I was looking for flooring and was impressed by a friends Swiss Krono flooring and asked her where she got it from. I called Paradise Flooring and Dan was incredibly helpful. In the end, I decided to go with a local Maui company because I was in a rush but if I had an extra week, I definitely would have gone with Paradise Flooring. Their selection is incredible and even with the shipping cost would have been comparable (if not less expensive than) than what I saw on Maui.

As a LEED professional in the design industry, I appreciate the quality and sustainability of his product lines and the fact that it was affordable. He also worked with our installer to navigate them through a successful installation. They have something for every style and budget. If you dont know where to start, this is a great place to go.

The owner and employees are knowledgeable of materials and kind/helpful, also when adding new material to there inventory they have the product rep come out and invite installers out see a demonstration

I am pleased to share my highly positive experience with Paradise Flooring, and in particular with Lance Takehara for the excellent customer service he provided to us. We ordered the flooring for our home renovation from Paradise because they did a much better job than the other flooring stores we visited in listening to us and responding knowledgeably to our priorities. We ended up selecting Swiss Krono laminate flooring, but after making our deposit to place the order, our project ran into hiccups. The general contractor we were using was overextended so we ended up having to switch to a new contractor. Then we experienced delays due to the pandemic, after which we had to process a new building permit application due to the accumulated delays. That is to say, through no fault of Paradise Flooring it was a full two years from the time we placed our deposit to the time when we were finally ready to have the flooring installed. Lance kept in regular contact with us through all that period, keeping tabs on the situation but never putting pressure on us as we contended with various complications with our project. Now the flooring has just been installed and we are delighted with it! We had to make adjustments to the quantities of the materials when the realities of the installation resulted in differences from what we had ordered, but Paradise Flooring assisted us in making the necessary changes with a minimum of fuss. I own a few investment properties and recently needed to do a remodel on kitchen and bathroom in an apartment. The original flooring was linoleum and called up Lance, the owner of Paradise Flooring for advice. He advised that based on the way the apartment is configured and that its a rental I should go with something very durable like Luxury Vinyl. He had suggested a color that matched my vision for the kitchen and bathroom and would be a good contrast to the wood laminate flooring that covers the rest of the unit.Lance was also very helpful in coordinating with me over the phone despite living in the Bay Area. He sent me various options, colors, and was able to get it in my contractors hands in a very short time frame. He also accepted a return for unused boxes which was also very helpful. His price was fantastic especially when compared to a similar price point at Home Depot or Lowes.

It was a pleasure working with Lance and his team at Paradise on updating our home with Swiss Krono laminate floors. We visited their showroom multiple times, and not knowing anything about flooring, they provided us so much education in the design process. They have a wide selection of flooring options from laminate to tile and vinyl, available immediately and at very affordable prices- we were pleasantly surprised as we were originally considering just purchasing off the shelf at Home Depot. Now that our project is complete, we are super pleased with the high quality, durability, and affordability of the Swiss-made floor we chose, and have gotten many compliments from our guests! Worst customer service that I have ever received! I went in to buy stair nosing that would match my clients flooring. When they found out that I only wanted one piece, the salesman told me to go somewhere else to find it. As I started to walk out, he called me back, saying, If youre gonna get that upset about it, you can look in this bin to see if we have it.At that point the manager comes up and whispers in his ear, Dont waste your time helping him, hes only gonna buy one thing. I was literally the only customer in the place.Seriously, these people suck! They obviously dont care about the customer, or service. They are motivated by one thing, and one thing only...your money. I will never go back, and will tell anyone who is interested that they should avoid this place, at all costs! WORST SERVICE EVER!

I purchased my laminate flooring from Paradise Flooring for my small business. This was one of several flooring stores that I visited in my search. I chose to go with Paradise Flooring for two main reasons: the product quality and the customer service. I had many questions about the differences between laminate, vinyl, and hardwood flooring and the sales person was very knowledgable and patient with me in explaining all of the answers. They helped me understand the product that I was buying. Compared to other flooring stores I visited the product quality at Paradise Floorings was on a higher level. I went to paradise flooring to replace the lamenent in my house and the owners/staff were extremely informative and genuinely helpful with helping me choose the right lamenent. I got exactly what I wanted and couldnt be happier with the product and the service. I would absolutely return to their business for any other flooring projects.
