Very fancy mall to visit while taking a stroll on Waikiki beach walk. All high end brands so it’s expected that they will be expensive. They have a gift shop as well which liberally offers samples for coffee, chocolate and cookies. Enjoy them and also try their dole whip. It’s delicious. They also had a nice Hawaiian dance program ongoing which we enjoyed.

One of the best shopping places in Hawaii, they close very late 😜and they almost got everything, luxury goods, watches,cosmetics, shoes,You can come here after dinner for a walk, or for a big shopping😄

This mall is breathtaking ! I had a ball shopping here, all of the stores are luxurious and the customer service is nice. I spent way more than I anticipated but the experience was worth it !! I definitely suggest going here if you’re in the Waikiki area it’s also surrounded by a ton of different restaurants.

A good sized shopping galley that offers a great selection of of brands over three floors.The staff were all very helpful and made for a pleasant shopping experience.

The third floor is duty free. The Van Cleef & Arpels on the third floor doesnt seem to have high jewelry. The has the Frivole bracelets, alhambra collection and other popular items. Sales tax in Hawaii is 4.5 so for some people if flying from Honolulu to another country it would make sense to shop here.

A great venue for high end products. We enjoyed walking around looking at all of the different brands. You can even get some great deals like this AMI PRODUCT, which was on sale. If you go all the way to the back they ha e an impressive section of the worlds famous watch brands. From Humbolt to Gucci. No deals there but it was fun to view.

The trolley system is a bit confusing at first. Highly recommend communicating with front desk regarding your travel desires. The front desk will express their options and best way to use their buses. Three star rating due to lack of patients and conflicting times for pickup at route stops. The tours are great, best part of their services. Be prepared to spend more time than originally expected.

This is a shopping center that you will quickly realize is only for those with a lot of disposable income. There are a lot of upper tier stores that cater to the affluent. Personally, I dont care to spend that much money on disposable goods and fashion. My wife occasionally indulges herself on a sensible handbag or shoes. That being said, it looked busy and had a lot of foot traffic. Employees appeared to be patient in the various stores. It is nice escape with the AC. Parking is paid almost anywhere. Egress is dependent on where you choose to park.

Wide variety of duty free luxury products under one roof. 2nd and 3rd floors are just like a maze, fun to explore when searching for favorite brands.1st floors free Kona coffee and delicious Honolulu & Big Island cookies tasting were wonderful.

This is a lovely multi level shopping area that sells high end designer clothing, cosmetics and accessories. We visited her several times during our holiday, its fun to have a look around. We purchase cosmetics here as they were quite reasonably priced. There was sales and reductions throughout the mall. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very complicated in getting to the parking lot. And if you go over the 1 hour free parking, itll cost you quite a bit. We were over by 4 minutes and had to pay $6.

Cute Christmas store right in the hub of the shopping tourist area of Waikiki beach. They will personalize your ornament right on the premises. Great way to have a lasting memento for your tree.

Upscale 3 story mall that offers higher end products. A variety of items from clothing, cosmetics, perfumes, accessories, and more.Well lit, clean, easy to navigate, for the most part. The perfume and cologne section was on the excessively large side but if you want a wide variety of is the place to go.Staff is standoffish, which was unfortunate since it restricted any desires I had to spend money in more than a few shops.Employees should spend less time chatting with each other and more time focusing on customers.

Went here to exchange Korean Won and Japanese yen, on may occasions in the last 5 years. Convenient (air conditioned!) location and friendly staff. Even with a long line of tourists exchanging their money, everyone is in and out in a relatively quick fashion. If youre in Waikiki and in need of some yen exchange, check out this place!

Duty-free shopping for some very high-end brands. Worth a visit. If hungry, there are plenty of restaurants of all types near this multilevel department store. There is no free parking.

Have been here many times usually in Christmas season. Prices are high but the items are all high end brands. It is a nice place to get some nice gifts for friends and family. And some products although expensive are actually good deals. A place to checkout if you like shopping!

Loads of brand shops for good prices tax free. There is 3 floors of shops. The range is good too for each kind of items.. its good shopping tax free for travelers.

T gallery is a very noticeable fixture in Waikiki with th its grand oversized entrance. There are a host of high-end stores here for the hose who want to get the finer things. One of the things that was very pleasant was the customer service. The attendants were very helpful and knowledgeable about the items we had interests in as well as provided extra information such as recommendations, comparisons etc. They also informed us about specials they were running at the time for certain brands.

