Our sons clutch went out on his 2005 Hyundai Tucson, we dropped it off at Sam auto repair on Wednesday, he said it be ready by Friday and he called on Thursday said it was ready. We could not be more pleased with the quick and quality work that was done replacing all parts needed, and staying in price range that was quoted which were hundreds less than other quotes we were given at a few other places we called. There was a lot going on with the car than I thought. My fiancé found Mr. Sam on Groupon and he come highly recommended. The car sounds and drive so much better than it ever has even from the original purchase. He was very professional and kept us up to date about the car. Sam is the man! Ive been taking my cars to him for several years. Hes always done a good job at a fair price. If I take my car to get fixed it stays fixed. Ive never taken anything back for the same problem. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an honest estimate and a well done repair.

Sold me a car with a rolled back odometer and refused to take responsibility for it. This is the state of TX and the car is sold as is is what I was told when I called back AFTER finding out SAM LIED TO MY FACE about the mileage of the car. He hung up on me and wont pick up my calls anymore. It said it was 130k on the website, the car says 130k, HE TOLD ME it was 130k...yet the carfax i pulled up yesterday came out to over 210,000 miles.

Low price for installations and got me out quick! Will definitely be coming back.

I had a CHECK ENGINE light and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Found reasonably priced replacement parts and labor. Dropped off my vehicle at 8am and was serviced and repaired by 2pm. Will look to this place for any future vehicle maintenance and service needs.

My experience at Sams Auto Repair & Collision went smoothly. Sam answered all my questions and gave me an autobiography of himself and his shop. He had no problems answering any questions. Then he took care of my SUV without any issues. Within 45 minutes, Sam unassembled my fuel tank, diagnosed the problems, and promptly repaired the vehicle. Sam is a great person who has helping others in his heart.

Sam was nice and was very informative about what was wrong with my car,the parts I needed and he also showed me the part that was damaged in my vehicle, and he done around the same time that he said he was gone be done and so far the car seems to be driving smoothly and the problem seems to be fixed.Update 3weeks later:my car was doing fine for about a week or 2 but now it’s having a different type of problem not only that but a few days ago I had to get my brakes replaced an inspection was suppose to be done and I was not informed that something was wrong with my brakes I had paid over 1000 at this shop getting a whole bunch of stuff replaced which I was convinced to use they finance snap so now I’m paying on that every paycheck and for my car not to be completely fixed is ridiculous and a inconvenience.

Charged me $750 and didn’t fix the problem I wanted fix. I drove my car 20 minutes and it was right back doing the same thing I wanted fix. If he couldn’t fix the problem he should’ve told me instead of taking my money & calling the police on me for wanting my money’s worth.

Called in for an oil change on my Lexus and was taken care of right away on a Monday afternoon, no appointment. Sam is knowledge. They worked on my car and got it out in a reasonable time (about 20 mins start to finish). The price point was reasonable as well. AND, they have a rewards system in which your 6th oil change is FREE! They also offer auto body repair in which you can finance the repairs if its going to be costly, in which most cases are. He even sells cars that are on the lot. Overall great located shop with knowledgeable staff and decent prices. Will have to take my other vehicle here for an estimation on auto body repair.

Sam got me in right away for my oil change and without me addressing him with my additional concerns for my vehicle said he already noticed the sound it was making and would check it out for me also. It usually takes me about a week after getting my car serviced to write a review typically because I want to make sure that there are no issues. Since a week has passed here we go..... Im usually skeptical about taking my car to get serviced generally because of shady mechanics, however this is my second time taking my car to Sams auto repair shop. The last time he fixed my air conditioner, he did an excellent job by the way. This time I came in for a performance tuneup, since I havent had any issues you could very well say that they do great work and the prices are reasonable too!

It pricey and but they do fast service and they are very considerate people and will take good care of your car.

First time owning a Hybrid so I was worried about a auto repair shop getting over on me, but it was the complete opposite. These guys are great, super friendly, tentive and prompt. They did a complete check of my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and repaired it. Under 4 hours while I waited. I highly recommend just know if u want professional service and work u have to pay for it, but they arent outrageous. I intend on being a forever customer.

I went to this place to let them check to see why my Ac & heat stop working in my car. They charged me $80 just to check. Sam the owner told me it was the blower motor and it was $632.95 to repair that’s with the part and labor. At first I was like ok, he can fix it, but I called my husband and he said not today it’s going to take too long. So I called my brother and he said call auto zone and see how much the part costed. I was shocked because he told me he had to get the part from Nissian because nobody else had the part in the area, and it was going to be $300 and something but he can get it with his mechanic discount for $262.95 and his labor was $369.99 to replace it. Well Auto Zone price was $108.99 for the part and plus they had a 20% purchases over $100 with FREE next day shipping. I got Yesterday in the mail and it literally took ME 5 minutes to change it out with the help on YouTube. A Phillips screw driver to unscrew 6 screws, pull out my glove box and push in the clip on the blower motor to release it and another clip to disconnect the blower motor, put the new on, put it back in place and screw the glove back in place. Turned my heat and AC on and it works fine! Now y’all be the judge and tell me how they hell did SAM get $632.95 for that!!! A total RIP OFF!

I called and asked how much the price would be to change three motor mounts on a 2005 Nissan Altima. Fell in love with the price!! 200 for three motor mounts ! Every other mechanic shop would charge like 300 or 250.. great service!! This shop has my trust now!

SAMs Auto Repair shop is very clean. The shop was easy to find. I had my rotors and brake pads replaced The price was very reasonable and all done in a timely manner I give Sams auto repair five stars.

Needed a lot of work done on my car and Sam and his crew did a great job. Took some extra time due to some bad luck on an ordered part but they took care of it at no extra cost to me and now my car runs and sounds like it did years ago. Will be bringing my other car there as well when it needs work.
