Our Maytag refrigerator quit cooling and the fan was not running. The technician said we needed a control board, which cost us $689 (included $89 service call). The control board was installed al 12:00 PM and the technician said it would have to go through a defrost cycle before it started cooling. It’s been almost 8 hours and it hasn’t started to cool down. There’s no after-hour number to call, and I think they may have misdiagnosed the problem and sold us something we didn’t need! This is when you wish you would read the reviews beforehand.

Awesome place totally do recommend for anyone having a problem with there refrigerator an don’t know what’s wrong. Mr. Donnie did a great job found out right away the problem wasn’t able to fix right away but was fixed by the next day with no problem. Thank you all again an office ladies were awesome as well. 👌🏼

Edit:Work or completed. Tech didn’t notice the faulty thermostat on the first trip and of course he doesn’t have one on the truck. Now I have to wait till my next day off in a week for him to come back out. Hopefully he won’t be 4 hrs late next week.DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THIS COMPANY.Guess I should have read these reviews first. Had service scheduled for today @ noon. Called at 11:00am to confirm. Office confirmed. Waited till a little after 2:00 to call for an update. Was told I’d be called back in a few mins. I waited another hour and a half before calling. Again. Initially, the person in the office told me she’d call me back in a few minutes ( I assume to just get me off the phone) until I reminded her how long I’d already been waiting. Technician is here working as I write. I’ve wasted an entire day off and at this point, I don’t even know if the repair will even work. I find it funny that this company claims to sell parts for all major brand appliances yet I was told part of the reason for my delay was that the tech was looking for parts.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They do not show up on time or at all.My ice maker was not working then the freezer was not staying cold. I had the fridge fixed in March - replaced the mother board and the ice maker itself for almost $600. It is the end of May and my ice maker doesnt work again - now I need a valve fixed almost $300. And was told I have to let the ice in the hose defrost by leaving the freezer open (losing my food AGAIN) for it to work. There is stripped screw in the back of the freezer I asked to have replaced, was told it just needed to be tightened next day its loose again! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

This company came out to my home in friendswood to repair my GE washer a couple days ago, they had wonderful customer service and the technician Donnie was able to fix my washer and give me advice on some of my other appliances that I was having issues with. Very good company, would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work done. Thank you so much Donnie!!!

My husband went here to get a part for our washer. The address was wrong so I gave him the phone # and he called. He brought home the business card. Good customer service even though they didnt have the part we needed.

Worst Customer service ever, had an appointment from 8-12, no courtesy call to say they were running late, called several times and they said they would call back and they didnt. I called at 3:50 wondering was he ever going to show and I wanted to speak to the manager or owner she said they would call the next morning, they didnt. He finally got there at 6 pm and told me he didnt have the part on his truck, after I gave the office my make and model of my ice maker requesting service to fix it, so basically we sat for 10 hours and paid $110 for NOTHING!

On October 5, 2017 a technician named Donnie came to my house and diagnosed that I needed a new ice machine and valve kit. On October 24 a technician named John came and did the work and changed the ice maker and valve kit I paid a total of $416.50. The problem is that the icemaker only functioned several times. Several technicians have come, I was even told to turn off the whole refrigerator for 24 hours and after that the ice maker will work; it did not. The last visit was December 19 and was told I will get a phone call from the main office, I have been waiting today is January 1, 2018. I do not recommend this business because they do not have any technician who can fix my ice maker and charged me almost $500.00 for a non-functioning ice maker. I have asked several times to speak to a manager, promised twice I will get a phone call still waiting. What kind of business treats customers this way? One star rating is not even appropriate in this situation.

-Negative stars if I could! DONT waste your time. Was told someone would come at 11am to repair my washer. They called back an hour later and said the tech forgot he had another appointment and would come by later. Said they always finish all their call-in before the day is over. Long story short, no one came, no courtesy call to say no one was coming. Waited all day for no one. Unprofessional and rude on the phone! Never again!

CRIMINALS,THIEVES, LIARS & CON ARTISTS !!I am a small business owner and needed a cooler repaired. The Manager writing the estimate showed up 2 hours late. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a freon leak & a bad motor and the written repair estimate was $529.00 and was to be repaired the next day. I agreed to the price, then was asked for a $300.00 deposit. (They waived the $79.00 house call charge, BIG DEAL.) The next day the Technician assigned to the job, he too arrived hours late & told me that It wasnt a leak or bad motor, but a compressor & a relay switch & that it would be another $633.00. and couldnt be repaired till the next day. I said it MUST to be completed that day. I did NOT agree to any of the said prices ! No other written estimate was given to me. The technician, seem put off that he had to go back to the shop to get the part,after begging him to complete the work that day that he agreed to, only to find out he forgot the relay switch and would NOT be able to finish the job that day. After 3 days of lies, run a rounds and scams the work was completed at which point I refused to pay such an insane amount of money for such horrendous service and as a customer I was treated as if my needs were NOT important. Upon refusal the Tech & I spoke with the office and he spoke with the Manager. I was told to pay the remainder of the amount due or they would remove the compressor. I refused at which point they dropped the amount to $450.00. Still unhappy I agreed & paid. and not even 30 minutes after the Tech left there began a rattle within the cooler and when I called A All Brand Appliance the next Monday to have the problem rectified I was told upon refusal of total payment any warranty would be void. I in turn will be notifying The Texas Dept of Licensing & Regulation AND I URGE ANYONE & EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME ! THIS COMPANY IS TRULY WHATS WRONG WITH AMERICA AND ARE CRIMINAL AND NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE !!!

My dryer went kaput and I really didnt have money to get a new one. I called around and people were giving me prices I felt were too high. Then I called All Brand and the lady on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable about what the cause may be. She sent someone out the very same day and the gentlemen had it fixed and running like new in less than 30 mins. They didnt charge me and arm and a leg and they also waived the fee for coming out to my house. I would and WILL BE definitely using them for any future home appliance service and or buying needs. Thanks ABP! Life savers!!!!

Do not use this company. Waited most of my vacation for them to show up or call, only wanted a couple of air conditioners cleaned out. They finally took the acs to the shop, returned them 2 days later with mold still on the plastic exterior. They recommended I wait 24 hours til they were completely dry to turn them on, which I did, now they make horrendous squealing noises, both of them. They came out when I called them about this--always at the end of their day--and said they would talk to their mgr about it. No call back from anyone. The acs will have to be replaced, and I am considering taking these people to court.

Do NOT use this company. They charged me $2,500 to fix my GE Monogram double convection oven and never fixed it. They had 4 different technicians, when they decided to show up, which wasnt often. Replaced panels without even checking to see if they were working. Then, REFUSED to give me a 50% refund after 6 months of trying to fix the oven. Just so we are clear, I gave them $2,500 and they never fixed my oven. RUN from A All Brand Appliance and use someone else!!!!
