They fixed my iPhone screen in 20 minutes. I appreciated the quick service and their welcoming attitude.

I did bring a lot of phones here, I had a iPhone 5 I broke over 10-15 times, a iPhone 6 at least 5 times and a brand new iPhone se that I broke 6 times since I’ve owned it in 1 year, and after today I don’t know if I’ll return, for the past 6 times on my iPhone SE I paid 60$ to replace the screen, great price right? Well the past 2 times I go in the store and they automatically tell me 85/ it takes for a worker to recognize me for them to lower the price, well today I guess the new guy didn’t recognize me and he said we don’t fix screens that cheap, so he started at 85, then went down to 75, and end result was 70$ not the money that matters but it just is really not professional

In a word, Honest. I am not a noob when it comes to phones and phone repair, but this repair was out of my skill range. I took it to Fabio at Phone Geeks, he made the exact same diagnosis as I did, and charged a fair price for the repair. The repair took an hour, and my daughters phone is working perfectly.

Fixed my screen which was ok until my phones location started messing up so I took it back they couldn’t fix it so I ended up taking it to Apple who told me that who ever fixed my phone broke w/e is in charge of the gps thing in my phone and I’d have to take it back to them to fix it. Took it back again and they couldn’t fix it so I ended up haveing to buy new phone . So a $150 screen repair ended up costing me $800 for a new phone . I also called like 6 times since but no answer.

Sorry but they broke my phone took 3 weeks to try to fix it still not fix they gave me a phone but they still charged me 200$ for the new part witch they gonna use it and fix the phone and sell it. What a rip off. Sorry steeven you could eat the fees of the sreen. Instead 200$ will make loose some business and your name.

This place is such a rip off.. I went on 2 occasions. 1 where I needed my charging port changed on my iPhone 8 Plus. I called in advance to get a quote as I do everything else. Told me one price when I showed up they told me $20 more than what they said on the phone claiming I said a 7 plus not an 8. I knew for a fact I said 8 plus. They talked it down to only $15 more vs $20. I needed it done anyways and fast so I agreed. 2nd time I called to get my phone screen fixed. Called again. Quoted a price. When I went in again! $20 more than what they quoted me!! And claimed the exact same thing as last time, that I said I had a 7 plus over the phone not an 8 plus. I had my phone for 4 years, I know what kind of phone I had! I had enough and took my phone and went somewhere else. Was definitely cheaper at another store than what these ppl quoted me anyways!

I brought my laptop in there 8 weeks ago to be fixed. they didnt have he part so it was ordered.6 weeks ago they told me to come in its ready I came in and they plugged it inand didnt work so theyordered a second another part i am still waiting .I dont know what to do I had to go out and actually get another computer because I had recently moved from tennessee to Florida and I sens t a lot of resumes and I had no way for people to actually contact me and take there entrance test.. so Im not really how to write this review yet.they may be excellent at repairs once they have Parts but I was the one that was always calling them they did not call me except for the time to pick up the computer which wasnt working at the time Im hoping that this will turn out wonderful and they will give me a large discount for having to wait two months and not having my laptop was all of my information on it and having to buy a new one.. so Im not really sure how to rate them but well see i would like this to have a fair and happy outcome

I would like to complement and commend Repair Geeks Of Hollywood. The store is very pleasant. They have a variety of phones and accessories in stock to meet all of your cell phone needs. They do amazing work on cell phone screen repairs as well! I took a friends phone in there for a screen repair. Her screen was completely obliterated! I honestly did not believe it could be fixed. Within an hour the staff members at Repair Geeks of Hollywood made the phone look like it was brand new, right out of the box! Ive been in the store a few times for various reasons. My most recent visit was a few days before Christmas. A gentleman by the name of Fabio assisted me. He could not have been more accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Just came there to fix my shattered iPhone 7+ and it was an in and out process!!! I came in to have my laptop repaired. I dropped it and the cable connection became disconnected as I could not see my screen. Also my fan had some clutter in it and was very loud. I told them it would be fine if they kept it for 2 weeks and they were done within the first week and extremely affordable. The customer service was spectacular and my laptop works like new. This is my second time coming to Repair Geeks and both times have been great! First time, my phone wasn’t charging and they took care of ken in 10 minutes and at a fair price. This last time, my LCD was completely cracked, chipping, and i could not view anything. They gave me a fair price of $70 and had my phone back to its original condition within 15 minutes. I love love love this shop for fixing my phone the way they did. I went in for a screen replacement on my iPhone after another shop put a fake screen on my phone. They restored my iPhone to look brand new!! I waited in the lounge area while Valentina (the female in the shop) repaired my phone. Her work is neat and she was friendly and made me feel welcomed.
