Came in to make an appointment and they did the repair on the spot, nice folks and less expensive than the national brands I have dealt with.

We were in Hot Springs less than 12 hours and was broken into. I called around for a quick replacement. Although they were not able to install a new one as quickly as we were hoping; they quickly set us up with a temporary fix to get us on the road for our 8 hour trip back home. They went above and beyond for some travelers that werent even going to be customers. We greatly appreciated their kindness and superior customer service.

This place was more than amazing. We called and they said stop down and we will squeeze ya in. We had a chip and another larger crack with large chip. We were in and out within 30 min and you can not beat their prices. Hands down best glass place we have been.

Took over 2 months to get windshield replaced and then they could not reset the windshield monitor so I have to bring it to the dealership anyways. If you have a new vehicle verify they can complete the job before starting it.

We picked up a rock chip while heading down to Hot Springs for vacation. I was worried that I would have to get our windshield replaced in an unfamiliar area.My grandfather recommended Star windshield since he knew the area and he knows David personally. I called them right after they opened, and he had the rock chip fixed within a HALF HOUR! Impeccable service with a smile and a handshake. David is the best, superb service - including calling me - using my wifes phone - to tell me she had left her phone behind. Thinking it was my wife calling, I gave David a big ole Hi sweetie. Thats what I call earning your business.That day she had some warranty work done, David always has stands behind his work. While on vacation our motor home windshield got broken. I called several different glass repair shops in Little Rock, Benton, and Hot Springs and wasnt satisfied with their offers until I called Star Windshield. Kathy was very helpful from the minute I called, she is very professional. I was able to email her a scan of my DOT number off my broken windshield along with the VIN info of my motor home. With that info she was able to find and order the replacement windshield for my 14 year old RV. The window arrived in a few short days. Kathy set up an appointment for me to bring in the motor home. It was installed by very professional installers and allowed to cure for several hours. The windshield looks new like a factory install! I was very happy with the results! I would take any of my vehicles to them from now on and highly recommend them to my friends. Thank you Star Windshield!

Great people and service. Called Friday morning needing a drivers side window replaced. They said they could get the glass in by noon and start on my truck at 2:00. They offered to pick my truck up and deliver it back to me. I took my truck to them, and by 1:30 they called letting my know my truck was finished. They said it would a couple of hours before they could bring it to me. At 3:30 the called and said the driver was outside with my truck. If I have any glass work done in the Hot Springs area, I am calling Star first.

I have used Star for many years. Always a spotless facility with quick service expertly done. I highly recommend.

They replaced our LX 470s front windshield. Toyota is who recommended them to us. They had the pilkington glass needed for the repair on the same day we called. We were worried about the rivets Lexus uses to hold the windshield in place, but Star was very knowledgeable about the subject and showed us their rivets they had which were name brand Toyota rivets. The windshield replacement turned out great and is quieter on the road than the previous one that was installed by some other windshield repair shop. Go with Star Windshield. Theyre great at what they do!

I have a 2015 F150. They have replaced one windshield (rock chip to crack). Repaired the huge chip in the new windshield and I have to go there tomorrow to get another new windshield. (Rock chip to crack.) They are fast, friendly and reasonablely priced. (They must be doing something right, I keep going back!)

We stopped in to have a chip from the windshield repaired. We were lucky when the repair tech said that since it was a clean chip with no runners, that there was no need to repair the rock damage. I am glad that there are still some honest folks in the world.
