I ordered two bags of chocolate-covered macadamia nuts through Hawaiian Host’s website. One bag that they mailed to me was an 8-ounce rather than the 20-ounce that I had ordered. I emailed the company, and within minutes, the employee Rick replied with a sincere apology, and he ordered a replacement 20-ounce bag. Both the first and second packages arrived in good condition within a couple of days all the way to Pennsylvania, and the macadamia nuts tasted delicious! I did not have to pay for the incorrect smaller-sized bag.UPDATE: Four months later, I ordered three more bags of chocolate-covered macadamia nuts (our favorite is the coconut, and we like the honey also) as well as a box of the Koho Chocolates. The correct products arrived on time, and they tasted very good.
WARNING: This location is NOT a retail store! It is a warehouse in an industrial park. Do NOT come here like I did thinking you’re buying candy directly from the source. I don’t even know why it’s listed as such in Google Maps. I wasted an Uber trip getting here only to be disappointed.
I bought some of this chocolate from the store. it wasn’t past the expiration date or anything and there were dead moths, live worms, and bug poop on and under the chocolates. I spoke with someone from the company about this and they said they would send me different boxes but never did.
Expert candy makers
Emailed this company countless times from Australia to ask whether they have distributors or outlets with their stock with no replies what a way to run a business they must be making too much money or simply dont CARE

Wonderful place to work and the Chocolate is delicious!
Bought these chocolate covered macadamia nuts at the airport. They are below average, and I would not buy them again or recommend them!
