I have been going to this store for years. Recently something has changed for the worse. The drive thru is always so slow, especially since that Mexican girl works there. Shes terribly incompetent. She cant understand English very well obviously. Or maybe shes just acting dumb and arrogant but how can someone act that well? I am changing stores not just because of her but so many reasons. They take hours and hours to fill a prescription. They cant seem to be able to file insurance properly either. The workers tell me my medications cant be filed. Thats funny, Ive had the same provider for a long time.
I get all of my medicine at Walgreens. If Im out camping or boating, and I need a refill, I can get it at any Walgreens. I have used Walgreens in 3 states with no problem.
I went through the drive yesterday and Donna looked to be narcotised and Eri then came to the phone and stated she was the only one there so she would have the prescription ready by 3pm or try to have them ready sooner. So I was there to pick them up through the drive at 2:30pm and waited til Eri got them ready and she got on the phone stating she told me 3pm and slammed the phone down. Donna then came back 5 min later and checked me out, again narcotised and that is not very professional that this is happening. We will keep going to our regular pharmacy. Will not be back!
Friendly employees! All needed essentials found here.
I just want to take a second and praise one of the best Managers I have had the pleasure to deal with, Mr. Murdock at the Walgreens on Grand. He handled my issue with the most amazing customer service and it was one of the best experience, where the Manager put the customer first... I just had to write about it. Walgreens is lucky to have an employee like Mr. Murdock!
This is my go to for prescriptions and anything I need to pick up to avoid going to a larger store. The staff are always super friendly. I only ever had one negative experience, but it was quickly remedied by Mr. Murdock, the manager. He was so awesome. If I wasn’t married, I’d probably ask him out on a date.
Walgreens is much better as far as employs are concern. In and out faster than you can park at Wal-Mart.
I have been going he to this location for years and have continued to be provided with very good professional service. They have contacted manufacturers of special meds to take advantage of there discount programs. Please never lose Suzy
I used this pharmacy for nearly 10 years and they always went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Four months ago that changed drastically. It has become nearly impossible to get the refills I need every month. Unnecessary pre-authorizations and doctor requests combined with refill requests that have been cancelled without notice or explanation. I recently switched to Kroger in hopes of getting the meds I need. So far so good.
If you dont mind hearing the life stories from the drive through pharmacy, or how terrible their night has been, and if you dont mind the traveling group of transient spanglers asking for money (theres about 6 to 11 at any given time, dropped off via van that will act indignant or aggressive if you offer food, clothing, or work), I suppose its fine for a quick run through for the basics.
We wont be using them any more we told them that our daughter had a mental disorders the woman laughed
Every time i come here to pickup my medication i sit in drive thru for twenty or more minutes
