I adore the person who sold me my car, however I did have a super costly oil leak that their mechanics must’ve missed. It was a 10k$ car that costed about $1600 to fix, along with needing 4 new tires $800 -within the first year of purchasing. I tried to reach out to them for a quote with no luck in setting up an appointment. Good seller, I would just highly recommend that you get the vehicle inspected from a different mechanic of your choice before pulling the trigger.

Overall great experience! A few hiccups in the transaction but Richard, and Charles were flexible and willing to do whatever it took to make it right. Very grateful for them and very happy with our new Tacoma! Definitely recommending them to our family and friends!

Great experience purchasing a vehicle from Auto Biz. The friendly staff were very straightforward when they answered my questions. Charles gave me a great deal on my vehicle. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They scam people and take their money and in return you get a car thats more expensive to fix than it is even worth. Screwed my husband who is active duty military and I out of $8,000 and my only recourse was to report to the better business bureau. Never in my life have I encountered such a shady dealership. Two days after getting the car and signing it as is only because everything looked okay and it drove okay, the check engine light came on, along with a host of other problems that could not have possibly happened while we drove it.

I needed a car quick and did not do my homework for this company. They sold me a salvaged car. Four months after having the car I went in for an oil change and my mechanic pointed out about 14 things wrong with the car just from basic inspection, and could not have happened in the time I had the vehicle. It was not safe to drive and the things needing fixing cost more than the vehicle. Went back to the owner and got nothing, he said he could fix it at a discounted rate, which was about 10%.I didnt want to sell the car because of how unsafe it was to drive. Could not sell for parts as its parts were not good.I would never refer anyone here. They are dishonest. Im not one to write reviews but I wanted to help warn others.

A few week ago, I was looking for a 05 Tacoma truck so I decided to trade My 2010 SUV BENZ but a worker test drives the benz then the co owner said the dvd, computer, shift and brake is broken and damaged, they offered me $3000 value for my 2010 SUV BENZ. They make me laugh because they were KOREAN workers try to make a BIG RIPOFF to me!! So I left from Auto Biz.. I went to Honolulu Toyota Servo got paperwork traded for me into a new 2018 Tacoma!!! Please to everyone keep your eye on AUTO BIZ, they may rip you off.......

Shadiest car dealership I have ever encountered. Sold a car as is and was stupid enough to sign on the dotted line. Had the car less than a week before the steering wheel started shaking violently, suspension was completely rotted. Had it less than 60 days and the head of the engine is cracked and pistons shot, mechanic told me in plain english there is NO WAY the dealer could have not known about these problems. Thieves.

Not only am I very happy with my new car, but overall, my experience here was amazing! Unlike most dealerships, I didnt feel rushed or stressed during my visit and got exactly what I wanted under my price range! Tomo was very professional on the phone and explained everything in detail prior to my visit. He also suggested that I fill out the online application, so once that was made, the owner called me and said that I got approved and asked when Id like to test drive and possibly pick up my new car. He was very understanding about our finances and price range and for the fact that we were mainly buying the car due to the fact that we are having our baby girl any day now! As soon as we got there, Tomo showed us the car and explained everything in detail and let us test drive it around the block, filled it up with gas and let us drive it on the freeway! It was the car I wanted, the color I wanted and under my price range. The car looks and feels great. Afterwards, while filling out the paper work, the manager introduced himself and both gentlemen remained very friendly and professional and even stayed after hours, which my fiance and I felt a bit bad for. Tomo found out that I was a French professor and offered us chocolate truffles from France and Japanese crackers and water. As a young woman, Ive purchased cars from bigger dealerships and got ripped off and pressured to buy something I never was fully interested in and regretted my decision later on. At Auto Biz, they do not pressure you to buy anything and will do everything possible to meet your expectations. This dealership is like no other and are working to grow as a company. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a car here as you will not feel ripped off or pressured to buy something you dont want and the staff here do everything to make you feel comfortable and are very professional and friendly.

I had a loose panel in my right rear of my Sonata so McCully Union sent me to AutoBiz. I didnt get the name of the guy who helped me but he was great. He came out right away, looked at my panel, adjusted it, and buffed away the scuff marks. Did it in 15 minutes and I wont tell you what he charged me but it was less than lunch. For body work, I would come here again without thinking twice. Highly recommend.
