HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would give negative stars if I could. I messaged “Layla” about one of the vehicles on the Facebook marketplace and asked her about the mileage since it was listed with 99,999 and that did not seem right. She responded with “it’s on the ad.” So I asked if the car actually had exactly 99,999 miles on it. She replied telling me that is was closer to 110,000. I pointed out that she lied and this seemed like a scam. She told me, “ Lady, the thing is that we have people of marketing to post. I always have to check again. So don’t bother me. Bye have a good day.” I can’t believe they think it’s okay to blow customers off then when they get called out for it they are super condescending as if the customer did something wrong by simply asking about the mileage and pointing out the obvious discrepancy. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The audacity of Layla was horrible. Please listen to the bad reviews and take them seriously.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!they advertised a 2011 BMW for $4998 on offer up and the car had a cracked windshield and needed a window motor. ACTUALLY, the car is still sitting on their lot after a month because in addition to those issues, it needs a radiator, he actually wants almost $9K (told my son in law $4998 is down payment lol) and after running the VIN, its a 2010, not a 2011. Of course, they will respond and say they never did a deal with me, well you damn right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!P.S. those have to be their family/friends posting positive feedback

Buyers Beware! Dont buy a car from this dealer based on their website/advertised photos and descriptions. They completely misrepresented a used car that was sold out-of-state, and was NOT as described at all. Not only did they price gouge based on the misrepresentation of the condition of the car, but it has taken thousands of dollars so far just to try and get the car back to its as advertised condition. Were told that it needs a whole new engine, and based on some clearly replaced parts, they knew about it. The car wouldnt even start up more than twice once it arrived, and its a gross polluter. Shady to say the least! Lesson learned.

They told us to take it back radio was not working did not want to start . We took it back they told us they fixed it. The following date same problem the car did not want to start . They came to pick up the car . Now they have our deposit and the car . we had to make a police report . Becouse they want to steal our deposit STAY AWAY.
