Sean was polite and profession. They inspected my vehicle and checked everything in a timely manner. Also, if you just need an inspection no appointment is required.

I have regularly visited this repair shop for the last 12 years. The experience has been good enough that I come back for all my maintenance while I have lived nearby (a steady 3+ star experience). However, just this week I had a check engine light that needed diagnoses and some repairs. The overall experience was the best I have had with any car repairs ever before. As a Mazda driver I expect consistent slightly above average service with slightly below average prices (I am interested in value), but I feel that I had an experience much closer to what a more luxurious service center would provide. I was taken care of quickly. I was kept up to date on progress. I was given options. I was provided more than I was expecting. My questions were answered. I made my reservation online the day before. I had internet while in the waiting area. I was even given a loaner car with no strings or urgency to meet the shops priorities. It was all very satisfying.
The service rep was so friendly and polite. He kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and any service updates. My phone was low on battery life and the rep saw this and offered an extension cord. Hows that for service?! Also, the entire process was quick and the free coffee was nice too.

Brought my car in for service with a battery issue and decided to do preventative transmission flush. After 2+ hrs at the dealer, got home only to find my car leaking fluids all over my driveway. Quality control obviously is not high on their priority list. Will say when I called to report issue they did not give me any attitude, although no one apologized for the inconvenience either.
The service department was incredibly helpful and friendly all the way around! Sean and Juan the advisors gave the best service ever experienced, Jennifer the cashier was thoroughly helpful and knowledgeable about everything, Jason the manager was very friendly and helped every way he could and Matt in parts was fast in finding out the prices I needed for my parts! Great team and pricing for the work I needed on my vehicle!

I dont know what is going on at this dealership and service dept. Have a serious problem with my Mazda and have called and no one could be bothered to answer phone or have a service advisor talk to a person. 3 completely different numbers prefaced with no response. Even left messages 2 days in a row for service. One for management. None could care less. Always used to be impressed by them. But even think they screwed me out a a extended warranty purchased. Guess I will take this up elsewhere. Complete disappointment. Would be zero stars but cant put that on here.
