Due to the pandemic last year, my friends and I were trying to figure out what we could get our friend for her birthday. Instead of the typical lei or candy, we decided to get her something she could enjoy. Since we could not do a traditional dinner celebration, I suggested that we all chip in to get her something from Edible Arrangements. I placed the order the day before her birthday and because of my procrastination, I wanted to ensure that she would receive the delivery on the day of. When I contacted the shop located at the Manoa Market Place to request for the delivery to be confirmed on the day of, I received nothing but outstanding customer service! The gentleman who assisted me went over my order and with confidence promised that it would be delivered as requested. After we hung up, I started to get a status update on the movement of the delivery and finally received confirmation that it was delivered. Within minutes, we all received a huge thank you for making her birthday so special and said tears were flowing down her face. The professionalism and the efforts to go above and beyond to make her day would not have happened without their awesome customer service! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! I’m all the way from California and ordered for someone in Hawaii and there was a delivery issue where the recipient never got it. I was in Michigan and ordered a Birthday platter for my wife who was in Hawaii visiting. It was delivered on Saturday, but they delivered the wrong platter. I didnt find out until Sunday. Tried calling,no answer so I assumed they are closed on Sundays?When I called on Monday all they said they could do was refund the $5 difference and apologized. I wasnt going to argue at all since they obviously didnt really care......definitely will not order ever again from any location.

Ordered twice and was excellent! Nice lady helped me with same day service and arrangement was great! THEN they sent me a code for free chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday...cant order online unless you pay a minimum of I think it was $30 so went in person to order as I did the first time. The girl refused to help me and kept saying must order online first. I get it, I get it...you need to make money but the bday gift code did not say free with purchase.

I ordered online for delivery to my daughter whos a student at UH Manoa. The online ordering was fast and easy. I really appreciated the delivery confirmation email. But kind of expensive after they tack on a $15 delivery and $8 service fee. However, my daughter and her roommate loved them! It was a great finals week treat for them.

They went above and beyond to make sure my mom got her arrangement for her birthday and on her birthday despite a few failed attempts during the day! They ended up delivering after business hours and just in time for my mom to enjoy her post-birthday dinner fruit desserts. I believe the manager(?) delivered it themself because the delivery guy(s?) during the day had some trouble with anyone being home to accept the gift. Incredible service!

Honestly, edible arrangements are super expensive. You can buy the fruits and deliver it on your own. Amazon has the fruit cutters and you save so much more money.

The chocolate covered strawberries were delicious and customer service great. I am only giving 3 stars because of the added service charge. I guess I did not read the fine print noting the extra fee on top of the listed price of the item and was surprised when I picked it up. Will not do that again.

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries to deliver for my girl friend who was having a bachelorette in Hawaii that I was not able to attend. They were placed inside her hotel fridge so the chocolate wouldn’t melt. She was very surprised to find it waiting for her and cried at the thoughtful note attached to it. Conveniently located in the Manoa Marketplace shopping center. Lots of parking and easy to get around. I visited for the first time and found unique gift ideas. Edible fruit arrangements. They deliver or you can pickup at the shop.

Im disappointed in their service. First merchant said my item was delivered at its destination. Then they said it will be delivered at my home by seven. Then we get another call within thirty minutes. It finally arrived at my home at 9:45pm. My first destination was only five minutes away from the merchant. Maybe itll be better next time.

In the many years I have purchased fruit bouquets from Edible Arrangements, I have never been disappointed. The fruit is always fresh and sweet.

I moved to mainland. But I wanted to order something for my mom for Valentine’s day. So I ordered dozen chocolate dipped strawberries. It came out horrible. Strawberries are not ripe. It wasnt even fresh. I was disappointed for this. Paid 45$ including delivery. (Please see photo)

They effed up my order! They delivered a bouquet of chocolate dipped strawberries to someone who is allergic to chocolate on Valentines day! I made sure that the order I placed did not include any chocolate.I called and the person who answered the phone offered a full refund but the manager said he could only to half since it was already delivered. I was depending on them to deliver the right product and I only verified this from my wife, was I supposed to tell her ahead of time what to expect? Dont think Im going to order from them again! Spent 90$ on something she cant even enjoy.I fully understand that they were busy today, mistakes were meant to happen but seriously I wouldve walked away with only a half refund. I also paid extra to have it delivered as a surprise on Valentines Day. Not acceptable.
