Worst service ever. I paid $60 for them to check why my scooter doesnt start. I come back one week later (since I did not get a call) and all they did is charge the battery and say they cannot find any problem. When I arrive home screws from the exhaust were missing, so I went back.Again they did not do anything since it was Christmas break. So they call me 2 weeks later, I have to pick up the scooter. Still they did not find anything but made a bunch of suggestions they according to them would be too costly to repair. And on top of that they did not even put the screws back on the exhaust. So I insist on having the screws back on. As the mechanic is getting the screws the boss asks how much he is going to charge for the work!The best was they push the scooter out and close the doors and say, well you have to try to start it (it was 40°F!) by yourself! Even my request to test the battery was ignored and sure enough, after two attempts to start the scooter the battery was dead (probably because they could not even start it!).And if that is not enough when I asked them earlier about the scooters they sell, the mechanic told me that the ones they sell will break down soon, too.Never again will I use their services even if they seemingly are cheaper than the competition. You just pay for no service!

I bought a scooter for my son from them and wound up getting a less expensive one. They answered all my questions and let me decide without pressuring me.They also said I should think about getting him a helmet, which I totally forgot about. Then they gave me a good deal on the scooter and helmet.Its rare to find this kind of customer service these days. I will recommend them to my friends.

Called around about a broken turn signal on my bike. This shop saw me within the hour of me calling and only took them 40 mins to repair it. I brought the replacement part and all it cost me was $60 and he even put on the spare to match even though he didnt have to. Great service, great price and great experience. Thank you guys!

I went to this motorcycle store to buy my husband a motorcycle and as soon as i entered the dog inside the business came barking straight towards me. It was very unpleasant like who has a dog inside the business and plus the old guy that was there did not do nothing to stop the dog. Plus they have a terrible customer service SO PEOPLE DO NOT GO THIS STORE FOR BUSINESS YOU WILL REGRET IT .

I picked up an r1 from this place today. Had a real pleasant buying experience. I had some concerns about buying a used bike and some sounds I wasnt sure of from the bike. After calling around to a few mechanics I was told all was normal. Just to ease my mind the folks offered me a short warranty on the bike incase something happened. I literally showed up, thoroughly inspected the bike all over, payed cash, and left. That easy. They owner and his wife were real nice and the tech was real friendly to answer all of my questions. Even offered me discounted labor if I wanted to change anything on the bike. Cant think of any comaints really.

We bought a go-cart and a scooter from they guys at first they were very nice and eager to make a sale and gave us a good deal. So when we got home my son loved to go-cart but then we started having problems with it so we took it back and explained the problem to the owner and thats where the trouble started made every excuse possible to blame the problem on us didnt even have it a day. They were so happy to take our money with no hesitation but when it came to make repairs it was and is a problem. they acted like we were asking for our money back all we asked was for they to make the repairs needed and then they wanted to charge us for that. Us as customers will not bring them anymore business or any customers. So if your looking to buy any kind of sports bikes look elsewhere or be very careful and ask many and lots of question and maybe even in writing............

Coustomer service is not there they don’t make u feel welcome, The Mechanic is rude when u ask for something, any accacoris that you order they over charge you, there is a lady she is nice and welcoming but she is not always there !!the other two Guys no I don’t think I will go back to this place.It is just vibe you get when you visit is not right

Horrible, horrible place. My husband and I purchased a go kart here on Christmas Eve from the lady owner for $1400. Christmas Day we were so excited to surprise our sons; however, the kart would not cut on. We tried several times. At this point my sons are so upset, did I say this happened on Christmas Day. So my husband had to pull out jumper cables and try to get it going. After several tries he finally got it to start. So are you thinking what clearly Im thinking that this should be happening one day after you purchase this kart. So we called the store on Monday after Christmas and received a message that they were on break until January 5th. So fast forward until today, January 16th. My husband loads the kart on his truck and takes it back to the store for them to replace the faulty battery, tires and headlight that was not working correctly. The owner was very rude and nasty towards my husband and refused to fix the kart. He insisted that he pay for a diagnostic and the repairs. Really?? We have not had this kart 30 days and it has NEVER operated correctly. Please stay away from this place they are awful. My husband called the police and filed a report and we will be escalating this matter further. A shame one has to go to these measures to get someone to do the right thing.

Great friendly people who are honest and forthright unlike the motorsports businesses on Harwin who tend to gouge the price almost three time because its the holidays. Everyone should check out TEXOTIC MOTORSPORTS . For a good fair deal.

Bought many items from Texotic over the years. All good experiences and when there was an issue they had a mechanic on site that fixed the problem.
