They estimated it would take a week to fix my car, but I had it back in 3 days. They installed a new bumper after I had been in an accident. When I got my car back I was so excited because it looked like Id just driven it off the car lot. They detailed it and everything.I was also happy with the fact that I was able to just leave my rental car there when I picked up my car, rather than having to return it to Enterprise myself. I was in and out of there in no time.
Top notch!!! The communicate with you every step of the way. I received daily text updates as well as an actual phone call every other day. They even finished ahead of schedule. My vehicle was returned to me cleaner inside than I left it too. AWESOME EXPERIENCE

This location sent my car to another service king to get repaired. That Serivice King mis-painted a part (drivers side lower garnish vent was painted white) that was supposed to be left unpainted black. In an effort to remedy the mistake, this location painted over the white area with black paint and painted the undamaged (passenger) side black. Neither is supposed to be painted. I asked them to replace both parts and paint correctly. Basically this caused me to be stuck in the middle of two shops deciding who was responsible for what and who was responsible for fixing. The manager of this location tried to help but ultimately placed blame on the shop that my car was shipped to. It took a month to get my car returned to me. I did compete the survey and submitted a summary to service king website. No one ever reached out. And to put the final nail in the coffin there is still damage from the work they did. Ultimately I couldn’t keep going back and forth with either shop and took my car back as is. Very disappointing all around. I would suggest folks avoid service king at all cost.

They did a good job fixing the car, but took a little too long to do it. Also two times I get a flat tire in there due to nails.The team is very nice, and really super helpful . But There are other places that would be my first choice .
They work fast and do a good job but don’t ever rent from the enterprise at this location. They will overcharge you. My insurance covered my rental and they still charged me.

The Staff had No idea what was going on with my car estimate and the staff were having disagreements on the phone in front of the customers. Very unprofessional 🤔🤔. I still recd a call today from Service King, on the 11th, asking if I wanted to reschedule my appt, as if I didnt make the one on this past Thursday the 9th.🤔🤔

He was Superb !!! . If I had to give him a score it would be 100 was EXCELLENT Customer Service. He made my experience one I will never forget. He was very Kind, Detailed of everything that needed to be done on my car, how long it would take and Kept me updated every step of the way of the process. Very Pleased With The Finished Product. At The End it walked me through everything that had been done, how to care for my car for the next few months and told me if I had any questions, problems or concerns I could call him and hed make sure it was taken care of. Now you cant beat that type of customer services. I will refer everybody I know that need their car fixed or serviced to Service King. Thank Ypu So Much For A Job Well Done!!!

Wrose place ever i took my truck to get it fix and they mess up my wiring,lights and the general manager dont even know what was going on very disappointed of this place very unprofessional people NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NOTHING DONT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE !!!!! BAD SERVICE

Dont even think about it, unless you enjoy wasting your time and money making multiple trips only to see that your vehicle is not repaired correctly. Quality control is non-existent. Either no one at the shop reviews/inspects the repairs or they purposely try to pass it off on customers hoping they accept repairs as-is.
Used these guys for a repair after an accident.... great experience... they have an Enterprise car rental right in the building. AAA+++

This location is ok.. sometimes its difficult to get information on your vehicle but they eventually get back to you.. appointments are usually far out which isnt helpful when you are paying for a rental.. Im happy for the new location off the Beltway which is just 2 mins away from me.. although their Enterprise staff are rude

I woke up to my bumper unhinged and I was confused how it happened, so I looked up an auto body shop. I noticed Frontier Collision was conveniently located off of the beltway! As soon as I walked in I was helped right away! The shop workers were fast, professional and they really saved the day!
