owner continued to yell and say that that email was considered a contract. I politely said to Jeannie as I was standing in my wedding gown for the FIRST time...are you really going to continue to yell at me, your paying customer??? What type of customer service is this??? You realize that I am highly educated, and I know the difference between an email and a signed contract??? Then, Jeannie told me to take my dress and get out of her store!!! I changed and collected my things. As I was trying to leave store, I overheard Jeannie tell the sales representatives to lock us in the store because the police were on the way!!!!! She said since you were yelling at me I called the police!! As we are waiting on the police, the woman that originally placed me in the fitting room explained that she was mistaken about Maria telling customers alterations were included in final price. All the sales employees including Jeannie pretended not to know who was in charge nor who was the owner. The police arrived, and cannot believe this whole debacle is over alterations! They also inform Jeannie that she cannot lock people in your store because that is unlawful captivity!!! I was completely mortified by this experience. I have never had any issues that have required the police. Furthermore, if Jeannie would have taken the time to apologize for the misunderstanding, and work with me to resolve this issue it would have never escalated so far! If I would have received an apology instead of someone incessantly trying to prove that she was right, I probably would have paid full price for the alterations. I would not recommend this place to anyone because they do not believe in customer service nor doing what right preserve the customer experience!! I really believe that my wedding dress is tainted by this horrible experience, and hope that no one ever has to experience this!

Two weeks ago on 7/23 I went in for my first alterations appt here. I was told and measured for the following: they were going to let the hips out so the dress would go down because the breast cups were really high so for my next appt in 2 weeks, they would cut the armpit part because theres about 6-8 in of extra material. Also, I was supposed to have the material that was supposed to be added back in July 2018 to have my sleeves from 3/4 to full sleeves, so for the next appt they could tighten the sleeves around my arms. I went in today and NOTHING was done. The seamstress then proceeded to cut me off while I was explaining what was going on, telling me I was wrong and that they never said they would have the sleeves done and that it was taken out. Then she stepped on my dress when I was trying to walk away to go back to the dressing room to get out of the dress. Not once did she say ok we’ll work it out or get it taken care of. It was all my fault and I was making up stuff that they claim they didn’t tell me that last time I was there. Once I said I wanted a refund for the alterations and I would go elsewhere because I’m 3 weeks away from my wedding they said we would discuss it on Thursday. I told them I would wait for the manager and then I was refunded for the work that wasn’t done.

Every Saturday for the past couple years I have driven by Parvani Vida to drop my aunt off at work in the mornings. Each time I promised myself that when the time came this is the place I will come to. The time came and I called to make an appointment at 5 different bridal stores including Parvani. The first appointment I had was at a different bridal store not Parvani and the dresses were nice but I did not have the LOVE for any dresses and I could hear the manager and employee arguing through my dressing room. SO I walked out hopeful to come to Parvani. Upon arriving to Parvani I was greeted by Ms. Laticia Bennett- I went alone to not have any opinionated people ruin my moment and let me just say Laticia was my stand in Maid of Honor/friend for the day lol Ive never met her prior to our appointment. She was very welcoming and SUPER helpful (I am plus size) but she never made me feel uncomfortable actually opposite of that it felt like I had known her all along and she made me feel BEAUTIFUL. She explained how the process worked when ordering a dress. That same day I found my DREAM dress within minutes. I explained to the staff my financial situation and as well as my family situation. They were able to accommodate both needs. My grandmother and my mom cannot be in the same room together and they told me anytime I would like to come and show the sample dress to my mother or grandmother I could just call them to let them know. My grandmother was in love with the dress as well. Norma was another sweet lady who was so kind to me. As soon as I tried on the dress she had nothing but amazingly kind words to say. Before buying the dress my fiance and I called around to see if the price I was given here was the best and it definitely was! Waiting for the dress to arrive and alterations :-) Will update. I got a very beautiful dress and i love my dress but it was very poor customer service i payed $600 to get my dress tayler and went there for 3 times to fix the same problem! Each time i payed $200 . And the tayler didnt do a very good job!For me you guys can find a better place for your wedding dress.

Horrible fist time looking at wedding gowns experience! I called in several times over the course of a week to schedule an appointment but never got anyone to pick up. I finally dragged my mother and sister there and when we arrived we were not even greeted by the receptionist. I cant remember her name but wow someone like that should not be greeting customers. She informed me that they could not help me because I did not have an appointment she then asked a girl named Jennifer if she wanted to help me (in front of me!) and Jennifer said she was on her break. She then said okay to wait until she was done eating she asked me to pick out two dresses because I could only look at two since her appointment was going to be there shortly. I stayed because my mother really wanted to see me in a gown but needless to say I did not buy my dress there. I called La Reve Bridal and scheduled an appointment with them that same day 45 min later and I purchased my 1,800 dress from them.

