We are really happy with their service. We had a unique sized bed we needed a mattress for and they called around and located one at a different store hours away and had it available within days. When I went to pick it up, I was alone with three kids on a snowy night and they loaded and tied everything down for me which was so helpful!

Thanks.If youre looking for an inexpensive but decent bed, look elsewhere. I was looking for a mattress and was told they didnt have one set up on the floor but could give me a demo on a bed that is similar according to the sales person. Ended up going home with a mattress that amounts to a 5 memory foam mattress topper. I paid an extra 70 bucks for a mattress protector so I could return it for store credit within 30 days. I plan to take advantage of that return policy and hopefully that goes better than my original experience.

We stopped in to find a mattress for my daughter who is a student at USU. The prices were great and since we were on our way out of town we did the lay away plan to hold the mattress so they could deliver when she got back in town. Typical mattress outlet place. Good prices. Willing to negotiate. Love loved that the mattresses were organized in a while way that made it fast and easy. Somewhat limited selection of brands but Im fine with that. Delivery is not free but I picked it up with a friend. Helpful sales associate.

Did not realize I would get mattress off of the salesfloor. Blue ink from Dallass hand on the mattress and the mattress is dirty. Well will have to clean the mattress and spray it for bed bugs before I use it. Not happy.

I think this is probably the best option in terms of price for mattresses in Logan. We shopped around for quite a while and these guys had the best prices. They have some that are brand new that they carry in stock, but the majority are scratch and dent mattresses from the manufacturers so you are a little bit limited to what they have on hand. Their salesmen were all really nice and werent pushy at all. Will definitely look here when we need another mattress.

We just upgraded our mattress and are very happy with it. The salesman was very helpful and patient as we tried different things out. He was aware of our budget and didnt try and push us to get anything we didnt want to pay for. We ended up finding the perfect mattress and were able to negotiate a great price. They even threw in a set of free sheets and discounted the mattress protector. Supposedly the mattress has a scuff or something on it, but I honestly dont even know where. Dont shy away from scratch and dent mattress places, its the only way to go. Buying perfect full price mattresses doesnt even make sense to me.

We went in here not sure knowing what we liked and Kolten was able to quickly help us identify what felt right for us. They have a good selection and are not pushy. No complaints. Wedding in to buy a mattress over the winter. Nice beds for a fair price. Sales staff was helpful, I told him my budget but after sales tax and everything it was over budget I wasnt happy about that. I have been enjoying my matress though!

We tried a few other mattress places before ending up here. The salesman, Jason, was awesome to work with. He was very nice and not too pushy. He asked what we wanted, and when the mattress we wanted to try was underneath 5 other mattresses, he didnt hesitate to pull them all off so we could try it out. They delivered the mattress the same day we bought it and even got rid of our old one. The King size mattress we bought is awesome and was under $300. We had an awesome experience and We highly recommend!!

I was very pleased with this store. It was a no pressure, no nonsense experience. Brenda, the lovely and friendly saleswoman, was extremely pleasant to work with. I was greeted promptly walking in the door with a hand shake and smile. I explained what I was currently sleeping on and what it was I was looking for and that I have a bad back. She walked right over to a stack and said lets start here and proceeded to explain why she thought Id like it. She nailed it on the first try. I was told to lay on it how I would sleep for several minutes so my body could relax to it. Brenda never tried to sell me on anything else other than what it was I wanted. She went above and beyond with the delivery and called her driver to see if he would come in early to get it delivered to me first thing in the morning instead of having to wait a day or two for it. I will gladly recommend this place to anyone and will most definitely be returning when it comes time to purchase another mattress.

Went to buy my first mattress as a married couple, the saleswoman/manager answered all our questions and meet all my concerns about the bed. She worked with us and helped in any way she could. She arranged to get our california king mattress delivered and set up. The salesman that delivered our bed was quite knowledgeable and stayed to help me set up the frame. We have two sets of cotton sheets were got from the Utah Mattress Outlet. They were excellently priced and are soft and durable. Would recommend this company to all my friends looking for a new mattress. A+ company.

Awesome store! Ive bought a number of products from Utah Mattress Outlet. Their prices cant be beat, and they have a variety of products to suite anyones preference. The general manager, Jason, personally assisted me with finding a mattress. They have a unique return policy that allows you to try a mattress out for a few days and return it if it wasnt exactly what you were looking for. BLS was our salesperson. A very nice woman, that was knowledgeable about the product, and concerned about my wife, and her needs. We were set on a mattress, and she convinced us to upgrade based upon sleep patterns, and height/weight. The sales woman was concerned about our price range, but also of the value and quality of what she was selling us. I only gave four stars because I rarely give five. BLS gets five stars!

Worst possible place to buy a mattress.We need to replace ours after only one year. Felt great in store but we can hear springs regularly popping inside, the mattress is ridiculously squeaky, and it has completely flattened into the shape of our bodies.In the past we have used an inexpensive Walmart mattress for ten years with much more comfort than this significantly more expensive mattress has provided over one short year.No returns/exchanges policy prevents us from recouping any of the value. Beyond frustrated and annoyed to have wasted a thousand dollars here.

No!!!Don’t expect a good price. I went in for a mattress and they quoted prices. BUT when things got serious, I found out the box spring was extra. Total ripoff. So I went to Palmers and got an honest deal.I bought a mattress set at the Rexburg outlet and there was NO hassle about it being the mattress and box springs. And full cost was the same as Logan’s mattress only hoax.

We are closing on a house and went in to mattress outlet based on their 90 days same as cash no credit check promotion. While buying a house you cannot open a new line of credit. THEY PULLED OUR CREDIT.. TWICE! They blatantly straight up lied to us jeopardizing the closing of our home. Very bad business practice. We won’t be returning and we will be using this as a topic of conversation around town. Truth in advertising is still a law, mattress outlet. Shame on you.

Very dissapponted in this company! Purchased a mattress from them and within 6 months we had to return it. The owner then convinced us to trade up and get their Enso bed because it was supposedly amazing and came with a 20 year warranty if ANYTHING goes wrong. They boast about their Enso mattresses having this 20 year warranty, but when you come back a mere 4 years later because you’re sleeping in holes and wake up every morning with a back ache, they tell you the warranty doesn’t cover the holes. Unfortunately for them we won’t be foolish enough to come back this time.
