My favorite place to shop in the whole world.I was a single mother 45bof my 66byears. I had to repair my car, fix the bikes, build the tree house cut the yard repair the house, fix the sink.We had the catch all home stores.Since 2015 when I discovered Habor Freight, well lets just say the made my life wondeful.If I can just keep what I purchase. My sons have a way of I see, I borrow I keep over 30 days its now mine.Earlier this year some men broke into my boat and stole all of my tools. Tools that I had collected over a life time. I am restirung a 1978 25 Hunter sail boat. It broke my heart.The people at litke Havana Harbor Freight love my service dog. While coming over to give Lady her usual greeting they asked how the work was going on the boat.I am a disabled veteran and I have PTSD. They know that this is one of the things that Lady assist me with. They assist me as well in all the stores that I frequent.When I told them what happen they got me some sale items and power tools together.Thesecwould get me started. I was so grateful. They tool their time out to help me to get my power system back and improved. My lighting, cooling, safety as well as plan an alarm system that will alert my neighbors.What more can you ask for vendor loyality to a customer.I am a fan.

No line today, and the cashier knew where things were. The only flaw with this store and Harbor Freght in general, is sometimes the lines are way too long due to a lack of caahiers.

I had to take back a winch that broke it was 2 months old I had a 90 day warranty no problem in exchanging the help there is very knowledgeable they gave me a new one

I have so much good to say about this store but they never have enough cashiers or floor help. It took me less than 5 minutes to find my purchases and over 35 minutes to check out.

Lacking in customer service. No one knew where anything was located. Three different people didnt know the location of hydraulic crippers.

Don’t know what they have, spend 20 min looking for the liquid nail, no ones showed me, and after, they told me, “oh, we might be out”

Good for the commerical trade. Home Depot for speciality items you dont find any place else.

Friendly service. Had metal grinder cut off blades that fit my ryobi grinder. Had a male plug end my helper cut of off the ryobi grinder cord.

Store was hot and having to wear the face diaper as well made it even hotter staff isnt very friendly or helpful

A much easier shopping experience than going to Home Depot or Lowes. Most tools are Chinese made hence the very affordable prices, but they do have a limited choice higher end alternatives made elsewhere. This location can be very busy but the lines tend to move quickly. Unfortunately if they dont have an item in stock you cannot order it. Also no purchase made online for pickup in store. Ive been waiting for their 300$ trailer to come in but nothing these past 2 weeks. Get their app to see all of their current coupons but theyre automatically applied when you give the cashier your phone number. It only takes a few minutes to register and im hoping they expand into reciept saving and maybe a rewards program?

Five stars for exactly what Harbor Freight is, a very thin customer service, varriable quality tools and supplies, but quality as a whole is increasing. They claim their merchandise has better quality and price compared to other home centers, hardware and auto parts stores, but thats for the consumers to decide. The store is big with clean, organized aisles; each labeled so you can find what youre looking for. They are a few employees on the floor who are willing to assist you in what youre looking for as well. Harbor Freight sells the following:* Compressors/Generators/Hydraulics* Sandblasters* Paint supplies/Tie downs* Safety items/Work supports* Power tools/Air tools/ Various tools* Tool boxes/Work gloves/Sockets/Hand trucks* Plumbing/Electrical* Welders/Welding accessories* Automotive* Lighting...and many more itemsI came to Harbor Freight to look at prices for a string trimmer. While walking around the store to locate the item, I approached a pleasant male employee who was apparently stocking items on the shelf and asked him if he knew where it was. He was nice enough to walk me to the aisle where the item was and also showed me the price for the string trimmer lines. They had both an electric and a battery string trimmer at a more reasonable price than what Home Depot was selling one for, and I can use the stores 20% off coupon. NOTE: but make sure to read the fine print on the coupon, there are certain name brand items that the coupon cant be used on.

Bought a little 125 mig welder from them for $200 welds surprisingly well for the price

I give it a star because I saw the tool you want to buy online and when I went to buy it there was no longer there and I asked if I could pay it there because I had it at sunrise and they told me NO to later pick it up at that store and if not they sent me to my house and said NOOOO

I love Harbor Freight! They always have good tools at a good price. I didnt give them 5 stars because the cost of nitrile gloves increased 4 times normal.

Love the place. You can get tools inexpensively. I also buy stuff that can be used in my craft room ex. magnet dish and telescopic magnet for one to put my pins and the other to pick-up those pins that fall on the floor and suction suction cup to hold my Omnigrid ruler. All for alot less the JoAnns..

Went for rags, came out with a great 1/2 extensions as well. Love Harbor Freight

My experiences at this location have been great until today. I went with my sister and had witnessed two of the most rudest cashiers I have ever seen. One yelled at a customer that she was open and the other cashier was trying to explain something to the same customer. The customer started walking over to the cashier that was yelling rudely she was open. The cashier he was talking to yelled..Im not done talking to you! My sister and I went up to pay and did not even a hello!! They both need another job!

Was there to buy a pallet jack and the cashier helped me out offering the membership that helped me with a pretty good discount and in my way out a employee just came out(without asking) to help me get it in my pick up.Awesome people working there.Thanks!

It is a place more focused on professionals than for DIY projects. You arent able to buy a nail but a box of them and so on...

Good selection of items on display in the showroom. Also occasionally they put managers special offers with huge discounts. Place is not crowded and if theres a line it moves fast and they open another cashier checkout right away.Convenient location right of I-95. Good size parking lot. Easily found entrance and exit.

The supervisor there is an ugly woman, she refused to respect the price for an item that I took with dif price. She told me Is not my job put the correct price in the items wow ! I will never be back there in my life!!!!

This was my first time coming into Harbor Freights... I heard a lot of good things about it... So I finally got to come... Not one person try to help me... Not a very friendly environment... I feel kind of unsafe there... I came here to buy a 3 ton jack and perhaps some other stuff no one offered any assistance... I still need a hammer drill and some other tools I may have to go somewhere else... Not satisfied

This store is an absolute pleasure to come to! Conveniently located with a large enough parking lot, the aisles are huge and everything is displayed clearly and always well-stocked. The prices are super and the flyer always gives 20% of any one item and a free item with any purchase (lately a flash light). I always enjoy my trip here!

Really great place to get all your handy man tools and pro tools at discount prices. Watch out for the regular sales also. Even deeper discounts with those! If youre a tools person, this is the place to go. For example, I needed a g-clamp recently. The regular big-box Depot type stores had the one I needed on sale for $13.99 then I went to HARBOR FREIGHT and found it for $6.99. Huge difference in cost... and that was the regular price (not on sale yet). And I did due diligence by touch/feel/smell- test! Needless to say, I do recommend this place over the rest, despite the fact that they are missing a lot of the small stuff like screws and nuts and bolts selections. Also, if youre a mainstream brand name person, you might be a little disappointed to see that most brand names that you might be used to (from the depots and big-box stores) might not be readily available, but the products they do carry seem to be quite durable, nevertheless. Furthermore, they have an excellent return policy that rivals all big- box stores including the Marts, etc.

I love shopping there. You see I am a hands on kind of man. Love doing it myself. So this is where you go. If youre that kind of man. They got all kinds of tools there. Them got some dam good prices to go with those tool .
