We drove over 8 hours for this bridal appointment & it definitely did not disappoint. The stylist we were paired with was amazing and she made the appointment so much fun & stress free. And definitely bought something completely out of my comfort zone thanks to the stylist and absolutely love it. We recommend them 100%. Such a beautiful store and great location. Loved loved loved this place! The dresses were beautiful! I loved that I didn’t feel pressured to like any dresses or get any. They kept asking me if I was comparing it to other dresses and if I was, then that other one is probably the one. I felt awkward admitting it at first but they made me feel very comfortable!

First time trying on bridal gowns. The attendant (who was one of the owners) was so friendly and accommodating. She was really patient because I only arrived there knowing of one specific dress that I wanted to try on. She walked through the boutique with me and really encouraged me to try different fits and styles so that I could a true idea of what I liked and what looked good on me.Ive dress shopped when both of my sisters were getting married and the service here was way better than many of the other places that Ive been to. For me, I think there are 2 things that makes a great bridal consultant:1. A consultant who understands your vision of a wedding dress and your figure.2. A consultant who can help you conceptualize that vision of a wedding dress to the sample gown.Belle Ame Bridal did both of those things for me. I worked with Tiffany and she was not only delightful to work with she was helpful and truly understood what I was looking for and how I could modify my dress in alterations to match my style.Before getting into details, if you’re looking for a quick read just know that Belle Ame is THE bridal shop to go to in Houston for a great experience. I would 100% go again if I would ever need to and will be recommending this to all my friends living in the Houston area.Backstory: I was in a unique position because of COVID, I relocated my wedding and downsized so I decided I wanted to splurge a little and get a separate gown for my reception. I knew I had to get a sample gown given the timeline (my ceremony dress had taken 7 months to make and my wedding is 4 months away). Conveniently, I saw on a sponsored Instagram post that Belle Ame was doing a sample sale and decided to check it out. I had visited a couple other “off the rack” stores prior to this appointment and at this point of my searching, I was disappointed not only in the selection of dresses I was being offered at the price points so I kept my expectations low before coming into Belle Ame. Needless to say, I was blown away by the selection and the service I received despite my budget and what I had seen at other stores.During my appointment I communicated my vision of a reception dress to Tiffany and she was able not only help me find one to guide me in the right area to look in the store but also help me visualize my dress and what it could become after alterations.I have no doubt that after this experience with Tiffany at Belle Ame that if I went to go for a more “traditional” experience I would also be receiving this great amount of service with a great selection of dresses. So I just want to caveat that although I purchased a “off the rack” gown, which is not their main business, I would still go and purchase a full priced gown for them had I not already found my first wedding dress 2 years ago.COVID notes: they were extra great about this and keeping social distancing. They limit to 2 guests and check temperatures at the door and there is limited amount of people at the store while you try on dresses. I felt very safe given the current environment of the world.Pro-tip for parking: enter the garage off Mid Lane and go up the ramp to the second floor and park at the end of the second floor.This review is for their in-house alterations. I scheduled my alterations here a bit late at around a little over a month before my event and man was that some right timeline in hindsight. The in-house alterations is done by Tisa and she is an absolute magician!! I had lots of custom design changes that I wanted to have done to my dress and she was able to deliver! Not only deliver in such a short time but truly made it my own. 100% would recommend working with their in-house alterations because Tisa is a true seamstress who know what she’s doing (and has been doing for many years).

Belle Ame Bridal is a must stop for any bride on her search for a wedding gown! From the very beginning they were incredibly accommodating and enjoyable to shop with. They have an amazing selection of dresses that are unique to what you will find most places. By browsing their selection, you can tell each one of thegowns has been thoughtfully handpicked. I also would like to note, their selection meets many different body types, which was refreshing to see. I highly recommend visiting this sister-owned shop in your search to say yes to the dress!

Belle Ame is a MUST when looking for the perfect gown for your wedding day. The three sisters that own the salon make you feel right at home! I’ve gone with my best friend to try on and pick up her dream dress and they are so sweet, real, and down to earth! I knew when I was looking for my wedding dress I had to check them out and I was so glad I did. They really helped narrow down what I wanted in a dress and what adjustments could ultimately be made. They also carry multiple designers that you won’t find anywhere in Houston. Last but not least, their cookies and champagne are the cherry on top!

LOVE LOVE love this store and the girls that work there! They make you feel comfortable and at ease even when I didn’t know what I wanted! They are very helpful and the dresses are gorgeous! They have all kinds of price points which I liked because some of the affordable dresses look like the $10k ones!! The styles are all very new and the colors they offer aren’t just white. I saw off white, nude and this gorgeous blush pink dress! It’s brand new so everything is beautiful from the showroom to the designs! Definitely call for an appointment and see what they have! It’s a must go to bridal store!

This is the PLACE! The ladies here are absolutely wonderful. They create a very welcoming environment, help you very much in working with your budget, and have a curated supply of really incredible high-end dresses. If you are a Texas bride you HAVE to visit. EXCELLENT bridal experience! These ladies have truly created a beautiful shop, wonderful selection of dresses and above and beyond service for their brides. I was truly impressed by their passion for their work and the kindness they all showed throughout my appointment. Judy was my consultant and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Tiffany also jumped in and helped with a creative eye and extra opinion on the gowns I was trying on. In addition, it was very easy to schedule my appointment and they even have an online portal that allows you to schedule. This place is a MUST stop for any bride looking for a beautiful wedding gown!!

