As for me and my family love LoneStar auto center they have good customer service and for Robin she is the best she talk to you and tell the right info she is very helpful in making the customer very happy thank you.

After a recent accident, our tow driver took our car to Lone Star Auto. Because this was his recommendation I was very much on guard and expecting to get screwed since I have heard so many bad things about tow drivers getting kickbacks by taking people to shady repair companies. We rolled the dice and went with it, and I am so happy that we did. They opened the office at 1:00am to take care of us, gave us a rental car for whatever insurance would cover + $50 (so our out of pocket was $50), and worked with the insurance adjuster. The car didnt get repaired because insurance totalled it out in the end, but throughout the whole process the folks at Lone Star were amazing and made everything so much less painful for us. I will definitely take a vehicle there in the future if I need body work done.

Great service and very professional. I was repairing my truck from off-road damage. The owner came out and offered my wife and I water. Walked us through the back shop and explained exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend them.

After they test drove my vehicle they let me know it wasnt something theyd be able to work on. They didnt charge me for the diagnosis I got, which was a really nice surprise.

My wife had accident in my QX80 almost a year ago. I had my fair share with body shop and auto service. But this one is a total experience they will take care of u fro A to Z, rental car deals with the insurance company and give you updated on everything that is going to happen and what the best thing to do. Not only that they did amazing job on my car it was Flawless, even when I traded the car at the dealership they didn’t know it was previously Damaged ( that’s why I’m writing the review now) I got the max for my trade. Worst place to ever get towed to.They did not let me take my car out it was an excuse after an excuse and for me to leave it longer and they make more money out of me,they also kept trying to convince me to get my car fixed by them which were not my intentions whatsoever and y’all need to respect who I go to to get my car fixed.Also very rude service teach y’all employees some manners.I usually don’t leave bad reviews but a place like this needs it so other people can know what type of people they working with.

Lone Star auto service is absolutely fantastic! I would not take my car anywhere else. Unfortunately, my wife and I were both in accidents this year (neither one was our fault), but when the second wreck happened I knew exactly where I wanted to take my truck. The rental car was very nice and the staff are just outstanding. The process was so easy and stress-free!My grandfather passed away while my truck was being fixed so I was stuck out of town with the rental for a week when my truck was already fixed and they were extremely understanding! My truck looks brand new! They detailed the inside as well, which looks so nice! Needed a side mirror replaced. Stopped in, got a estimate within just a few minutes. Mirror came inn and was painted in just a few days, and installed in 30 minutes. No problems, quick service... friendly staff.... will definitely use them again.

My vehicle got towed there due to bad plates from the seller. I had to wait 2 days to get it due to the answering service not picking up the phone which ended up costing me $100 more to get it back. To make up for it, they comped my inspection. Another reason why Im giving them 5 stars is, this is a professional body shop and the staff is courteous as well. I would be fine with taking a vehicle to get repaired overe here.

This was great service. My car was in a accident and was towed to their shop. The tow driver was very professional. When I went to the shop they did a great job showing me the car. The owner came out and met me and showed me around his shop. I decided to have them do the repairs on my car 100% lifetime guarantee comes with it. They did a great job better than expected. Hurricane Harvey happened while my car was in the shop and they called me to assure me that my car was safe and not near any water. Got it back and it looks great and drives great.I would totally recommend them for future work.

Lone Star was great! We had an issue with our adjuster and they had to get another estimate, which lengthened the time that we had one of Lone Stars rentals out. They only charged us the maximum rental charge our insurance would pay out though they could have charged us a lot more. They also paid our insurance deductible for us! No guarantee thatll happen for everyone but they were super nice. Will definitely go back if we need more work.

This place has excellent customer service, convenient hours, and great quality work. I went through insurance from being hit by another driver, but I will be coming back if I ever need my car fixed in the future. They appear to have very reasonable rates too.

I’m new to the country and I also just experienced my very first accident! After going through so much hassle with the insurance company, I ended having to pay half of the damages, plus storage and rental car fees. This review is in regards to the wrecking service operation there. Not sure how they are separate if its all under one title. Sounds like a way for them to deflect from what they are really doing over there. If there were a zero star rating I would give one. These people are CROOKS! They make up arbitrary rules to over charge customers. The staff have a zero sense of urgency and could careless of their customers time. I wouldn’t even let these clowns check my tire pressure. They would probably tell me they are backed up and I would have to wait two days. This organization is trash. They charged me two days of storage when it had not been in their custody for over 24 hours. How is that legal for a company to hold you hostage like that?

Sean and the guys here have helped me with 3 of my vehicles in the last 2 months. In all my years of having my cars worked on I have never dealt with more professional, responsible and caring individuals. I’ve had work done at many places around the Katy area and can say that these guys are the fairest and best in town. If you don’t believe me try for yourself.

