Carlos is wonderful in explaining the process; Emary and Bill are a wonderful team here to answer any and all questions you may have. From bottled water, to gallon jugs, shower head filters, and so much more this little venue is more than just a water store. Located along the bustling Highway 6 and West Little York intersection, next to the Firestone, this small location packs a lot of information on water. They offer classes and lessons on what we drink from energy drinks and sodas to all the water that is sold. They speak Spanish too! Okay hands down the best place to get water, if you want real fresh alkaline water come here, the gentleman who helped us was super knowledgeable and helpful. If I could give you more stars I would, great customer service hands down! Will be back again! Also if you buy any of the bottles here the first fill up is free sooooo if y’all need some new jugs this is the place to come!

Excellent quality PH levels, the store is super clean & spacious, organized, the staff is very friendly with good customer service. What I appreciated most is even though the locations are separate entities this location honored our membership from the Heights location since we decided to stop going because the owner doesn’t believe in following CDC guidelines. It says a lot about a business and even though it’s a longer drive from our home we will be going to this location from here on out.

Billy and Emily are the sweetest! They make the place welcoming and they are highly informative about their products. They have multiple water dispensaries and they keep the filters visible for you to see how clean they maintain their water. I fill four 5 gallon jugs with 9.5-10.5 ph water, and I only purchase it here because it tastes fresher and cleaner than Whole Foods water dispenser.

Ive been going for about a year now. I bought a water cooler from them and I love it. Price was reasonable. Its convenient. Still not sure of the ph level.
