I just bought my mattress & box springs. If I had an option I would get a refund because I was talked to poorly. The “manager” was hateful all the way around. The guy in the office was wonderful. I asked for delivery. They told me $75. After I told him where we lived it went up to $100. I paid for that up front. We get to my house & I have stairs. He says, “stairs? You didn’t tell me you had stairs? That’s going to be an extra $25!” I laughed because I thought he was just joking around with me. He looks @ me & says, “I’m not joking, I am being serious.” I had my daughter give him the $25 because I was totally uncomfortable. They threw my mattress & box springs in my kitchen floor & left. I paid the money because the guy knew where I lived & my husband wasn’t home. I am going to be completely honest. He seemed a bit like a sexist & if my husband was around I guarantee I would’ve probably been treated better. I work hard for my money & if I am spending over a grand with a company then I should be treated with a little respect. If I knew who the owner was I would contact immediately. I would definitely teach your employees not to be bullies.

Great prices on my sectional couch and recliner, friendly and honest. I loved that my furniture was there and I didnt have to wait on it to come in.

Purchased a new matress from HS furniture today, less than one hour ago. When we got home and unwrapped it, we noticed pet hair woven into it, yellow stains on the side, and the tags have been cut off. I Do NOT recommend purchasing from them, unless they choose to make this right.*Edit*We spoke with the gentleman at the company who sold us the matress and he allowed us to return the mattress for a different one of better quality. He was very kind and eager to work with us in making the situation right. He even contacted us before store hours opened! So, I will give 4 stars for service since the employees are very helpful and kind while being prompt to fix the issue. I will encourage everyone to fully inspect the product before purchasing because it may have blemishes, which is why it is cheaper on cost. Overall, great experience once the issue was corrected.

Customer service was great! Crazy Andy showed me around. The selection is great and so are the prices.They have various options for financing but the financier needs all but a blood sample.... made me a bit uneasy all the info they needed just to see if Id be approved. Other than that everything was great! I would definitely recommend.

Manager is a real help and a straight shooter. He laid the bag of snakes out straight for me and not only do I know whats going on and what Im doing now but Im now confident that I can and will want to do it again.

Went in today and its a beautiful place on the inside. Much bigger than it looks from the outside also. They have a decent amout to choose from and the pricing seemed pretty fair as well. Super nice staff and they were more than happy to talk with me and really made me feel welcome!

Says outlet but definitely high priced items. $300 for a small and I mean small end table that you could get at goodwill for $5.

Very nice staff only thing is furniture for being on sale was very expensive nothing under 2000 even the chairs disappointed
