I was able to get my car in the day after I called, that is about the extent of anything good about my experience. I had the windshield and drivers side vent glass replaced. The first thing I noticed when I picked my car up was that the side glass was filthy - absolutely covered in fingerprints. The second thing was the manufacturers name was crooked on the side glass making it appear that the window was in crooked. Lastly, the rubber piece was folded in under itself leaving a gap next to the glass. I took it back for them to fix the rubber piece and then left with rubber cement on the frame of my car. Apparently the fact that it has been folded the way it was meant the rubber wouldnt lie flat next to the window anymore, so they used some type of rubber cement to hold it down. That would be fine, but where the glue is is not next to the glass. Chance (manager) was very apologetic, but honestly, the whole thing looks extremely unprofessional and Im not pleased to have spent my money there. It was hard to get a great picture, but you can see the black cement on the inside.

Quick, and easy. Also more than half the price of the other guys...

Had to have a chip repaired in my winshield after being hit by a rock. Less than 5 minutes later, its fixed and Im on my way home. Will definitely be returning if I need glass work done.

Best price. Excellent work. They used the VIN on my 30 year old pickup truck to find a perfectly matched tinted windshield. I contacted them in the morning and drove away with a new windshield in the afternoon.

The clerks are nice and friendly but there was broken glass left inside of my door where i have to take the inside panel off to get to it.

They are cheap but you will still see the crack when done...had to go to another place to do their job

I wanted the original Jeep part, and they were able to get the part and new windshield was installed by 4pm the same day! Great customer service. What an AMAZING place! I’m from Wisconsin and was in a bind when I was on my way to Texas and my windshield cracked. They were able to help me out right away and get things done in a quick manner. I had my windshield replaced by them and it allowed air to leak into the vehicle. I went back for them to fix it and when I drove away I had to return again because it still was leaking air into vehicle. They were closing for the day and when I drove away again, the windshield still had not been placed right. Since then rain and air still continue to come into the vehicle. I live far out from Hot Springs. I had to take it to another glass shop to repair and pay more for a new windshield because they didnt do their job right! Horrible place!

Got my windshield replaced last year and they were prompt with the work and the windshield was spotless along with the interior of my car how I left it. After using another company who gave me a dirty windshield and left black goo in my car, this will be the place I use if possible and reccomend. Unfortunately they didnt have the windshield for my car. Sure wish I could have used this company. Keep up the good work guys.

I have used Auto Glass Now on several occasions. Most recently a replacement of a pick up sliding rear glass. They are professional, do what they say and provide the work at the time promised. Quality work, quality folks. Would highly recommend.

These guys were fantastic! I called early in the morning, Robin told me that she could get the special glass I needed by the afternoon and it was installed within 45 minutes of us arriving. Not only did they take great care of our car, their customer service was outstanding. Robin put my on a conference call with my insurance and took care of the rest. I would rate the quality of service but I’ve been put off for more than two days with excuse after excuse of why that windshield that I need replaced have not been replaced first it was cracked upon delivery it will be in then it didn’t arrive on the truck and then it didn’t arrive at all then they keep changing the appointment time of when they want to come out and fix the window and I’ve wasted 2 full days waiting on them to replace my windshield Wish I can get compensated for my time that I’ve wasted waiting on them after my appointment time