3 floors of shopping and it seems targeted to visitors from Japan. That said, you may find some very good bargains here on brands such as Kate Spade. And, anyway, the air conditioning is good so it can be a good break from the hot sidewalk.

Great luxe shopping center. For the high end goods, you really should be traveling out of country, otherwise the duty free prices dont apply.

Like any other dfs has good range of stores. Shopping centre is located on the main street and easy to access. The trolley stops right outside. Very convenient especially if you have multiple shopping bags to juggle.

Multi level shopping mall full of designer brands for clothes, handbags, watches & cosmetics. In theory, should be able to score a few bargains. In reality, theres not much available and the prices arent that competitive. Bit of a tourist trap. Worth a quick walk around if passing by though. No food options inside who eats at a mall when on the strip? Plenty of choice outside.

They have a currency exchange center here. They have the best rates on the whole street. The exchange across the street is about one yen per dollar less than Galleria. There is also one more exchange up the street that gives even less yen per dollar. The people are nice. On days when the yen is weak against the dollar you may have to wait to exchange your money. They have all the major currencies there. The yen is the most traded currency there. There is a $1,000 per day per person limit there too do an exchange. You have to provide your drivers license or identification card before exchanging your money.

This place is a maze. High end products can be found here. I notice the staff speaks fluent Japanese and/or Mandarin... Which is standard in a duty free facility.There is a stand that sells Dole Whip, the famous pineapple soft serve, for $4 a cup, which is a good deal seeing the same would cost $5 at the Dole Plantation.

Only duty free shop in town. Good selection. Recommend not bringing your girlfriend or wife here.

All bathroom water faucets are broken. After the bathroom, you cant wash your hands at all....This atmosphere is very fancy and clean. There are some clean, comfortable lounges for free with a credit card. However its too cold to stay inside for a long time. You might need to bring your jacket to take a look around. On the ground floor, there is food souvenir corner. Ill find some good candies with free tax here. For example, Honolulu Cookie Company, GODIVA, and KONA coffee.

Great if your into high end items. Its basically just duty free shopping. Take your passport with you. There is a great money exchange place on the bottom level which offers great rates and the tour buses also leave from there and tickets can be purchased from there. I actually found dfs expensive and some of the same items can be found cheaper at other shops.

This place is loaded with all kind of boutiques and its tax free just have your return flight info with you to prove you are a visitor. Enjoy shopping !

Duty free tourist shopping centre. They will ship everything to airport for you to pickup there. Mall designed in a way that you have to walk through all the stores unless you take the elevator.

THE BEST public restrooms 🚽 including Washlets aka bidet. Duty-Free shopping for international travel only BUT you can sample items like perfume and the occasional beverage tastings. So if youre walking the strip & need to go, go in here. Then you can practice different accents & languages with the sales people. 😜

Every person I asked and called couldnt speak or understand English well. They give you the wrong information about parking lots and validation. The person I finally spoke to on the phone said you can get free 1 hour parking at T-Galleria without buying anything.Beware: If you have to go to the exchange window and think they will validate, you are wrong. I tried calling and no on answered the phone several times for several minutes. Got there, found out they didnt have the currency I needed, and had to buy a minimum of $5 to get validation for only 1 hour. Of course, nothing is that low a price in that store. They told me to call to make sure they have the currency and they could only hold it for 2 hours. I hope that they dont change their story if you decide to go with them. The only reason I even tried to go there was to save money; however, I ended up wasting it because of their poor management!Limit is per your whole transaction, so if you have to exchange two or more currencies, you will have a smaller limit per currency.Supposedly they have another parking lot, where you can get 2 hours of free parking after buying something. Of course, neither of their parking areas are clearly marked.

Its all duty free has some top of the line shopping but unfortunately for Americans traveling within the United states cannot show on the 3rd floor its only for internal travelers so Im giving it 2 stars

There is three floors of All the luxury brands you can think of.Prices were reasonable although with the Aussie exchange rate it was a tad more expensive. They did have some discounted specials in some of the stores. Lots of high end shops with great range of brands and products. Youll need deep pockets or be prepared to spend a fair amount of money here. If not, it is still worth a wander.

