Went for in for an estimate and was immediately greeted by someone who told me where to go. The staff was welcoming, helpful, the facility was well puttogether and clean. They quickly helped me and provided all the information, along with pictures from under my car where the damage was. Tristan even challenged the pricing for the part that I needed and called to ensure I got a better deal than what he saw listed. I have not had any work done yet, but from my first experience, it seems like they are very reputable.

I had bodywork and painting done on my vehicle, as a result of a hit and run done on my car. This company was great in keeping me aware of progress on my car. The overall price was reasonable and the team was professional and customer friendly. The work done was great and my car looked wonderful after the wonderful detail work that they performed. This is now my place of choice for car issues.

Monica is in the front office and she was delightful and very helpful both when I drop my car off and when I pick it up a week later. Tristan was on top of everything perfectly. He was in touch with me several times keeping me up-to-date as to how the car was doing and when I could plan on picking up the car. He was on time for everything. He is excellent at what he does. Premier CARSTAR repaired my vehicle after getting into an accident. The body repair they did was excellent. These days there are long waits to get into body shops; this place has the same constraints, but they managed to get me in a week ahead of schedule. I was kept informed all steps along the way and am very satisfied with the result.

I just picked up my vehicle from the shop, and the first thing I want to do is tell the world how great my experience was! The folks here did a great job at repairs, communication, intake, and pick up. The process was quick, easy, convenient, and above all, I received daily reminders on the status of my vehicle. This is by far not the closest body shop to my residence. However, after researching and reviewing different body shops within a reasonable distance, I selected the shop based upon reviews, customer feedback, and information on their website. The pricing is reasonable, and I am happy to say I will be doing business with them in the very near future. I highly recommend this place. 10/10, would recommend over and over again! If you have any issues with your car, need something fixed, going through an insurance claim, this is the place to go. I dropped my car off on a Thursday, and had it the next Wednesday. They did an amazing job at fixing the damage and also deep cleaned the inside and outside of my car before I picked it up. And the office personnel was exceptional as well. So polite and wonderful! I was always informed of the progress through texts and phone calls, which was so nice. I will definitely be using them again if need be!

They were my Geico authorized repair center to do repairs after an accident . Was able to make appointments for drop off and pick up so no real wait, was sent updates with photos of work to be done as well as progress reports and all work was completed on time, washed and detailed.

I had an amazing experience! Tristan was extremely helpful in the explaining how the process was going to be. From the beginning the process was seamless. They contacted the rental car agency who delivered a car to me in 10 minutes. They took great care to fix my car after my accident and Tristan went personally above and beyond to accommodate my work hours and stayed many hours late to let me pick up my car. They were very expeditious but meticulous with the repairs and the car looks and works well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during a time where things could have been much more difficult and painful to arrange. My father chose Premier CARSTAR to fix his car, and today I picked up his Civic. The repairs was quick and my dad is satisfied with it. The office I went into today was clean, modern, and considerate. There was plenty of candy, sodas, and coffee for customers to take in the waiting room. A large flat screen TV mounted on the wall near the couches to lounge in. The receptionist was nice and friendly. Overall, my dad and I are both satisfied with Premier CARSTARs service!

The staff at the CARSTAR are the BEST!!! It all started with Carvell taking my insurance claim, she called to talk to me about how to proceed the claim, was very informative and most of all was polite and patient with some timing issues from me due to work and personal life. She made me feel immediately that everything was fine, and it would be handle on my time as needed. 💯🤗 Then Monica greeted me the day i dropped the car off, super nice, practice social distance and explained all the claim and service to me! She was really nice and also met me to pick up my car! Greeted with a smile and ended with a smile!👍😁 Mo was quick to ensure he would get my car exactly how it was before the claim(s)! I felt very positive after speaking to him and was quick to deliver the estimate of a 2nd claim! Highly recommend! Great repairs from a fender bender, can’t tell there was ever any damage. They work with the car rental agencies so everything was so convenient - I could even return the rental to them. I was updated by text throughout the repair process so I knew what was going on. Staff was super friendly and respectful. Added bonus they cleaned the interior of the car too, my car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it! I will definitely use them again in the future if needed (*fingers crossed no one else rear ends me*).

Took my car to get repaired and received it with cracked windshield and the body work was not repaired to factory standards. Ok… mistakes happen they offered to fix the problem free of charge…. Meanwhile I’m an extra 10 days without my car and had to pay for a rent a car with my own money because of THEIR mistake. Had to bring the car back for them to repair their bad service and had to fight with them to cover the uber to their establishment. Had to pay like 5 ubers in total due to this fiasco and the kicker is at the end they agreed to bring my car to my home IF I drove their own employees back to their shop. (None of this would be necessary if they hadn’t caused extra damages to my car and repaired it correctly the first time. I regret ever coming near a place like this. DISREPUTABLE!!!

The whole process was extremely easy and quick. They worked directly with the insurance and had the body work done in less than two days. They left the car nice and clean and did a great job. Their staff was also very friendly. I’m very happy about how everything turned out.

Car was in an accident and had a small dent and damaged paint near the gas cap/left back quarter of the car. The lady who hit me had State Farm and I was sent to this shop for my repairs. They did an amazing job and it looks like it never happened - they also washed my car and did a deep vacuum, it was like a brand new car, even had the new car smell. Will definitely come back for anything else that occurs in the future.

I wish I could give more stars but I can’t. Nonetheless, these guys do really good work and are very courteous. They keep you abreast of repairs and time needed to repair. If any body work is required, these guys are HIGHLY recommended.

Great job and On-time! Highly recommend this shop!! I always used Honda dealership for servicing and repairs before but chose this shop since my regular Honda dealership was not listed in State Farms available workshop and found this workshop with a high rating. It went smooth from the start to finish without any hiccups and I got my car back in less than 10 days whereas for a similar incident in 2018 it took a month with the dealership. Also, I never had to call for updates, was getting regular text messages from the moment I called them first and until I took the vehicle back whereas I had to call my dealership every now and then for updates for the previous incident. The car looked as before and even they had done interior cleaning. I hope, I don’t have to use their service in the future but this is the shop if I need to.
