Though their truck had an unexpected break down, they still delivered! Quincy, the driver, was very professional and pleasant to work with. Hope he gets a bonus for working for so late.

We are so happy with H2eco Water! We were in a bind trying to get water for our pool and needed it within a day. When the prep took longer than expected, they still came through and showed up at 10p and worked late to get it done. Odelle did an amazing job navigating the 18-wheeler around our property to position it perfectly to pump the water into the pool. He was incredibly respectful and did a great job. We definitely recommend H2eco if you need water!

We ordered 16,000 gallons of water ( 4 truckloads of the small truck) to fill our new pool. The driver, Andrew H, was outstanding. He arrived on time, was careful of our property and in discharging the water into the pool. The first load of water came from Orlando, FL and was crystal clear. The next three loads came from water obtained by State Road 27 in Clermont, FL. Andrew flushed the system before loading the truck, but even after doing that, the second and third loads were not as clear as the water from Orlando. The final load turned the water green. The good news is none of the water contained iron and the discoloration is due to organic substances in the water. Both Andrew and H2eco Water were very concerned about the discoloration of the water and were willing to make it right. The pool company shocked the water and it is clearing up. Yes, I recommend H2eco Water, just do not accept water from Clermont.

Received a truck of water and was very impressed with the professionalism of both the office staff who did the scheduling and Odell the delivery driver. Odell let me know one hour prior to his arrival and skillfully maneuvered his truck into position to service our water tank. The whole process took about 45 min. and Odell was off to deliver another load of H2O to another customer. I will definitely recommend and use H2oec0 again. Great job guys.

Although I did receive the water, they were late both times they came. I dont mean slightly late, I mean hours late, getting here.Not only the latness that bothers me, the driver that delivered my water tore the liner to my brand new above ground pool, then texts my wife the photo saying he patched it with gorilla tape.I contacted the company and tell them what happened and I am told I will be reimbursed the $600 for 1 load of water. I expressed that this was unacceptable and that I will have to empty the pool to replace the liner and I do expect the ~$300 liner and $2,400.00 in water replaced. No word back from them in weeks.I call them again and told they will send me a complaint forms, still nothing. I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

Worked with them on 3 different pools we’ve been contracted to build. H2eco has been great in filling each of them, even on short notice. I would recommend anyone who wants a pool filled within hours versus days using a hose to call them.

The only reason they get 1 star is because their driver was very kind. This company has HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!! We ordered and paid for water and didnt recieve all the water. The driver ran over our gate damaged the gate and the gate opener. The second truck jacked knifed his truck and popped a hole in the tank losing water all over our entry.They owe us money for the unused water and the repair of the gate. We have sent over pictures of damage as well as our copy of the invoice that the driver signed and listed how much water was used and have been battling to get refunded for the unused water and compensation for the damage to our gate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!!!!!!!! We have called their office over and over and emailed many times with no resolution. Absolutely Awful Business!

I just spent 2 weeks working here in Arizona. New river cave creek I suggest customers. Fine a new water service theres plenty to choose from I can show you my paycheck. I was being trained by a guy from the Houston division. I observed many times customers being shorten water sometimes as much as 500 gallons .example you can not fill two 2 thousand tanks out of a 3500 gallon truck and and both customers get there 2 thousand gallons cause 2+2 = 4 2×2=4 this was part of a undercover report everything has been recorded might I add samantha is a employee

STAY AWAY!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We paid for water delivery that didnt show up on 4/7/20. WE HAD TO CALL. 4 TIMES TO FINALLY BE TOLD IT WASNT COMING! They tried to reschedule at inconvenient times for me, after I already moved jobs and took the day off for delivery.. We were supposed to receive a check for a refund, but it never showed up. For some reason they couldnt refund the $1649.69 to my card. They wont return calls and keep coming up with excuses and other departments that have to handle it. Ill just dispute the charge with capitol one. In my 43 years this will be the first time Ive ever had to do that. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

