I didn’t come in to buy anything, instead I went inside with my friend to get out of the pouring rain. The owner, I assume, greeted us and believe it or not pulled out some chairs for us. I would say customer service went above and beyond but I wasn’t a customer. So, in this case the hospitality of this place was a blessing. Thank you!

I was looking for teak furniture on line when I found a local resource-House of Teak. I never expected I would have the absolutely wonderful experience that I did. I went to their gorgeous new showroom and was greeted so graciously by Victor. He listened to what I needed and had exactly what I was looking for-and the quality and prices were exceptional. I can not say enough about the product-everyone I host remarks on how beautiful it is. And Victor is one of the most gracious, kind people I have ever met. His service is exceptional. I like to support local businesses run by good people who go above and beyond and Victor and the House of Teak are remarkable.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing from the House of Teak. Id been looking around online for a teak shower mat, but couldnt find anything that was remotely close to the dimensions I needed.I saw House of Teak on Amazon, and decided to call them to try and buy 2 mats (that put together wouldve been a close fit). Victor answered, and after explaining my intention to combine the mats - he offered to custom cut a full-sized mat for us, which ended up being almost the same price!The mat looks beautiful, and is certainly better than any plastic or rubberized alternative. My only problem is that I was initially worried about the mat not being able to fit, so I gave dimensions that were about a half-inch or inch smaller than the shower. Victor cut the exact dimensions I gave him, so if I could do it again... I would probably only leave one side short (to pick up/set down the mat), and let the other one go the full length.Normally I wouldnt comment on the shipping unless there was an issue - but I was genuinely impressed at receiving the package. The (large) package was double-boxed, and had at least 3 extra layers of heavy-duty cardboard above and below the mat in the package. You wouldve literally had to take a hatchet to this thing to damage it.Overall: We love the shower mat, are very satisfied, and will definitely be returning!

Paid close to $2,000 for 2 lounger chairs, stain was worn off within 4 months. Additionally, wheels fell apart after 2 months. Chairs were barley moved. Promised someone would restrain them yearly. Had to call multiple times to keep getting broken promises. Finally they came and re stained them. 6 months later, again chairs looked very bad. ( I’ll share pictures). Requested a re staining. Told they would come out. Never came. This was the worst waste of money and time arguing with the owner ever. Too many other places out there. Check them out before coming here

Called to have my table serviced with coating, (Warranty 3years, 1 free coating). I offered to bring it to the them instead of them coming to my home( Covid). Victor the owner, doesnt let you speak on the phone, was more concerned with what I was going to tip the person; youll tip $75.00 right? Clearly doesnt understand how to communicate with people, and doesnt honor his warranty.
