The head of the shop, Vincent, was incredibly helpful, professional, and eased all the stress of the process. Their pricing was PHENOMENAL over every other place I called. Dealerships, other shops, and Safelite. I only had to pay $310 for everything. Other shops wanted $800-$1100 and my insurance wanted $1000. I show up on time to my appointment and they were ready to replace my windshield. It took about an hour to finish it. The new windshield looks really great! The product and the service was really affordable. So far, Im very happy with their work. The only downside is they charge my card immediately, but almost a month later they finally processed the payment. It was a confusing transaction when you see it almost a month later in your bank account.

I found Advanced Auto Glass online and decided to give them a call. They did a great job replacing my windshield!!! I am also very grateful for the men who work there. They gave my mirror a temporary fix seeing as though it was dangerous for me to be driving with missing a side mirror❤️ which I thought was a great act of kindness. My car window was busted in last night. I called them at about 8:15 am and they were able to get me in right away. They were very nice and courteous. They even vacuum all the glass from my car. They got the job done faster than I expected and at a reasonable price. A++. I will be using them in the future if I ever have this issue again.

I called at 2:30p and was told he (Vincent) could be to my location by 4p to install a new windshield. At 3:50,Vincent arrived. He was finished in forty minutes despite the rain we had at the time.I waited to review the service until I went through the car wash. I am extremely satisfied with the work and ethics of Vincent. After accidentally smashing out my back lift gate glass on what was expected to be a rainy afternoon, I called Vincent who was very customer service focused and prompt. He gave me a quick quote which was better than his competitors and made other suggestions about possible other parts that I might need. He decided to purchase the parts and stated hed return them if he didnt need them. And he didnt need them! He came to my work, made a quick installation, and was on his way by noon. Currently having my window replaced In the vet parking lot to kick off my day. Unfortunately my car was broken into, in broad daylight, on the day it’s raining after getting some heartbreaking news about my pet. I tried another big chain mobile repair place and they couldn’t help me until a week later. I called advanced auto glass and they sent someone out right away to fix the car. They had another appointment but since it’s raining and my car isn’t protected they jumped on it fast. They were even cheaper than the original, big chain name business. Can’t thank them enough for taking a horrible day and trying to make it better.

Vincent did a great job after my car window was smashed by some petty thief. First he responded immediately by email and phone. Second he was very reasonably priced, especially over safe flight! He made an appointment for me the very day I called instead of safe flight who was along me to wait several days for an appointment. I highly recommend him. He was very courteous, professional, quick, well priced and does heat work! For reference he fixed my 2013 Lexus RX 350.

I have had this company work on three different vehicles for me over the past six years. Vincent did the first job for me and I have had two different employees do work with the other two vehicles. Every time has been professional and on point. Which leads me to believe that he knows how to hire staff. The first job that Vincent did he did at his facility, but the second and third job he did was at my work which happens to be down the road. Each time I am impressed with the amazing work that is done. If you have a crack in your windshield give this company a chance. They have done me right each time, every time for a number of years. Excellent service. Very fast. Called on Sunday, said hed call me back Monday morning with availability. Called at 8:05 AM, had the glass by 9. Said it would take 40 mins to install, took 32. Cost quoted was exactly as charged. Excellent, Highly recommended. Vincent was great.

Vincent immediately responded to my call and agreed to fix my car that morning. He even met the competitions fee that I was quoted. The waiting room was clean, with coffee and cookies available. It was a comfortable wait for me. The work was done quickly, and after he discovered the source of a whistling sound in the closed window after I drove off, he ordered a new pane which was changed out the next day. I hope I dont have another vandalized car, but if I do, Im calling Vincent immediately. Its so nice to find a reliable and pleasant experience to balance an expensive and negative one.

I was able to call and get an estimate, they asked if I wanted to come in, so drove to shop. Its in a strip industrial area and I had some issues with Google Maps finding it, but, finally did, just have to turn in and go back. Came in, gave keys, and hung out for about an hour and a half. I wish I had brought some things to do. I guess most people dont hang at the shop, its cool, but the little waiting room is smaller, with a limited number of television stations. They were super courteous, but I kind of didnt get an idea of timeline or what was going on because I was separated in the tiny room without updates. Theres nothing around to really walk to, so, Id have them come out, or bring something to do. Price was cheaper than others, almost $150 cheaper than Safelite.

I had originally gotten a quote from Safelite to replace my windshield after an object flew out of the back of a truck in front of me driving on the highway and shattered it. They wanted over $400 and I would have to wait a week to have it replaced. I called A Advanced Auto Glass, was quoted half that, and he installed the new windshield the next day in about 20 minutes! Im very pleased with the service provided by this company. The guys were even running a little bit late and they called to let me know.

Dealerships have to order the window! Screw that! Vincent did an awesome job in replacing the drivers side rear window. I needed same day service near my area and he took care of replacing the window, vacuuming my car of the window remains (my car was broken into), and dropping me off at work. This guy does professional work.

Great price and good work

Heres some good advice: fix your small rock chips immediately, otherwise, the crack spreads over time and you end up having to replace the entire window. I kept putting it off and putting it off and noticed that the crack got bigger with every car wash. Anyway, it had spread through half the window once I decided to call someone. I called Vince and asked if he could just fix the window. He asked me how big the crack was and when I told him he told me I would have to replace it. I knew I had waited too long but in the back of my mind I was hoping for a different response. Anyway, he came with the glass and fixed it in my driveway. The whole thing took a little longer than an hour I think. The price was reasonable and my car looks fine. I just wish I would have spent $35 to fix a small crack instead of $275 to replace a whole window but lesson learned.

Did a great job replacing the side window of my truck. Complete in under an hour and 100$ less than other quotes. Even fixed my door for me.

Fast and at a good price

I called one day ahead of time to provide all the details about my vehicle and the guy told me that they will have the windshield available by the next morning. I showed up this morning and not only did they not have the glass it seems like he was on the phone ordering the glass when I was already there waiting. I waited for over and hour and the guy could not even give me a time when the windshield was going to arrive.This is the most unprofessional business i have ever dealt with.

The only drawback was the time period. They said they would be out at 11AM and didnt show up till noon. I know things happen but the guy should have called. It took a little longer than I thought but at the end of the day my windshield got fixed. Overall not a bad service

Had my truck broken into at about 3 pm. They were the only guys in town that could come to me that afternoon/evening and fix my window. Vacuumed all the broken glass, replaced window, and cleaned the area in under 45 minutes. Would use again (hope I dont have to)
