1. Our first order was good. However, the second order was arriving as borken tile On pallet.2. We paid for the original price with the express fee.However, the quality and services are very terrible at Porcelanosa Houston! And we lost 40% tiles we ordered without any apologies and replacement.I do recommend this store to anyone who looks for frustration and trouble.

Be careful to order any tiles from this store. Half of the tile has been broken and the store refused to replace. So, if you are looking for terrible experience, this store would be a great choice.

Zero communication between the sales rep and the delivery company. If you have a problem, no one takes responsibility. The worst is, if you want your product to be delivered inside your business or home, the delivery company will ask you to pay extra in addition to the exuberant fee youve already paid, which the sales rep never mentions. The worst experience overall.
