I got help from a really nice lady lady named Rocio she was a really nice person and she helped me find the dress I wanted, I found everything I needed for my day like my crown the Bible my last doll since I wanted my party to be western theme they decorated everything with boots and horse shoes, they were very detailed which brought my theme to life. They have affordable prices and they are very punctual. The make sure everything is ready on time and they have great service. The staff makes sure that the quinceaneras find what they want and they show you different types of dresses based on you taste. This bridal shop is amazing, I needed help finding a dress for my grandmothers 50 year wedding anniversary and they helped me find the perfect one. The ladies are very nice and had patience for me since i was very picky. I would highly recommend to everyone. Will definitely keep going for further occasions.

Stopping here was a complete waste of time. I brought my niece here on 7/28/18 to look for a 15 dress. When we walked in the woman behind the counter was on her cell phone on what sounded like a personal call. She paid no attention to us. We looked around at the dresses for awhile and then started flipping through the magazines. When the woman finally got off her phone my niece showed her a picture of a dress she liked and asked her if she had anything similar to it. The woman glanced at the picture for like a second and said ‘no’. That was it. No other response. We looked through the magazines for a few more minutes. Another employee walked in but she completely ignored us as well and continued having a conversation with the first woman. They clearly did not want our business so we left and went to a different shop.

They have beautiful dresses! But last year when I came looking and needed to buy something right away the lady was so rude. I was waiting for about 5-8min, when I asked what I wanted to buy she has an attitude. So I took my business else where.

Absolutely loved this shop!! I bought my daughter’s quinceañera dress here and the ladies are sooo sweet!! I would recommend anyone looking for a quince dress to come here first. The dresses are beautiful and reasonably priced.

I do not recommend Parasina. The lady there was rude. I asked if my daughter could try out a dress and she said flat out no. That it was just making her work more and for nothing if I am not buying the dress. Ruined our vibe. Instead I went to Stephanies and they were awesome and got my business. Thank you lady for being rude, I found a better place.

I purchased my girls quinceañera dresses here and I was completely satisfied with the ladies and their prices. After searching at different boutiques they gave me the best prices. I highly recommend.

True heroes. We had a dress made from a different lady for my cousins Quinceañera, and we picked it up 3 weeks before the 15, and it was very poorly made, the Crystals where falling off, it was to short, just a disaster. We came here to Parsina and they where able to help us with a new dress in such short time. Thank you guys so much.

The absolute worse display of customer service I ever had. Went here today on my lunch break to try and get measured. 1st the lady asked me several times what I needed even after I told her I was looking for a wedding dress. Then I approached the counter to look at her books. I asked to be measured, she basically told me she only had size 10 and I look like a 14 because you got big breasts and bottom.. Clearly Parisina Bridal does want black people shopping there... Stay away....

Very bad experience. We have bought my nieces dresses there and they have always treated us super well. This time we went for my daughters and we asked the girl about certain dresses and she told us that those were very expensive that if we wanted to see the cheapest ones. I think that if the owner had listened to how she treated us, she would not have her working there.

Such a bad experience !!!!!! No star deserves bad service buy a dress and they hadThey make alterations to it. I told him that the dress was very wide in the bust and waist that they fixed it and they said that in 3 days it would be ready. They gave me my dress all long and wide and they didnt want to fix me because they didnt have enough time, they gave me my dress after 3 weeks. I mean, you use these inresponsible people badly. When I told them about the weather they wanted to make me lie !!!! It is not worth that they ruined my day and then it was not worth $ 20.

I told them a few weeks later because I lost my job during the virus crown, I couldnt buy the dress, but I didnt want to use the $ 200 credit for another item like a veil, shoes, etc. She said I lost the deposit unless I buy that dress. She didnt tell me that when I made the deposit, so I lost the money. Terrible customer service. I didnt want to do things right.they pushed me into putting a $ 200 deposit for a dress they did not have to order (already in store). I told them a few weeks later due to losing my job during corona I could not buy the dress, but I wanted ot use the $ 200 credit towards another item like a veil, or shoes, etc. She said I lost the deposit unless I buy that dress. The service does not work, some thieves keep the things of the clients without warning, do not buy ayi, I was robbed of everything that was left of the package of the 15 that I paid for my daughter, they never gave me what I paid so hard, They are 2-legged rats.
