After about 4 years of working at this location, Ive gone through alot. We provide the best customer service that we can provide, helpful managers who will gladly take you and your transactions and your technical issues and take care of you right on the spot. The mostly known phrase at this store location, is We Do What We Can To Take care of the CustomerAs an employee, I know not alot of people may have liked me, and I apologize if I did not give you the best service. I always showed up to work doing the best that I could.But thank you to the employees and to the managers who taught me and thank you for letting me be part of the team.But I can atleast leave this review, and tell you (the viewers, the current customers, and future customers) that this is a place to come to, because we will take care of you and your business here at the Dillingham Store Location.Because as the melody ring chime goes... I went to this place to print out some files during pandemic while all state public libraries were closed. Then I found out that someone had used my phone number for membership there by mistake but they were NOT able to fix it at all, and made me come up with a fake phone number to register myself. That is not professional for a known-to-be-dealing-with-technology store. Also, the printer failed to do the job I needed and they didn’t give me a refund. Very sad.

Always very helpful and friendly.They go out of their way to help me find things I’m shopping for and explaining what’s a better buy. Don’t like on line shopping rather go in store to see what I’m buying. We should have the same saving in store or on line.

My company needed TWO sets of 30 year old blueprints reprinted. Maria was very helpful and when we received our prints my company was amazed at the work done. The prints, being so old, had lots of writing done in pencil. They took the time to recopy all the pencil markings, from words to drawings, in all the exact same spots. My company could not have been more pleased with the work.

When I went inside the store, I was immediately greeted by every employee I passed. When I needed help with finding the right desk, Arlie took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied on which desk I was getting. Arlie also helped me take it to the car.I ended up absolutely hating the desk, but the sales associates were very nice and let me come back and get my money back. Arlie was there again and took the time to look at each desk with me and see the pros and cons of them. I ended up buying another desk, a bookshelf, and a chair. Hes a great salesman. He is definitely one of the greatest office depot employees Ive seen. He even helped me remove the Almost 200 pound desk from my car when I was returning it (it was in pieces)

Debbie K.I went to Office Depot to buy a printer. A guy helped me Im sorry I didnt get his name. I told him I just wanted a plain simple printer. I laughed and told him we all old at my house we need simple things. He explained about the different printers they had talking about the different features. He was so friendly, patient and great sense of humor. After deciding which printer I wanted I purchased one. He helped me carry it to the register I thanked him for all his help and patience. He also offered to carry the printer to my car but I told him thank you I can carry it. After I got home my brother was trying to put in the ink cartridges in but couldnt figure out how to open the cover. I told him call Office Depot and ask. He called and the same guy answered he was so nice and patiently explained to my brother how to open the cover. Once again he was friendly and patient. I am so sorry I didnt get his name. Thank you so much for all your help.

I go to Office Depot to buy calendars every year. I bought a printer. The Sales Associate that helped me was friendly helpful and patient. When I got home and tried to put the ink cartridge in I couldnt figure out how to open the cover. I called Office Depot and the same person I bought it from answered the phone. He was very patient and walked me thru the process. After he told me if I had any more questions to call he can help me. Im sorry I didnt get your name but thank you.

First of all, I got no help from anyone despite multiple employees being around. I bought 200 worth of merchandise including a backback, and a laptop bag. I totally understand employees are supposed to look in everything, but the cashier literally looked at me the entire time like I was trying to hide things in the bags. Went through them so thoroughly I thought she was going to buy it. This is the second time I have been to this store and the second time this has happened. No more Office Depot depot for me.

Convenient location with ample parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they honored their a coupon I had difficulty using. Calling them at times to check inventory was tough with long wait times so I just use their online stock check. Nice to still have local store to buy so I dont have to wait to get it shipped. Price matching is much better than 10 years ago and it has come a long way. Will continue to shop here and support them.

They offer loyal customers (20+ yrs) a discount coupon... 20% off regular prices, but it excludes HP toners, they know we need it & charge the outrageous cost of $74.76 for 1 combo pack of black & white XL & 1 regular tri-color cartridges. HP sells the printers cheap, they know theyre going to get us on the toner costs, what a rip off, not happy.

I was help by an older Filipino lady her name started with Me i came here to pront out my resume first and probably last time to this location if felt like she didnt want to be there she was giving everyone audited and then i was next in line just bad vibes all the was till check out no customer service skills at all. I was having an alsome day until i came here.

One of the most relaxing Office Depots Ive visited. The area must not be super busy, because everytime Ive visited its been empty. Associates all try to help you, which might scare away some people. Parking can get hectic, as its shared with Foodland. Spaces are kind of tiny. FYI

I have done all my services thru Dillingham for 8yrs because of the prior awesome customer service people who no longer are working there. Today was the worse ever customer service I have received from the print shop area. Not the same anymore. Print area customer service sucks!!

I don’t recommend this location to go to.... the cashier is very rude and disrespectful. I go there every time we run out of supplies at the office. But they treated me differently if I dressed up from work and wearing normal clothes.

Bad staff in print section. The lady was in a bad mod! first she didnt know how to put my hard device, when I suggest to switch and try to put on the other way she look at me as I was crazzy (obviously it woks). I ask to print two sheets per page, double side and tells me that is not possible, I know is possible and I did it one month ago in Kona office depot ( where there were super friendly)...
