I was there a year ago doing network infrastructure upgrade, and the owners were VERY helpful in making sure all supplies I needed was available. Kind and caring people. If I ever return to the island, definitely using them again.

Seems like they have what I need in stock; parking sucks! Service is okay, just lacking social skills. I walked in the other morning and greeted the lady behind the desk, and got no response. A few behind the desk act like they have something stuck up their butt. Manfred seems pretty okay. Between IC Supply and Industrial, I can find what I am looking for.

Guy on the phone was ok looking up my cord request, until he could understand i didnt need 1000 ft of cord. (Mind you, he offered 25ft of other options) Then he got all indignant and rude, cutting me off with his uh huhs and dismissive condescending man-itutde, telling me go to Home Depot, pfft, yeah for 5 strand conductor... right.

Wow, I never thought a local retailer in Hawaii could take business away from Amazon! Moreso for a small customer that just buys a few things for his hotrod. But I need a new multimeter and after looking at all the reviews (on cheap foreign meters and and the switcharoos sellers pull on customers) on Amazon Im going to Industrial Electronics because I know I can ask Joe for personal recommendations...and the price will probably be very close +/- to what I would pay on Amazon.

I was in Honolulu working on a project and needed some hdmi cables, cat6 cable, patch panels and short cat6 patch cables. The guys I was working with suggested I come to this place and I sure am glad I did. The selection is broad, everything from fiber equipment to accessories for my iphone. The staff seems pretty knowlegeable and eager to assist. I will be back the next time Im in town for sure.

They carry unusual parts that most places to not carry

Has most difficult to find small electronic switches and the like. Plus odd sizes of things such as heat shrink.

If Manfred cant figure it out for you it cant be done. Period.
