We visited this location on Sunday. There was only one person running the store which was busy. He was efficient & polite even while under pressure. My best friend really likes this place, I personally prefer Italian Ice. I tried the Lemon Sorbet & found it cloyingly sweet & tossed most of it, but, overall we had a positive experience. (And I find the name adorable.)

Horrible service. I will not recommend this location to anyone, this location gives Ben & Jerry’s a bad reputation.On Saturday 5/1 I went there with my family and we had a Lot of children with us and I thought it will be nice to get them all ice cream. I got the kids all excited and in the mood to then go inside the shop and have a bad experience. The employee seemed to be having a bad day and although I understand we all have our day this type of attitude towards customers should be allowed. For a second I forgot that we needed to wear mask and some of the kids didn’t have it on and with a nasty attitude he said they needed to leave i understood his request and the kids went out and I stayed to place the order. Everything I asked for bother him and he served the Ice cream in a ruthless manner so I brought it to his attention and I told him if he was having a bad day he needed to go home. To make long story short he disrespected me and My family and I don’t appreciate it. After I got home I was upset for even spending around $50 for such horrible service but I didn’t want to ruined it for the kids. Even McDonald would have been better at this point.

In and out in no time. The store is well kept and clean. The staff is also very patient and helpful.Make sure to grab a few napkins before you leave the store. The ice cream melts like crazy once you step outside.

I walked in there with my two friends and two little girls. Then an Asian woman walks in and the attendant tells us to get out because only 4 individuals are allowed at once. He doesnt tell the woman anything. I responded, why arent you telling her anything, we came in first. He said you cant be in here only 4 people allowed at once. Guess what he looks Asian and told us to get out to let the Asian lady in. Maybe stop doing things like this. ..

So convenient to slip in for any of the treats offered: cones, smoothies, shakes, and sundaes. Just a few steps across the boardwalk and only a few more steps from the beach. More than 35 different flavors to choose from, and, of course, hundreds of combinations. Figure $5 to $8.50 per person depending on your choice. Count on a wonderfully cool and sweet treat on the beach.

Same Great flavors but customer service sorely lacking. Visited twice during my stay in the area both times customer service was POOR to say the least. Love the ice cream... wouldnt waste the time other stores with better service

Amazing service, great beer, and AWESOME food. Every chance I get, I come here to get potato pancakes (SOOO GOOOOD) and their salad. Oh, and of course beer :)It is always busy, and it can get pretty loud. But it is very friendly and so worth it!

Very cute little shop, its surreal to step into a Ben and Jerrys in Florida. Super great for the heat of the beach, the location is perfect.

Ice cream was great. Very pricey. BUT we are from MD where we can get family of 4 LARGE ice cream for under $10. Again the ice cream was very good but for the price I can’t say it was worth it.

Got chased out by an angry little man yelling at us about only 4 people allowed in. Walked down the street to a cute little shop by Wings and got excellent service.

Peace Love & Ice Cream!! This location is very popular and their sweet choices are delicious - from ice cream to frozen yogurt! Many flavors to choose from! The location was clean and the service was fast! The staff was nice and helpful. I ate my ice cream so fast I forgot to take the picture! It is accesible for wheelchairs and tnis right in front of the beach! It cannot get any better!!

Awesome range of ice cream taste and great costumer service. Beware of current COVID guidelines as the broad-walk itself is very packed and unsafe.

Cost way to much...ordered a small cup with two toppings and a large cup with two topping and it cost $20. And the sizes were more comparable to a kid cup and a medium. Plus they only give wooden spoons so all you taste is the wood which ruins the taste of the ice cream....

Its a great place to get great ice cream. The place is small, as Id expect it to be on a boardwalk. Theyre very good about sampling, which I love, and they have 2 benches outside for you to eat the ice cream. That being said, dont expect to stay and eat your ice cream here. Walk with it and enjoy the boardwalk.

The cookie in the ice cream cup was expired, it was not crunchy, when I asked the manager, he indicated that they were all so, that is, all expired, do not waste your money on such an expensive ice cream with such poor quality in addition to poor attention to customers. .!

