Everything about my purchase was above and beyond expected. The prices were good, the site easy to use with all the information I needed, and the service exceptional. Melvin, the manager at the Pearl City Hawaii store answered all my questions, helped me get the best price, and delivered the four batteries to our boat. The delivery was on time, and even though heavy traffic made me late, Melvin was friendly and beyond helpful. My very heavy (4 x 100 lbs each) batteries were delivered perfectly, and the cores returned with the delivery. All and well done! Took care of my issue in a reasonable amount of time. During the process, they broke the home button but was responsible enough to let me know immediately and schedule a time when I can bring it back. They reduce the price of the labor. Kind and courteous service. I would definitely go back to them to fix my phone but hope I dont have too.

New location on Dillingham Blvd in Honolulu is less than ideal. You’ll know you arrived when you see the homeless camp welcoming you to their front doors. The hours of operation listed here on Google are incorrect. Here at 9:30 a.m. on a Friday and store is still locked up, with no hours of operation posted

Good selection of products on hand and prices are good but... Went by on a Friday evening (10/5), drove 36 miles, to find the store closed 10 minutes before the closing time on the door. Lights off, doors locked, employees in the back would not answer phone. Sadly, wont be using this vendor any more.

This business went above and beyond. Because of the difficulty of installing my car battery (the driver seat has to nearly come out) I fully expected them to sell me the battery (they had the best price on island so I was going to buy anyway) and tell me that their installation promise didn’t apply in my case. Instead, two employees spent significant time and completed the install perfectly. I can’t speak more highly of them, and will make sure to ecommend them to anyone for any battery or bulb need. Fabulous customer service.

Batteries Plus Bulbs is an awesome business that I dont think many people in Hawaii know about. They offer better quality products at a good price, offer online discounts, and best of all they install for free!!! Even passersby commented and were impressed by the service I was receiving. I was very impressed by the staff member that helped me. He was very courteous, knowledgeable in explaining the process, and really seemed to take his job seriously. Exceeded expectations, he definitely was trained well and is a an excellent representative for the company. Perhaps he was a manager, I forgot his name but he had long dreads.

I needed new batteries for my cordless hang grass trimmer and Batteries Plus Bulbs had them in stock. At the same time, I found out that they had a local store location where I could place and order online and pick the batteries up at the store. I placed my order online and within an hour I received an email that the batteries were ready for pickup at the store. I went to the store after lunch where the batteries were waiting for me. Great service and convenient. Will buy from them again.

Service was excellent but Im really disappointed that they didnt have the battery I was looking for. That battery was the reason I went to them. Its a regularly stocked battery but I was told they wouldnt be reordering batteries for maybe a couple of months. So I ended up wasting money a subpar battery for my purpose. Hope things get better with them cause I really like dealing with battery plus bulbs....

Friendliest, quickest service ever! A store full of the best quality batteries, including Duracell auto batteries, my personal favorite after having one in my car in Mexico, I had a problem with starting, and it took nearly eight hours to fix (I was on my own). I cranked the engine until the battery died at least a dozen times, and each time after a half-hour or so it would crank another 8-10 times. I finally found and fixed the problem, but I think any other battery would have stranded me. And the price is amazingly competitive to any in town. I recommend their products and great service. They also repair all brands of cell phones and automobile remote locks and programing. A++

Very helpful! The key fob for my car has not been working well lately. I thought it might be the battery. I was helped right away when I entered the store. The clerk tested the battery and found it was low. He replaced it, and now my key fob works great. He also helped me order a 2nd key fob for my car since I only have one. He said they will even program it when I go back to pick it up. And all for much cheaper than what the dealer wanted for a new key fob!

We had a great experience getting the new battery installed in our car. The young man who did the installation was very professional in his approach and demeanor. He was able to complete the installation with minimal issues. We will be repeat customers for our next battery purchases.

They always seem to have any type of battery I need. From car, garage door, and tv remotes to tablets and phones, they had it for me. The best part is their warranty policy.

My experience was one of my primary reasons for not using brick and mortar establishments unless necessary. Car batteries is one of those necessities. The clerk acted like he was doing me a favor and seemed very distracted. Whatever he was doing in the back room seemed more important than assisting me. He made no attempt to engage and listlessly asked my name several times even after handing him the pickup slip from ordering and paying on line. The website says they will install batteries but he was not even willing to carry new battery out or carry old one in. I had to request a cart to move the battery on. At my request for the cart he grumbled as to make it clear I was inconveniencing him. I am inclined to blame his behavior on being young and behaving like he was entitled to something better than providing me service, but that is not fair to all the other young sales staff that I usually receive very respectful service from. I received the battery I needed but left feeling upset for giving them my business.

