Very bad company! This company was found on Facebook Market!!! They are very unprofessional especially Rochelle Zabaleta, she doesnt answer phone calls and scams buyers out of heir down payments. She ran my spouses credit into the ground looking for several financing companies. Rather than being professional and upfront by saying you were denied financing and return the downpayment before the 30 days expires. What they do is say they will keep looking and screw you in the end!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

Bad people to deal with.Stay away from them and better try to do your purchase from elsewhere but not from them.I was messaging about truck advertisement with girl named Daniela and asking about prices that they posted on FB market place.They posted for $ 19,900 truck cash sale price.I was about to drive all the way from Sarasota to their location which is about 200 miles or about 3 hours. Thanks god I called and other person was telling me different price. I decided not to go because they’re liars and posting false prices in order to bring customers to their stores.

Avoid this shop at all cost. They lie about their prices to get you in. Once your there all a sudden the car will be 5k more and they do not work with you one bit. They also want the 5k cash which is always fishy. On top of that Rochelle Zabaleta in finance was talking bad about me in Spanish to the other coworkers... very unprofessional, but little did she know I knew everything she was saying.... once I called her out about it her eyes almost shot out of her head and he coworker decide it’s best he works with me.. hopefully she learned something today. She deserves to be fired but I highly doubt that’s going to happen. On top of all this, the 45 minutes I was there I witnessed multiple other customers get angry and upset to get surprised about the extra 5k. I don’t know why they don’t just do proper listings so they don’t have to deal with angry people all day. All very unprofessional. Theirs multiple other dealerships around so I recommend going to one of them. If you still decide to go to iron cars.. ask for Alex he was a nice guy.

Horrible customer service. Tried haggling a price. not much lower than was asking, like anyone buying a car. Legit was $700 short so I offered what I had. Also included that I would just go get a loan if need be. Flat out told no and ignored. Id suggest going somewhere that wasnt disrespectful. Maybe somewhere a small short on cash isnt meet with horrific customer service. Fyi take a look at the good reviews they are a bit biased. Seems to be all friend of the company.. tisk tisk

False advertisement lead me to go there!

Drove 40 minutes to this location for a car they advertised in offer up for $15,900. We even talked to Rochelle about this price. However when we arrived, it was $15,900 plus a down payment of 4,000 dollars. Nowhere in the post was this down payment mention. This is an unprofessional way to do business, and it is sad that the costumer has to pay for it. I do not recommend anybody to come and buy a car in this place.

Scams and banch of thiefs...after tou buy the car f## u...sold me truck empty of oil without review before I drove out of the dealer, car broke after 5 days and they just want to pay me 30$ for the oil, a joke but usual stuff for scambags...do not buy there at all!!

They will try to sell you cars with a lot of internal problem you wont realize with a simple test drive. This will include: bad powersterring pump, blown gasket, plugged catalist converter. I don’t recommend it

We bought a car there a year ago, they lied on everything.never told us that it was a rebuilt, when we were signing to confirm the purchase they told us it has 100k more miles that it said on the vehicle. Not recommended at all

The seller NACHO never mentioned in the negotiation that the car had had an accident, because the title was clean. The owner, during the negotiation, is confident in solving any problem the vehicle may have, but then he doesnt show his face anymore! THEY ARE SOME SCAMMERS !!!!Besides that they cheat with the price of the cars, a price appears on the internet and when you get there it turns out that there are 5000 or 6000 more.DONT LOSE MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE

BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!!1st Point: After confirming with Maria that she had the car that I wanted, I took a trip of almost two hours driving, and to my surprise when she arrived she told me that the car had been sold for a week.2nd Point: Since I saw the car advertised on FB and contacted her until I supposedly went to look for it, two days passed and several messages where my main curiosity was to know the final price of the car; to which she always answered me that she was working on it and had to ask her sales team (as if they were an official dealer of some recognized brand) because she was not from that department, but ... Upon reaching the dealer who was the one who immediately went upstairs to try to sell me a car? ... Well who more than Maria !!!3rd Point: On their website and FB they have easily announced more than 50 cars and when you get to the place they have no more than 20 cans with wheels. And most of the vehicles advertised on the internet are hitch cars, with good prices, few miles and super edited photos for when you go to buy it, tell you that it was sold as it happened to me and try to sell you anything they have there.My advice is that you dont even stick your head out there because money costs us a lot of work and sweat earning it to go and give it to some scammers ... Go to an official dealer or at least one recognized one !!

They tried to sell me a 2013 ford f150 v6 ecoboost with an engine problem, we had already reached an agreement with the price, and while I was doing the stationery my brother-in-law was going to check it, and before paying he went out to help my brother-in-law to check it, I got in below and notice that the engine had an oil leak, I called the owner of the dealer with whom I had finished negotiating and I told him that the engine has an oil leak, he saw it and he mentioned a piece that could be that which apparently is not It was serious and I gave him 30 minutes to take her to a mechanic, I went with him about 3 blocks and the mechanic said it was a plug and to wait for the engine to cool down, but dont trust the mechanic and it was too late and My brother-in-law had to work, I left a review to return 2 days later, when I returned for the date that we had scheduled the service again, there was no oil leaking but you could see that I kept losing some oil, it was minimal but for me I kept losing and he told me what And it was dirt or it was the stains of the loss that I had, I proposed that he give me a guarantee of 8 or 10 days to make a revision, and he said no, if he wanted me to do the revision that same day, I sent a worker and gave him the instructions where the workshop was, we went out and decided to move it more to test it and we moved away from the workshop where the VAT is supposed to be taken, my brother-in-law asked their worker who was with us, where is the workshop? And I told my brother-in-law we are going to find another workshop and the dealers worker told me that they told him that he would take her to that workshop, and I decided to take her elsewhere, when I got to the workshop I told them that I am buying that truck and that I wanted to do a general inspection, and they discovered that they had put a selicone or sealant on the engine to cover the liquefaction and that they could not even calculate how much that representation could cost.My advice if you are going to buy a car, check it well, take it to a trustworthy workshop that is not close to the dealers, ask for a general inspection and that the car is buying it, so as not to be disappointed believing that you are buying a good car and then you take the surprise.I was buying my first car but I took all the precautions and from this I learned more whether to take the hit, thank God. This that serves others and is not scammed and does not lose their money, money is hard to earn, I know that many take precautions but others do not, do not get carried away by emissions just because a car looks new and cute, be careful you can be wasting your money.