Be warned if you go upstairs youll spend a half an hour trying to figure out how to get out of the place. You cant go down at the escalator you went upstairs at and you have to wander through the entire floor before you can figure out how to get back down again. I wouldnt by there just for the principle of the thing.

Great collection of products but at a higher cost than other stores as it’s a duty free shop.

It was difficult to find help in various areas of DSF. I was told to seal out a person who wears a black top for help. We gave up and left that area. The claw machine prize was insulting, we received a small pack of Kleenex and my friend got a sample size face mask. Thinking this is a highend area they would give better prizes or just dont do it at all. However, the Maui Divers shop was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed shopping at that store and bought a piece of jewelry from them.

In my opinion, this place DOES NOT represent Hawaii. The aloha spirit is barely alive here, if you are not a Japanese tourist. There were a handful of nice workers who were willing to help a non-tourist like me, but it fell very far from a positive experience. I rarely go into Waikiki and my experience today will probably keep me away until I HAVE to go back.

We went in here out of curiosity, and end up talking with one of the staff at the Chanel fragrance shop. He not only helped my girl get her perfume but clued us in on some areas to visit. I would definitely swing through here if your bored.

Yes, its primary customers are from the Asia market. But they are just as professional and courteous to the locals who like to stroll thru and play tourist for the day. Dont forget to get a Dole whip while youre there! Its the best!

I would give 5 stars to the worker that was in another department that came over to make me my Dole Whip since there was no one there. She apologized for no one at the Dole Whip counter. We tried to offer her a tip but she wouldnt take it in a nice sincere way.I would give negative stars to the older female DFS worker that I guess is a greeter who was oh so polite to the Japanese tourist but snobbed us when we tried to ask where was the Dole Whip because there was no obvious worker in the area.I would give negative stars to the male DFS worker who basically accused us of stealing. After the nice worker made my Dole Whip left to return to her area I decided to take some pics of said Dole Whip with the intention of writing a nice review about her but this male worker came up and asked if we made it ourselves to which we replied no that we paid the other worker. No apology by the male worker. You can make your own conclusions here.I know no DFS management is going to read this but in case you do and want to review your video cameras we were there on Saturday, September 28, 2019 around 8:40pm.

If youre thinking of Duty Free shopping, this is the place to be. Honolulu Airport is so ordinary and doesnt have any variety. Most of the perfume counters offer great deals when you combine or buy more than one item.

Low budget shop Plazza vs whats around it. Many stores thrown together without any real flow... makes you feel that youre in a subpar shopping area....

The lady at the FD was rude and not very helpful. She said, I cant help you. A positive; she did offer the 800# on the brochure I could call. Very sad Customer Service.

I experienced that Japanese employees being nice and trying to help only Japanese. When I asked for some coupons and information at the information desk on the first floor, the employee seemed annoyed by me and told me that they only assist Japanese. So I thought that information desk was only for Japanese . Well not just that employee was being unfair but it seemed the most of Japanese employees who work at the T Galleria, were being rude to us.

They charge for their shopping bags so be prepared to pay. I thought the sales person said the bag is 15 cents but she charged me 65 cents... so I guess they have different prices for different size bags...

Travelled from Australia, doing multi stop and ending back in Australia..DFS Hawaii would not allow me to shop despite bring Australian with international flights because the next flight is still within the US.

Its a fun place to walk through, but it seems that the prices are increased despite not having to pay tax. This was pretty obvious when comparing the Honolulu Cookie Company box price to the boxes in their store across the street, although the Galleria did have an exclusive box that I did like.

Visited wandered through this place while touring the area. It advertises Duty Free Shopping here and there are multiple levels of it. The higher the level, the more expensive the stores. The service seemed nice.

Some service good, some really bad. Somewhat difficult to navigate. They have a Maison Christian Dior Collection Privee perfume counter here which is only available at limited locations. Downstairs there is a counter with Dole whip and other product like delicious and soft pineapple gummy bears (pricey though at $11!) they also have Hawaiian Cookie in much nicer packaging than available at the store. Just make sure you compare price, Im sure that packaging comes with some mark up! I heard they check your plane ticket or passport if you shop.

Dole has a small stand serving pineapple ice cream (gelato?) for $5 its amazing and delicious!

The trolleys are the best way to get around. Tour the island in a day.
