Spaghetti squash with marinara is top notch. There are some nice choices for soups & stews. Learned about non dairy coconut kefir.

Beautiful little shop with great assortment of clean foods. Their signature item, coconut keifer, is outstanding with amazing flavors. I have found some of their higher priced items at Woodmans for much less.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and extremely heloful when it comes to nutrional needs. Friendly atmospheres too.

Quaint shop, loaded with many locally sourced/healthy, ready to eat dinners, breads, treats, etc. The owner is very friendly and passionate about what she does.

My favorite place in town to get a hearty meal, or snack, and some shelf and freezer stock. Every town needs a place like this, luckily Grafton has one.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Slow Pokes. I drive from Illinois once every few months to stock up on their coconut kefir. I also enjoy my lunch there when Im in the area. The employees are SO informative and polite. The food is delicious! (Soup and sandwich from my last visit were incredible)We love buying the quinoa waffles and putting the male flavored kefir on it! Yum! Cant wait to go back!

The owners are on premises, they mean well and they carefully prepare food, but it doesnt taste very good. Only palatable if you have dietary restrictions. They have gluten-free and vegan food -- but why do that to yourself? Ask a trusted friend -- do I have an eating disorder?

Was able to find some really great local foods from a farm in Cedarburg as well as a variety of items that stay completely away from bad oils and other questionable ingredients that you will find in big box stores. Great find in the local Grafton area.

They have a good selection of hard-to-find gluten-free and vegan products. This is the only place I have found in the Milwaukee area that has homemade dine-in and take-home paleo meals. Wonderful selection of local meats with an emphasis on a good life and diet of the animal you are eating.
