Absolutely LOVE Eunice!! She has excellent customer service and goes beyond than just the purchase. She even followed up with the style Ive been looking for. She is also very knowledgeable about the different collections. Will definitely come back here to see her whenever Im back in town. Come by and see her and you will not be disappointed with her service.
The elderly lady who was my sales associate looked like she really didnt want to help me. She kept checking her phone. I had to ask questions multiple times to squeeze the answer out of her reluctant stature. When I asked how to get the classic flap bag, she acted all superior with the air of if you had to ask then its probably not for you. The falsely sweet smile combined with then I cant help you is infuriating (Harry Potter fans?).Update: went on a different day, even worse experience (didnt know that was possible). They cant put you on a wait list, wouldnt even let you see the catalog. The SA raised her voice at me when I asked how to get an item. I think they want you to beg. Preposterous. They also make you wait when 5 sales associates just chit chat in a corner. My corner store clerk is much nicer than these snobby associates. They work for a luxury store and inherited a false sense of superiority. This store might as shut down.
The customer service was horrible!So when we walked up to the door, there were 2 ladies in front of us that walked straight in with no issues. Then my husband and I tried to walk in when we were kindly stopped and told no salesman were available to walk with us.I believe it’s because we were not “dressed to par”. We have just come from the beach but we were clean, clothes on and looked fine.So then about 10 minutes later, they let us in and made us wait in this room that was freezing and about 40 degrees!!!So then a salesman came and was just as dry as ever. The inventory was so limited. You can find more in Saks! But the customer service was trash. I definitely left saying I would never go back there or even buy from that brand. I’ll stick to my usual because the customer service with those brands have always been consistently great!
Service was non-existent. You have to dress like a salesman to be welcomed. Anyway they dont want my money so I will take them elsewhere. Dont waste your time with this trash company.
If possible I wanna give them Zero star. The customer service is horrible there. You must dress like you own a lot of luxury stuffs or the salesman will just ignore you. And my wife is interested in something to try. But the Asian salesperson is totally blind his eyes. We had a really bad shopping experience. The only thing I wanna do is give that guy a middle finger.

All the luxury stores have a line except this Chanel. Weird but I can see why. The customer service is non existent. I know Chanel bags kinda sell themselves but they still need to provide some service. I asked for a specific color and she immediately said no. I asked to see smaller bags and she didnt indicate she was going to check for me, just stood where she was. So I browsed the store by myself. I saw a necklace i wanted to buy but wasnt going to give her the commission for not even helping. Will try the other Chanel
Poor customer service. The sales rep that accompanied us was rude and snobbish. I was interested in jewelries and asked to try on a few pieces from the fine jewelry section. He kept reminding us the price even if we didnt ask when I tried them on, and I overheard him complaining/laughing with his co-worker that we didnt end up buying the expensive one. We felt really offended. Btw he has black hair wearing a yellow gold Coco crush earring. I would not recommend this rep.
I just wanted to say how happy I was with the service and the beautiful store here. The customer service was just amazing and I wish every store took an example of how well Chanel Waikiki treats its customers. 20 out of 10!
Went there 15 minutes till closing and the sweet ladies at RTW upstairs helped me and found me such lovely pieces! All 3 were so helpful for looking at sizes and jewelry!

Came in by myself during lunch while on a work remote trip. There was at least 5 staff members and just me as a customer. Only the security guard said hello and welcomed me. Asked to see some sizes in the shoe section upstairs and the staff wasnt thrilled when I said I want to try for size and fit and told me to go to another store (worried Im not buying??) for literally the most basic pair of shoes in Chanel. The ballet flat. Asked another person about Xmas beauty sets and that was half hearted as well. I didnt even bothered asking to see bags when I walked by the bag section and the sales just looked straight in my eyes and didnt bothered to say hello. Been to many Chanel stores and this has been the worse experience esp considering there was no other customer there. Kind of a pretty woman moment to be honest. I went to Hermes and spent $15k over 3 days. Big mistake. Big.
Beautiful shop, great precautionary measures for COVID safety. The staff is friendly, some more than others. Only downside of this location is that stock flies off the shelf for the more popular styles. There was basically nothing available for WoC (in classic colors/styles), absolutely no mini flaps. To be expected with Chanel, but we were laughed at for even asking. The associates offered to show us many different seasonal colors/styles instead.
For my opinion, new logo on the products is less appearanceFor me, old logo is only the symbol of Chanel
Not sure how they are trained from management to sales reps seems like they cater to more tourist then actual locals

Surprising store to find near the beach in Hawaii.
First time visiting a Chanel boutique without any one serving us. Very disappointed.
Terrible customer service. The Saleswoman helping me was unhelpful and Was not willing to show anything. She made me feel very uncomfortable.. will not recommend this store to anyone! The Chanel store in Ala Moana is better. Being kind and nice goes a long way, and definitely don’t make your customers feel uncomfortable and disinterested in showing or selling stuff.
Stopped by today around noon, after came in no one come up to say anything, there was one sales who wear the glasses, she just playing with the phone for like 2 minutes until I walk to her. I stand there for at least 2 minutes! Very disappointed.
Horrible service ever!!!!When asked if the style Available at other Chanel locations, sale associate name John replied I dont know, you have to call them ! He made me felt very unwelcome.

Nothing beats the staff here at Chanel. They are very friendly and will help you find anything you need. If you are the type that likes looking without being bothered, they will also give you your space. Thats a nice feeling.
Stop by to this store to purchase a Chanel WOC and they told me that they have 1 available and i told him that’s I want to see it but he answered that’s if your buying it I have to get it from the outside display by the window so I told him I would like to get a new one not the display I would not pay $2500 for the display instead he walk away and never came back to me.
The most welcoming Chanel store Ive been to (I have been to many across Australia, Asia, Europe, United States and more). I was served by Angie Delos Santos, she was sooooo lovely to assist even though i didnt purchase anything. She gave honest advice and was so pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend her and this store!

Nice big store with good customer service. It can get kind of busy in the afternoon, si the best time to go is morning time. But it also depends if its the weekday or weekends. This Chanel is bigger them the alamoana chanel.