Tiffany and Judy were incredibly welcoming when I came into the salon. From the cookies and water they greeted me with to the champagne they popped when I found a dress, they were so much fun to work with, and my time with them didn’t feel formal or transactional. They felt like friends as they worked with me to find a dress and were so fun to brainstorm with as I added some customization to my gown I selected. It was really exciting to be one of their first customers, and they made me feel so important through the process as I went alone the first time, then went with my mother to decided on a dress two days later. I look forward to referring them to friends! Even if you are considering a dress elsewhere in town, they hand-picked the designers they carry in their salon and consciously selected designers you cannot find around Houston.

This place is truly wonderful! I went in for their sample sale and there were so many beautiful options! I also went in with a budget a little lower than their gowns but they worked with me and I ended up buying the dress of my dreams within my budget!

The ladies at Belle Âme are amazing!! I’m proud to say I was their very first customer after they opened their doors and their service has been nothing short of five star. We had a little hiccup with the designer rep midway through the production of my dress but Tiffany and Judy took control and made sure everything fell into place. 15/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a couture bridal gown that is DEFINITELY not run of the mill!

This salon was so lovely and they had a great selection of wedding dresses, from more traditional styles to some crazy designs. I didnt have my yes moment here, but they were so kind and professional and encouraging that I had a lovely time and definitely had a lot of contenders for the one. I really appreciated their time and help.Just in case this helps someone shopping - not a whole lot of bohemian or relaxed designs at this store, a lot more glitz and glamour mixed with traditional ball-ish gowns.

Judy is absolutely fantastic! I live in California and was searching high and low for a boutique that carried Riki Dalal. Unfortunately there was nothing local. I reached out to a Belle Ame Bridal with a list full of questions, coincidentally with an upcoming trip to Dallas, TX just around the corner. Because the store was not yet open, Judy offered to meet me at a hotel to try on the gowns I was interested in. Talk about going above and beyond for your clients! Unfortunately, I was not going to be able to get out to Houston in my short time in TX, but we kept in touch. After traveling to Greece to visit my future father-in-law, I got to try on the gowns I was interested in. I reached out to Judy as soon as I was back in the states who worked closely with the Riki representative to find exactly what I wanted. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade and I can share with certainty, you do not find service that Judy & Belle Ame Bridal offer often. They made the process fun, hassle free and made me feel oh so special for the upcoming big day. Thank you, Judy!!

I cannot say enough about how AMAZING the ladies at Belle Ame are. I worked mostly with Tiffany, but Judy also helped me as well. From the very beginning of my wedding dress search, Tiffany was so sweet and helpful. And seriously went above and beyond in so many ways.I was dead set on trying on ONE specific dress that I saw on Instagram. (I went in with an open mind though, knowing that it might not be the one. I just knew Id never forgive myself if I didnt at least try it on). Searched all over Texas and found out that Belle Ame was the only boutique that carried that designer. I immediately reached out to them to find out when they would have a dress to try on in stock. At that time, they had JUST ordered the gowns and would not have them to try on until the end of July... which was about a month after I really wanted/needed to be trying on dresses. Tiffany offered to contact the designer to see if they could get a loaner dress JUST for me to try on, before they got their stock in. I thought this was such a kind gesture! Unfortunately, the only sample loaner that they had was too small for me, so we did not end up going that route.Ultimately, I decided to wait until August to try on dresses with the knowledge that I would probably have to pay a rush fee to have my dress in time. No problem. It was worth it for me to try on that specific dress.When we had my appointment with Belle Ame, the kindness, helpfulness, and true hospitality just continued. Tiffany was just so amazing the entire time. I could tell that she genuinely WANTED me to find my dream dress. She did not sway me in any direction based on her own opinions or the price. She knew my budget and made sure to show me dresses only in my budget, which we really appreciated because it did not feel sales-y at all. She even pulled other dresses for me to try on based on the style I liked, and I ended up choosing one that she pulled!! After I chose that one, she said she just had a feeling I would end up going with that one. (It was basically the dress I THOUGHT I wanted but upgraded x10 haha).She went above and beyond to make sure that I found my dream dress.I was supposed to have another appointment at a different boutique the same day but after trying on 10 dresses at Belle Ame and narrowing it down to 2, I cancelled my other appointment. I felt overwhelmed between the 2, so my family members and best friends that were with me went to have lunch while I contemplated between the 2 dresses. We went back to Belle Ame after lunch to let them know which one I decided on. They let me put it on one more time just to make sure and I literally burst into tears. Haha. I knew it was the one at that point!!! I just needed to breathe a little and think about it more. Way too many details for a review, but it just meant a lot to me that Tiffany was like hey, you dont have to decide right this minute. Go have lunch, and come back, and well be ready for you. She was not pushy, she was understanding, and genuinely excited for me! We celebrated with champagne after I said yes to my dress. :)I mistakenly opted not to buy my veil at the same time as my dress. (Dont do this!!! Lol), and realized LAST WEEK that I need my veil for my bridals on 1/27. I immediately emailed (and called because I panicked lol) Tiffany to see if we can order the veil that I tried on the same day. She remembered exactly what veil it was and contacted the designer right away to see if we could have it in time. She emailed me back by 7pm that same night to let me know that it has been ordered and will be here a full week before I need it. LIFESAVER.The boutique itself is beautiful. The dresses are so unique. I love that the designers they carry are not found at every boutique in Houston. In fact, they are the ONLY bridal boutique in Houston (and only 2 in all of Texas) that carries the designer of my dress so I know that every other bride in town will not have the same dress... which is exactly what I wanted. :)Thanks for reading my novel. 10/10 recommend Belle Ame Bridal.

I made an appointment and in the comments put my size. When I arrived they had me pick out seven plus dresses and NONE of them fit. Absolutely devastating feeling for me. This was my fist stop with family and friends. Their excuse, they just opened.....If you wear a size 10 or above please dont get your feelings hurt at this place!!!