Very friendly people to help you get that battery or special bulb.Today they load tested two batteries I had from a portable battery pack. I was able to purchase an up grade which will make them more profecient when we use the A/C converter to power some small fans at the next AKC Dog show for our Dobermans!

If I could give zero stars I would. Replacing a iPhone 7 screen took about 2 hours. The guys said come back in an hour and then the screen he put on did not work so it took another hour.They do not carry the apple brand screens and claim that the only place to get those is apple. The screen they put on my phone was instantly glitchy and could not keep up with texting speeds.I immediately took my phone to another place where they took 20 minutes to put a apple brand screen on. During the process they found screws missing from inside the phone. Do not go to this place. I found out later a friend of mine had also taken their phone here and they broke his phone attempting to replace the screen following a YouTube video. These people have zero training, zero knowledge, over charge, take too long, and all around a very bad business. DO NOT GO HERE.

I took my sons iPhone 7 in to replace the cracked screen. When I picked it up it’s seem to work fine. When I got home it started glitching. Then the home button we came loose. When I took it back to show them the button fell off. I asked them if they had to touched the home button when they repaired my screen said no. Which a quick search on YouTube shows that is not true. They said I signed the paper saying it was working when I picked it up and they cannot help me. Do not take your iPhone there for any repairs it cost me more to fix the phone after I took it into them. Very bad service

I came in for a car battery. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and professional. The store offers free battery installation with purchase and my battery had a 3 year warranty (longer than other shops Ive bought from in the past). I will be a repeat customer for sure!

I needed batteries for an Ebike and went here to see what needed to be done. The staff were courteous and professional. I left the battery pack, with a turnaround time of several hours, as the batteries needed to be conncted and soldered. About an hour later, got a call and the battery was ready When I went in to pay for battery, I also found out that they offer a military discount. BONUS!

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.I purchased an item from them on October 25th but returned it on October 27th back to a debit card. I was told it would take 3 business days to get my money back. 3 business days go by and I still didnt see my refund on my account. I then call the store to find out what was going on and was told to wait 5 business days. Its been 5 business days and I still dont have my money back. I called corporate to see if they could help me and they said because its a franchise store theres nothing they can do for me. Corporate told me to contact my bank to see if its still pending. I speak to my bank and they said there is nothing pending from their store and it shouldve shown up by now if the store processed it when they said they did. Corporate calls me back and said they can put me through to the store owner. So I speak to Stan and asked him to speak to his bank since thats where the problem is at. He said because they have a big bank itll take a while for it to go through and to be patient to get my refund. He was unapologetic about it and sounded like he was uninterested in helping me. This is a very unprofessional store and will never give them my business again.

Bought motorcycle battery online and picked it up 5 hours later. My battery was not charged although I received an email stating my battery was ready. Also learned the bolts and nuts are not included with the new battery. I hope you learn from my mistakes which won’t be found on their website. I have them two stars because the staff was nice and apologetic.

Made an appointment for 9:30 am, but the Tech to fix cracked screens was running late and was told to wait until 11:30. Finally left my phone to get repaired at 11:40. Upon the hour that I waited, I returned to pick up my iPhone. The Tech fixed my screen, but it is it cost me $170 for a screen that is yellowish and clearly a cheap replacement. I now wished that I just took my iPhone to the Apple Store.

This place had exactly what I needed and had all the infornation I wanted about fixing my phone that had energy issues. I Highly recommend coming here for all your phone issues related to poped screens broken screens and batteries. They are a new-ish store only 3 years young and I wholly believe they deserve more business.

I wish I could give zero star. Received the battery on 11/16/16 and it did not retain charge. Battery was charge to 99% in the cell phone, and went down to 26% the next morning with using it. Took the battery back to the store and asked for refund on 11/17/16. The store associate, MTRANTHAM promised to refund on 11/18/16 after he did the charge test. No reply for one whole week. Called again on 11/25/16, the same associate told us the charge test was done, and he would refund the money on 11/26/16. Nothing happened. Called again on 11/28/16, another associate said she did not know what was going on, and the one who handled our refund was out on vacation for a week. The issue has still not resolved. We will try to call the store again on 11/29/16 (tomorrow). We are planning to file a complaint to BBB, and inform our credit card company about this transaction.

*Phone Issues* My IPhone would not charge so I came to this store. They replaced the battery for $70, which temporarily fixed the issue (discovered the charge port was the problem, and not the battery; no refund on battery). Went back the next day, and was told they did not have the part in and would have to order it. It was going to cost an additional $70 to change the charge port. The members used MY phone number and would call ME when the part was in (my phone doesn’t work and was dead lol). Either way I went to another local phone fixer store, who had the charge port in, fixed it for $30, and told me they replace iPhone batteries for $29.99.Save your money and go elsewhere