There is new management and the service was excellent. The owner was very helpful. Being a girl at an auto shop, I am always super wary of getting taken advantage of. The owner took me into the garage and showed me the issue with the car and he had no problem with talking to my husband when I wanted to make sure. They also sent me home with the parts (as requested by my husband). There are three master technicians here and everything seemed very upfront and honest.

After a minor accident, my car was towed to a lot adjacent to this shop. When I went to release the car to the shop I had in mind, these guys convinced me to let them do the job, and would sweeten the deal.Mechanically, the job was done well. The damaged fender was replaced along with other components, with OEM replacements, and the fit was good.The paint on the new fender and bumper was nicely matched, but I unfortunately did find overspray on trim, clear coat runs and “orange peel” on some of the clear coat. The fog light covers in my bumper were replaced with pre painted ones that did not match my newly painted bumper, instead of being matched to the bumper.All in all it’s a good shop, especially if your car is just a means from A to B and you don’t care if your paint is perfect. They also took care of a few details here and there that they didn’t have to but did anyway, which was appreciated.My best feedback is that they need to take quality control a little more seriously, especially in the body shop and paint.Update: I honestly tried to be patient and politely gave the shop the chance to fix the mistakes, 3 times. Unfortunately I each time I would come back to pick up the car I would see that they never fixed the issues I had pointed out. Cory would tell me that they would be fixed, but they still wouldn’t get done. Nobody ever did a quality check before telling me to come pick up the car. The mirror was never fixed, parts of the bumper never paint-matched, and now I’m finding out that trim pieces were poorly glued back on instead of replaced.

Wow - I wish I was able to give 100 stars. Mason is a true professional. When I didn’t understand what my insurance company was saying, he broke it down. He fought for me and I consider him a friend. You don’t find many people willing to go that extra mile. The shop is clean, everyone is nice, and if your car ends up here, rest assured, it will be fixed and you’ll have never known it was in a wreck. Thank you everyone at Lone Star!!

Sean the owner personally helped me after my front end collision. He was so kind and helped me out tremendously. When my insurance wouldnt pay for more rental car time, Lonestar stepped up and took care of me. Francis the girl who runs the office was fabulous! Everyone there went out of their way to help me when I needed it most. I will definitely use them again for any mechanic work.

My car had fuel issue when unknowingly my wife put wrong fuel in the car. The car was towed and taken to Lone star. They took my insurance information and told me not to worry about it. We were leaving the country for international and didnt shared the info with them. Without telling us the agency put our situation as a collision and told us everything is taken care of, and car is fixed in 4 days. When we came back after 3 years my license shows that I have an accident on my record and my insurance rates are higher because of this. I just feel disgusted and frustrated with the incident.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. Also while the damages were being repaired on my car Lone Star Auto Service let me use a rental so I could have transportation. They were also very quick at repairing my car.

They had my car for 3 weeks. Which may not sound like a lot but when your promised to get your car a certain day and are given the run around about it thats crazy!!! I do have to say that the body work they did was amazing but I can also say they switched my spoiler on the back of my car. Crazy right?!? Ive contacted them and they say that they have no reason to even mess with it but my car is white and my spoiler is a vanilla color. I would not recommended this place to my worst enemy!!!

I had my car in storage at this place for a couple of days and noticed that my stockpile of quarters were stolen by these people. I had a significant of amount of change considering I deliver pizzas. They left my with only pennies after returning my car home. Might not sound like a big deal, but does go to show these people have no respect for your belongings and are very dishonest. These people did not feel genuine from the minute I walked into their business. I hardly write reviews but just from this little stunt they pull I highly recommend you guys steer clear of this place. Truly Disappointed.

Got my car fixed here in 2016, after a wreck. I didn’t know anything about wrecking, and procedures. So when the tow truck driver, ensured me I was in good hands, being naive I trusted him. I have a 2015 versa, the accident caused $8,000 worth of damage. USAA took care of me, however lone star auto ruined my car and I’m still paying for it til this day. They put a faulty radiator in my car, they replaced the radiator and about 2 months later my transmission failed. In 2017, I had to go to Nissan for a totally new transmission.. although lone star auto has a “lifetime warranty”, they didn’t seem eager at all to help me.To this day I’m paying for repairs on my car and I’m behind upside down. Said all of this to say beware. Don’t believe the “new management”, and friendly customer service. It could cost you thousands

Im not the one to write any reviews but man I got to hand it to them. Took my wifes car in for an oil change dropped it off for a few hours, got a call from Doug and he explained that they noticed a few other problems, mechanical wise. asked for a quote it seemed fair so I went ahead and approved. All in all fair pricing and service was great, friendly staff took them a week to fix it and I got timely text on status from them, will be using them from now on