Good location - the quality and the product is definitely consistent. Service has been okay during more recent visits but can honestly be a hit of miss depending on how busy it is. The prices are definitely what youd expect for the boardwalk. You may find cheaper ice cream options on the walk but you know what youre getting with Ben & Jerrys. Very claustrophobic as the location is small so keep that in mind.#icecream

Great great place open late. They have a wide variety of flavors dont let this small venue fool you they have the same selection of Ben & Jerrys you would see at a larger location. The venue is fantastic as you can pick up a ice cream on a hot day walk the beautiful boardwalk at Hollywood Beach has. They also have the specialty flavors that run seasonally.

I went last night with a friend who was here on vacation. She had never tried B&J’s and so we happily decided to walk into the store so she could try her very first famously known ice cream! Well, our happy go lucky mood didn’t last very long, and all thanks to the very VERY rude woman attending us. She seemed Russian or European. The point is I will never go to this place again. I walked out of there appalled! And embarrassed with my friend. I had never encountered such a rude and impatient server in my life! She even slammed the NO TIP option “for my friend” on the screen because she decided she was talking too long to decide what percent tip she’d choose. My friend does not live here, so unfamiliar with that system, was trying to read the options. When the woman suddenly just reached over and slammed on the no tip option! And threw the receipt at her like saying just hurry up and get out! Appalled!! And we didn’t even finish and had to throw out our ice creams as they were terrible. Stay away! A customer deserves better service and a lot more respect.

This placed is designed horribly! To small no room to stand in line. If more then 3 people in the store to crowded. The workers moved has slow as sloth and are unfriendly and seem to have no emotions. Love Ben and Jerrys ice cream. But this place is an embarrassment.

I LOVE Ben and Jerrys ice cream. The sampling is GREAT!!! What I don’t love are overcooked and stale sundae ingredients. Do not get a cookie sundae unless you like your cookies overcooked (the lady told me they were baked fresh, and they are, but overbaked, almost burnt) Don’t get peanuts unless you like them stale with no crunch. The ice cream is great everything else needs work.

Huge ice cream next to the ocean. Mostly take away service, since there are only few seats outside. The Ben&jerry icecream tastes are really good and you can add also various topping. There are also smoothies, brownies and other cool stuff. Sometimes the place get crowded and the service can became slow

Ice cream is good, but the staff was rude and totally broke health code. my friend asked for two scoops of different types, the guy messed up and after she gave it back to him he put the (touched) ice cream back in the case. gross.

Midway along the main Hollywood boardwalk this store is worth the stop. From sorbet to the typical original ice cream flavors they serve your be st flavors fast and for a decent price. Usually not terribly crowded and they do have a bathroom.

Very kind staff and great ice cream!The only thing is the shop setup thats poorly designed: There are actually 2 lines going on in a narrow space, the ice cream buckets are spread in 2 places in the store and the cashier in the middle. Unfortunately, theres also only a couple of sitting spaces.

None of the icecreams are sugar-free (or no sugar added). The staff was pleasent. It was extremely expensive ($24 for 3 icecreams). The shop is small there is no room to move.

Awful customer service. Staff is rude, impatient and not accomodating at all. My 5 year old son is very picky and doesnt like the toppings placed on his ice cream. The staff refused to give him the small amount of toppings on the side, and seemed okay with me explaining to him that we would have to go next door to purchase candy to use as toppings. Dont go here, especially with children.

They always have delicious flavors for everyone including lactose intolerant or those that are vegan. In addition they have sweet hearted workers.

It’s Ben and Jerry’s so you know the quality is great. But the prices are ridiculous here. I got 2 small cups and the guy barely put a whole scoop in each cup.. $6 for a small cup but they won’t even put a generous serving in it.. you can come here and pay $6 for one scoop or just get a pint at publix for the same price.. I’ll go to a cold stone before I go to another Ben and Jerry’s location, at least cold stone will give you a nice big portion.

The place is small but they have good variety of ice cream as well as toppings. They also have sweets. The staff is fast and the prices according to the area, somewhat high but ... This is Miami.
