I love the products and will definitely recommend to all my friends. The staff was very professional and polite and had in-depth knowledge about skin, aging and proper skin care measures.

I’m going to keep posting on here to warn people they are a fraud. Everything they tell you is a lie. Don’t give in to there charm they use . And they do not refund your money no matter what they say so don’t think your going to get a refund . Read every print on the paper before they get you.

Worst business ever. Would give negative stars if I could. This company advertises products online for $200; however, when you go to the store to purchase with a credit card they will charge you $2000 and put your receipt in an envelope so you dont pay attention to the price. Absolutely will not refund money. Company is fraudulent and all about deceptive business practices.

I normally only write good reviews but my experience with Orogold at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki tonight was not something I can let go. A lady who works there was standing at the door and offered us free chocolate and samples. She said it was their anniversary celebration and that she had extras. She said she also had extra eye cream samples and to step inside the store while she grabbed them. There was nothing to grab. Instead I was ushered into a chair for a demo by a gentleman on a lifting eye cream. I sat there patiently and listened to the sales pitch even though it got pretty intense and long but I completely understand that was the gentleman’s job and I wanted to be polite. The eye cream made my eye feel like stretched out plastic and cost $699 that I do not have and would never spend. It started to turn worse as I was made to feel guilty about not caring about my skin, which I do! He then offered me his “discount”, which again was out of my price range. I let him know politely we cannot afford that! As I stood up he said to me, and I quote, “Fine, I don’t care I’m not the one with lines and wrinkles!” It took everything I had to keep a forced smile on my face and walk politely out as I am here with a great business team that I’m proud to represent. Yes, I also am in sales. Never in a million years would I ever talk to someone in that manner. My boyfriend always wonders why I am so self conscious and hard on myself. THIS is why! We have businesses telling us what is wrong with us and how they can fix it. Bullying a woman and making her feel insecure to land a sale is UNACCEPTABLE and my boyfriend was there to witness the entire thing. The fact that an employee at this retail store made me feel ashamed and then talked to me the way he did when the sale didn’t go his way is completely unprofessional and hurtful. It was beyond humiliating. If this is how this company operates then shame on you. Shame on you for being part of the problem. Shame on you for pathetic and poor business ethics. Kindness and acting with integrity are what make business successful and long lasting. Snarky, ignorant business practices do not. Not to mention, I got back to my room and the eye cream had become white and a thick crust everywhere it was applied and had to be scrubbed off. I’ll stick with my $40 eye cream and my morals.
