My experience was very good. Diedra is the bomb.lol. She was patient, and knowledgeable.

Ive been outside in the cold and the customer service lady pulled up and said she had to go somewhere! It was 10:40 am. The sign said open, and it was suppose to be someone here at 10:00am. It is now 10:43 am and she still has us locked outside!!!THE LADY IN THIS STORE ON MAY 5th 2020 was very nasty and rude to every customer!!!!!!!

Most times they are helpful... Last time they sold me a plan that would not work for international calls... Had to call customer service and talk with a guy with strong accent that was hard to understand. Got my money back though.

I give place negative 6. Customer service was terrible and the girl incompetent. I went there to buy a new phone using my upgrade. First the dizzy clerk told me a lie that credit card machine doesnt work after she input everything ask me could I pay with cash then to point to nearest atm. REDFLAG! I told her was not going to atm at night and could have said something before ringing my stuff up. She was rude and very unprofessional and calling corporate doesnt help. Do not go to the this particular store. Even the other stores will warn about these incompetent people there. They suck at this store!

They ignore the customers. They are rude and snobbish towards me when I go in to pay my bill. There has been several times I went in there and couldnt get service because they were to busy playing on there phones. The phone I have now broke and I went to get another phone and was lied to and told that they wouldnt set me up with another one just because they didnt feel like doing their job. I have been a customer of Metro for over 10 years and it is obvious that these Hopkinsville locations are just terrible and only wanna hire lazy punks. So Ill be taking my business else where. Also do not go through these people. Their reception is terrible anyways.

Of course this place is the best! Always there to help out! Definitely recommend this one over 9th street.

Worst service Ive ever seen at a cell phone retailer. They arent helpful at all. When you walk in its like youre an inconvenience because they have to do their job. Plus the service is terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They didnt reimburse are full amount like they said they would. if I was u dont go there cause they lied to us worst service ever

I love the lady at MetroPCS.

If zero stars was a rating I would put that instead. Customer service was none existent, one employee out of the 5 there was helpful and the rest just stood there and stared. I hope that one employee gets a job somewhere.