We have a Rainwater system and ran dry. No one in Austin could deliver water due to a shortage, so I was referred to these guys in Houston. They told me they could deliver 3200 gallons for $380, which is super high, but considering the drought and the emergency nature of our request I considered that to be OK. When the truck showed up he only had a 2000 gallon truck and the driver told us to call and let headquarters know not to charge us the full amount. I called and talked to the lady and she said the charge would be $220 instead. A week later I look at my credit card and they had actually charge the full $387. When I called to get it corrected the lady on the phone first tried to tell me that the $387 was correct because of taxes and a credit card fee ( which was never disclosed ). Since I can count, I pointed out to her that taxes and a credit card fee do not total $160, and that was not what I was told on the phone. Then she said she’d refund an amount that was less than the difference and tried to blame it on a credit card fee. I told her that no such fee was disclosed and when I asked how much the fee was she couldn’t (or wouldn’t) tell me. I had to argue with her to get her to issue the correct refund which I’m still waiting for. These guys will deliver water promptly and on time, but they will take you for every penny that they can, beware.UPDATE: They did process the refund promptly. I get that things were crazy at the time due to the drought and they were the only company who could come out within the week during an emergency and I appreciate that. It just really bummed me out that rather than listening to me and trying to get the overcharge fixed, they tried to tell me I was charged correctly because they were either too lazy or too greedy to be honest.

Paid for 28k of water for swimming pool they deliver 18k due to issues they were having won’t credit my card back for the 10k they didn’t deliver. They also ran over my gate causing over 2k in damages I can’t get a call back from a supervisor or manager the place is a mess !!!

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this company. We called on Thursday for a water delivery of 1600 gal of tanked water. Paid for the order and even paid $100 extra for a Saturday delivery. Well I still do not have water for my rental properties. I have spoke to Laura multiple times who was extremely unhelpful. I then asked for the second time for a manager to call me. He finally did and again not much help. He informed me that he was attempting to contact a driver. He said he did not know what had happened to our order. I then called Laura back a few hours later and was informed that a driver was located and that our delivery would be here in about 2 hours. It has now been 4 hours and I still have no water. And of conveniently neither the sales woman Laura or the Manager Josh will answer their phone anymore. I can not believe they are still in business.

I don’t typically write reviews but I felt compelled to after working with H2Eco. They provided me excellent service at a great price! I called for a quote to get my pool filled after resurfacing it and these guys made it happen. I would highly recommend H2Eco to anyone. Great work!!!

Family recently just had a pool built, and was concerned it would put to much of a strain on our well. So we decided to have it filled with a professional company. We called H2 eco and within 24 hours they had 5 trucks at our property and the pool was filled. The truck and the drivers were both top notch, and I can say this company was outstanding.

This is a dishonest company! My grandson has a small business. They called him for an emergency. He dropped everything, to take care of it. They okayd the bill, then refused to pay thefull bill. They are dishonest!!!!!

I am not one to leave a negative review. In fact, this is the first one Ive ever felt compelled to write. If I could give 0 stars here, I would.We had H2Eco supply water to our RV park for 6+ months as we awaited the completion of our well. We were informed the price for the water ($699) and the monthly tank rental ($399). Since we thought it would be temporary, we bought 1 tank and used theirs. Should have just bought our own tanks in hindsight but you live and learn.After paying the delivery fee ($199), their water tank was delivered with a pump. No one had mentioned anything about a pump, so we assumed it was provided with the tank.We were told wed get a phone call when the truck driver was on his way. Happened maybe twice over those 6 months. Whenever I would call, the office ladies were incredibly rude and not at all concerned with my needs. At one point their driver shorted us an entire tank of water. Big deal when youre providing water to guests at an RV park. I called promptly and was told there was no error and that after Id already paid $100 extra for a Saturday delivery, wed have to pay for them to delver another load. Thus, we paid a premium for half of the water requested. The driver even admitted his mistake on a later delivery as he was under the misconception that the tanks filled equally at the same time.To make matters worse, the pump went out. We called to get a replacement and were told it would be an entire day later as they had to drive to Austin and back to get it (we are in Houston). I guess paying to hotshot one-way was too costly for providing prompt customer service? Anyhow after having to call myself for updates although I was assured theyd call me (ha!), our guests were without water for a day and a half. So, we decided to purchase our own pump and restore service as they were so delayed and unconcerned.To add salt to the wound, they charged me $249 for a pump rental fee without my consent. Funny how the month I only got to use it for 2 days I get charged a full rental that I wasnt even made aware of. Then, I also got an invoice for over $2000 in back charges for 6 months of pump rental we were never informed of! If we had, we wouldve never used their pump and bought our own for that price!Of course I made a phone call to get this issue handled immediately. The ladies on the phone refused to patch me through to the manager and said he wont change his mind. Wouldnt even hear me out. They responded to 1 of my many concerned emails offering me half off of a charge I was NEVER made aware of which still totalled $980 of charges we were not expecting or ever told wed have to pay.Fast forward to now, after several emails and phone calls I have yet to have spoken with the manager and was sent my last incoice stating theyd be sending it to collections. Beyond frustrated, so Im forced to write this review even though I was so hopeful theyd make right.