This place is a rip off! My budget for the dress was $1500 and that’s all I could afford. I found a dress that I’m just ok with $1300 and to get it out of the way since I was too tired from searching for my dream wedding grown at different stores. I’m a petite size 0-2 woman trying on a size 16 dress, the maturity of the upper back was folded with the clips to fit my body. I remembered looking at the same gown in the wedding catalog and from what I tried on at the store was different from what they ordered. The upper back of the gown is shaped different. I received a gown, when tried on I noticed the back of the lower waist near my butt, shaped very funny. Heart shape. Makes my waist and butt looked funny.On top of that, I wanted to try other gowns beside the mermaid styles but the assistant seemed to be irritated that I wanted to change my mind. So I stuck with just mermaid gowns to try on. I know exactly what my size was. I weight my self almost everyday. When the lady who measured me, I think it’s the owner, she ordered 2 sizes up. I’m supposed to be a size 0 or 2 depends on some brands.The purpose of her sizing up is because she wanted you to get your dress alterate it there so they can charge you another $500-$700. I was stupid to not stop her for sizing up. I didn’t think that I may lose more weights due the wedding. When the dress came in, a size 4, were very loose on me. The lady said “oh you lost a lot of weights” whatever. How the hell she knows I lost weights than myself when I am on the scale almost everyday knowing I was the same weight as I were. I faught back and said no I’m still the same weight and she said no you’re not you got skinny. It was too late to fight back with them so I had to let them size down my gown. I ended up paid $700 for the alterations and my total was over $2400 for the gown where it supposed to be $1300 before tax. I wanted to cry because they done drained my saving. I was such a neive customer. Too easy going. I shouldnt have let them taking advantage of me. They are money hungry. Very evil. Don’t care people do have hard times. Such a rip off business. I would not recommend this kind of business.

This was the second dress shop we went to. It was highly recommended by a co-worker and I saw them at a bridal extravaganza show. Most brides look forward to looking at dresses and I was already feeling anxious about it considering that I am a plus size and sometimes there are limited selections. When we walked in to the store the receptionist was so cold and unwelcoming. I explained to her that we were early and I was okay with waiting. She told me that the cusultant that was scheduled to help me was going to eat and that she would be with me shortly, I again explained that I understood we were early and we wouldn’t mind waiting until she was ready for us. As we were looking around a sale consult came to find us as we were in the show room with dresses that were 1500 and under. She looked at my budget and said, “All of these dresses are under your budget so really you should be looking at the dresses in the other showroom becasue those dresses are nicer and more in your budget.” To this day I’m still not sure what the problem was with looking at dresses that were UNDER my price point.As we moved on to the other side of the store I was showing her my Pinterest board and I guess she became inspired and began to pull dresses from all over the place. Never once did she ask my size, as she pulled dresses I said asked “Will that fit me?”, she took a look at my hips and said, “Yes I think it will and it’s a coreset so we can lace you in.”As we moved into the fitting room to try on the first dress I knew it wouldn’t go up and she suggested I continue to just “shimmie” into it. That was Fail #1, Fail #2 was when she tried to put me into a dress that was by a designer I liked, I saw the dress and said I like it but I don’t think it’s my size, and she said “Let’s try it I think it’ll work.” When it didn’t she suggested I go up a few sizes and that I change into a robe and go back out to do some more shopping. I felt so defeated at that point that once I changed back into my clothes and went back out to shop I just started crying. My self esteem was so crushed I knew at that point that dress shopping would no longer be the fun experience it should be.I wish my consultant wouldn’t have been so inconsiderate, I know that I’m not a size 2 but that doesn’t mean that I don’t have the right to find the perfect dress for my special day. I wish my consultant would’ve taken the time to ask me about my size and fits and just get to know me a little better.I felt that by taking the time to do that maybe things would’ve been different. It was just such an awful experience that I honestly would never go back nor would I recommend this place to anyone I know.

Beautiful variety of dresses c to choose from!

I previously went with my mother to M2 Salon and Ventura Bridal. At M2, the woman who assisted me serious depressed me. She didnt look happy at all to be there, and it made me feel awkward bc I was trying on so many dresses. When I called Ventura, I asked if they had any one shoulder dresses bc I really wanted one, and they said no they dont carry those. The venue itself is quite dirty inside too and the woman who assisted me gave me an odd vibe too.So I researched and found Parvani Vida. The location is sketchy, I wont lie, its right off Highway 6 in this mom & pop shopping center. But the moment you walk in the staff is super friendly, and the gown selection is endless. The assistant who helped me was Maria, and she is who Im currently working with now. Thats right boys and girls, I FOUND MY DRESS! Took us a few searches, but I have the one.Along with the dress being the cheapest out of all the dresses/shops I went too, Parvani also offers storing the dress until the day of your wedding and pressing it the day before your bridal pictures and wedding day. Also the dress is being made to fit me which will save over $200 in initial alterations!I could keep going, but do yourselves a favor if youre looking for YOUR DRESS. Just go to the store; I can guarantee youre going to find what youre looking for!

HORRIBLE!!! The quality of their Christina Wu bridesmaid dresses are horrible. They are selling knockoffs for retail prices. I will never reccomend this bridal boutique to anyone.
