My experience with Dream Bathroom Vanities was top notch. Since I had never heard of them, I spoke to them prior to placing an order for the 84 Dukes vanity by Lexora. They assured me they stand by their 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I will review the vanity separately after weve installed it and lived with it for awhile but in terms of Dream Bathroom Vanities, I highly recommend them. They kept me posted throughout the entire process of ordering, shipping and delivery and I would like to especially thank Sam. He was simply delightful to work with and did an awesome job. I had recently remodeled two other bathrooms in our home and wish I had ordered my other vanities through this company. We will likely sell this home in the near future and I will definitely order new vanities for our new home from this company. One additional point, there was a bit of a glitch with the countertop and Sam did a superb job handling the situation. Thank you so very much Sam!!

Buyer beware! This company touts 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed, but my experience was far from that. After receiving my vanity a month and a half after ordering it, I was given three days to inspect it for damage and flaws (which it had). I missed inspecting one piece — the backsplash — because it was packed under the vanity top. When we went to install everything we found that the backsplash was broken in half, but they refused to replace it since it was outside of the 3-day damage claim window. I’ve never heard of such a thing!I wish I had purchased this from Home Depot where I know they would have returned and/or replaced the damaged parts. I would never recommend purchasing a product from this company.
