I had a great experience at this location. I went to the Rosa Clara trunk show and my consultant was amazing. I didn’t find my dress here but you could.I think I went to every store in Houston and the surrounding area. All stores had a great selection of dresses and were really sweet and helpful (except AMORE bridal also known as The Bridal Depot)

We all know shopping for a wedding dress is challenging. From figuring out what you want in a dress, to who you will bring to try on dresses and to who works with you in finding your dress. The last part is the one critical piece that I had been missing in my shopping experience. I was doing my research online and found a dress on Nordstrom’s website that I just had to try. I first looked at the The Bridal Suites Reviews on Google and I was extremely sad to see that it only had one review with 1 star. Honestly, that almost stopped me from even scheduling a visit. However that dress wouldn’t get out of my mind. So I called the Nordstrom Wedding number and they connected me with the Galleria location. Carolyn answered the phone and told me that they didn’t have that exact dress I wanted to try on, but they did have other dresses for the same designer. She also explained that if I were to come in for a second visit they could have the dress delivered to the Houston location so I could try it on - which I thought was great! So Carolyn helped me get a same day appointment and I was on my way! During my appointment I had the pleasure of working with Carolyn, which was great as she now had an idea of what I was looking for in a dress. I expressed my concerns as I have a fuller shape, but Carolyn assured me the designers they carried did have bigger sizes. I was able to look through their selection and pick out all the dresses I wanted to try on plus the other designs from the designer I had seen online. She was easy to talked to and concentrated on what I wanted in my dress. To end this review, I ended up finding my dress and it’s one Carolyn had picked out. Honestly if it had not been for her I don’t think I would have found my dress. I could not have done this without her. So ignore that other review and give the bridal suite a shot! You won’t regret it!
