Made in Hawaii was great from start to finish. They made it so easy to email the graphic design to them as an attachment, correspond about my printing needs. The sales department sent me a cost proposal very quickly and helped guide me through the process. The job was completed two days ahead of schedule, and the printing is sensational. This company is excellent and I would recommend them to everyone. Good communication, competitive pricing, detailed cost proposal, friendly, open to discussing ideas for what I wanted to achieve, made helpful suggestions, and then delivered on what they promised. Although my first order with Made in Hawaii was a small one, I had a very positive experience. I was able to secure my custom order in the timeframe I had, which was just under a week for my custom print job.I will definitely be working with them again on future (and larger) orders.

Ive used Made in Hawaii for two different projects now and have been very pleased with the customer service, how quickly my orders were completed (within two weeks), and the quality of their finished products. Heres the most recent project completed-a sticker that was fit-to-size to update the logos on my programs Access Cards. This was our first time using Made In Hawaii and we can’t tell you enough how great our experience was. From the beginning communication was prompt and we loved how we were able to get a sample of a lanyard Shone recommended instead of the one we initially chose in the beginning. Turnaround once we placed our order was to the T. They took 2 weeks to make. We were excited. These guys were quick to respond to my inquiry for 3 stickers. I was a little worried that the sticker would be slightly off-centered, but the logo fit PERFECTLY in the circle.Look at the tips of the palm leaves. The pointed tips of the leaves touch right were the sticker was cut. Flawless.Now I can add extra flair to my products shipping boxes and my customers will instantly know whats inside!

I would highly recommend Made in Hawaii- Oahu for all your printing needs. Shone was very patient with my order and given that it was a week away, he was able to accommodate my request to have bumper stickers, lanyards, and fans completed & boxed for pick up within 5 days. Normally this large QTY would take at least 2 weeks minimum, but they went out of their way for my request. The items supplied by Made in Hawaii were done professionally and came out beautifully. They did an amazing job on our hats and were so patient with us the entire way as we didn’t quite have our minds and designs ready for print to begin with. They sent samples of products which actually helped A LOT and we were able to make a much more informed decision on what to order. We ended up going with a youth sized hat, and I’m so super glad we did, because it fits both keiki and MOST adults

Highly recommend.I would first like to say I am not one to usually write reviews for businesses or products. Made In Hawaii did an amazing job at producing some hats for the young adult ministry I am apart of. The customer service is extremely great. Emails were usually answered with in 24 I hours and if I left a voicemail they called back the next day. MIH answered all calls and communicated very clearly what prices were and the turn around time on the hats. If you are looking to support a local business MIH is the way to go. If I need any more custom clothing I will be seeing them first.

With less than 2 weeks lead time for our fishing tournament start day, MadeinHawai808 cleaned up our art and generated vector images, worked with us to print double sided tote bags within our budget, and delivered the bags a day ahead of schedule. Shone held my hand the whole way through the process and assured me (almost daily) that everything was on schedule and not to worry about my deadline. Filled out their online form weeks ago, never received a call or email back. Called them during business hours to follow up & their voicemail directed me back to their site. Disappointed because I was looking forward to supporting local business & location was convenient for me. Waste of my time, drove up the street & took my $$$ elsewhere.
