Coolant leak had to get towed. I have had horrible luck with the local BMW dealer. So I called Bavarian Motor Experts and Rick answered. Even though they were not open. Had the car towed and he explained to me what was wrong and even gave me a list of items to look out for and items that will need attention soon. They were honest, Fair, and will definitely go back. Thank you!!!

Great guy, helped me out when I was desperately in need. The day I was supposed to ship my car out, I got a check engine light. At 7am with no appointment he helped me fix it. Best shop on the island

I purchased a 2010 Mini as is after the seller told me his mechanics said the engine was in great shape. Fast forward, it needed work. After Google reviewing the Mini dealership I came across BME. I am so happy I did. From my 1st point of contact with Rick all through the whole experience, I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the work done to my Mini. Runs like a charm and such a difference in the before and after not to mention the 2 year warranty you get when having the work done here. If anyone needs their BMW worked on go to Bavarian and NOT BMW DEALERSHIP. Bavarian takes the time to go over your whole car and give you pictures of what they found. They install BMW parts always. Great bunch of guys work there, from the mechanics, to the guys at the front desk. Bill was outstanding in helping myself with my 335i as well as the wifes 330Ci.

This is a very great shop. Clean, professional, and knowledgable. If youre not sure what the problem is I would take it here even if you are a mechanic like myself. Yes they are pricey but its still cheaper than the dealer and youll have piece of mind knowing it was done right.

The staff at BME are the most competent and intelligent automotive mechanics, not to mention the most honest. Their BMW service and repair is the best on Oahu (the dealership pales in comparison) I have been taking my 3 series BMW to them since 2011 and have only had positive experiences.

Took my 2005 Mini Cooper S in, they had it in and out in a couple of days. The staff kept me updated and were extremely professional. They also went above and beyond and looked up if there were any manufacturer recalls and put me in touch with a mini representative to get a $1,200 repair done for free. They could have just done it themselves and collected the money. Its rare to see a business go out of its way to keep money in the customers pocket! I would highly recommend them.

Ive taken my BMW there for years. Their are trustworthy BMW car experts. They perform quality work and reasonable prices.

I feel bad for any middle class american who owns a BMW. Took a friend here once and they kept his car for almost a monthe without even giving him a call back. Then they charged him something around $600 just to look and diagnose the issue he was having even though he already knew and told them.

This is THE place to go on the island for BMW service. The staff and work done are both top notch. Couldnt be happier.

Bavarian Motor Experts is the only BMW service I consider. BME has provided service to my Z-3 since 1999. They are EXPERTS on the BMW.I recommend all BMW owners to take their cars to BME for repairs and service. BME KNOW the BMW engine TOTALLY!! and can fix the problem.

BME provides excellence in every way, including service,cost and communication (especially with Bill) and recommendthem very highly. Now I know where to take my BMW for TLC.

Clean and very professional but very expensive services. If you love your BMW or Mini this is the place to bring it and the only place on the island. They have the modern equipment to properly diagnose your vehicle, and thats probably the reason why they charge so much. Reason for giving them four out of five: if i would have taken my Mini to a garage like Midas for example or Jiffy Lube they would have charged me less than a hundred dollars for an oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, and other stuff. With Bavarian Motor Experts you dont get what the cheaper options get, granted BME knows what they are doing rather than taking to those Midas guys who have no passion for BMWS and Minis. 2nd reason for a non-perfect score. I dropped my vehicle right before they opened at 700 in the morning. I return from work to pick it up and I find out they havent even started on my car yet. WTF right? Business is good for them but Im a new customer who should have been informed about this long wait so that I could have planned something rather then wait there and tell myself I could have been home already if I took the bus and just pick up my car the next day. Did I mention my tires didnt get rotated.