The water is amazing, clean, refreshing, and excellent quality. I worked for a commercial plumbing company who tested the H2ecO water. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. For the first several months, right on time. I dont think they schedule their deliveries. So the last few months, I have to call several times to get our water delivered. This time, I started called on Friday, Monday, and today. Well see if our delivery arrives as promised. If the water was not such excellent quality, I would cancel the service.

Abosolute the worst company you can get water from. I have been getting water from them for a while now and I am fed up. At first they would scheduled deliveries and they would arrive a day early or day late. They drivers would tell me the office girls dont know what they are doing. I called once to complain they gave me a $50 credit....I dont have a well water yet. I depend on this water for the day to day in my house. I have a tank the they come fill so when they come a day early sometimes it not empty and they end up spilling a good 300 gallons. Or a day late and I dont have water for a day. Today I had a scheduled delivery. After being told all day it would arrive today I called close to the end of the day and was told the driver had some leak and wouldnt make it. But they would offer me a $50 discount on my delivery. And the would scheduled me for tomorrow morning but the couldnt tell me what time because the driver had other deliverys as well.But if got another delivery from somewhere else and cancelled same day they would still have to charge me the WHOLE load without delivering a single drop!Stay away from this company! I only stuck around for so long cause the driver are good people and I was to lazy to find another company. Avoid the headaches Ive had to deal with and just go somewhere else. Learn from my mistakes, it never gets better.Oh and it gets better!I woke up this morning to find a charge for the full load that they did not manage to deliver and if I wanted them to refund it to my account they were going to charge me $13. So I hope youre happy h2eco because you will be losing a client for $13 for a mistake you made!

These guys are easy to work with. I had pool redone and it kept getting delayed due to weather and scheduling of the plaster. H2eco was able to work with me and come out the day I needed water.

Wow am I disappointed and frustrated. I never write bad reviews, ever and I’m a google local guide! But this had to be done. H2Eco is not the company you want to use. We are based in Austin, TX and were reassured they could do the job filling our 70k gallon pool out on Lake Tracis. The pre charged my card the $9k it costed and we thought we were all systems go. Well the showed up yesterday, filled the bottom of our infinity pool and today are nowhere to be found. We have called the office multiple times, the crew was supposed to be here by 7am and still no word back. The office says “they don’t know what is going on” and no water has arrived. Hopefully we can get our money back but for your peace of find, find someone new, this has been a huge headache.

They were the only ones who would come out when my rain collection tanks went dry. I called and they came out the next day. Great service

Day of appointment no call from driver no call from company about any issues and no show. I mad a call to inquire where delivery was and never got a call back. This company is located in several states FYI im in Florida.They contract out there services to independent truckers/trucking companys the trucking company that was suppose to deliver my water was Evans Trucking out of Orlando. Calling bank in the AM to have charges disputed as fraud, because thats all this company is FRAUDS!

Run away!We had to call them multiple times a month to remind them to deliver our water (even though we are set up on an automatic delivery system). Last month, they only delivered half of what they are contracted to deliver, promising that they would deliver the other half the following week. They never did, and havent reimbursed us either.I called today (Friday) asking about our water that was supposed to be delivered Tuesday... Her response was that our order is too small to be a top priority for them. We really wanted to support a local business through our water delivery service, but were cancelling our contract today.Id rather spend all day harvesting water from the inside of a fishhook barrel cactus than deal with these people again.

I worked for them as a contractor during The devastation that happen in Puerto Rico and after months of trying to get them to pay for a shipping container that we had to have transported to various locations but it was theirs to pay plus my company’s fee they are still giving me the run around. When spoke the their new manager in Houston she tells me to do what I have to do and take them to court and hung the phone on me. No professionalism whatsoever. Even though I see they expanded with customer service and company ethics like this very much doubt they will be in business for too long. Also is pathetic that he has to create bogus accounts and have his wife Elena post a positive review. Next time you try to screw a company make sure they are not private investigators also. I will be posting the law suite subpoena since emails are not being answered.
