Reading the glowing reviews I figured this would be a great option for our company printing needs after our go-to printer moved to the mainland. I reached out on September 25, 2021 and received no return email or call for 1 week. Figured it got lost, so I called. We made a bit of progress and they asked that I resend my email. I did. About a week later, now 2 weeks into October they tell me the t-shirt I am interested in is out of stock. Fine, I am tasked with finding a replacement. I sent back exactly what I wanted within the same day. Here we are a little more than 2 weeks after I chose new shirts and I have nothing to show for it, no follow up, no return call, and certainly no t-shirts lol. I have sent 3 emails and called multiple times only to be told they will get back to me. Wasted more than a month of my time in peak holiday prep season. As a business owner I would appreciate to know when my staff is dropping the ball and I wanted to talk with an owner or something about the lack of communication and responsiveness of their team but canʻt even get a hold of anyone, so I had to resort to this. Hopefully something changes around there.
