I had signarama do are business sign about 2 years ago all went ok until it started to turn brown and discoloration began when I called to have someone look at the sign they told me its been 2 years ago and that there is nothing they can do .so tell me if you call a sign company and they tell you it will only last 2 years would you do it ...I dont think you would than thay ask for my contract I told them I misplaced it first they found it than it was not there anymore. Just not a way to do business whit a local business especially when we are all trying to reopen safely after being closed for almost a year .you know the saying its all about the 💵

Im starting to live this place. I opened a clinic across the street and they did my signs within the same week. I opened an office in pembroke pines and they did my signs within the week. Im opening an office on bird road tomorrow and the signs will be up tomorrow morning and they started designing on Monday. Love the quick service and awesome people. Highly recommended and preferred printer in South Florida. We have worked with them on numerous project from large tradeshow banners, promotional stickers, huge quantities of high-quality trifold brochures (75,000 was our last order) and various promotional pieces. Oftentimes, these are last minute orders that are time sensitive due to being needed at events. Signarama has come through in a pinch every time. Very reliable and extremely pleasant folks to work with.

Signarama is one of the worst businesses I have ever had to deal with. Not only do their sales representatives not know how to communicate with the laborers, but it took MONTHS to produce the sign for our store front. After weeks of calling them, pushing them and hearing their excuses for delayed service, we were finally able to get them out to the location with a sign. About 15 min after they started installation, they realized they made the sign the wrong size. They instructed us that they would have it fixed and brought back the next day... It then took 5 days and a little under 30 phone calls, which were dodged by their sales rep Joyce, to get them out there with a new sign. So this new sign, a joke, the letters were not even and even had an obvious break going through them. Even worse, Joyce had the nerve to ask for the check for the job, before it was complete. So a couple more days and another 20-30 phone calls, they sent this guy out to fix the issue. He put colored pieces of tape on the sign therefore making it look even worse. And again, we continuously tried reaching out to Joyce, and then reached out to her boss, Jason, who is just as equally incompetent. They basically just kept giving us the run around of excuses on why they cant produce a proper sign. The owner of our business contacted the owner of Signarama where he was told they would be out that night to fix everything. No surprise, nobody showed up. At this point we discontinued business with this terrible company. Wasted so much time and effort with them, just to call a different place to have come out almost immediately with a great sign and put it up in no time.

Dont use them for vinyl lettering for your business vehicle. Gave them a simple job, put vinyl lettering on my car that I use for business. Please do yourself a favor and never use this company.They were issued a job in December of 2014 to make repairs to a store front Sign. Once they arrived on site their technician misdiagnosed the repairs needed. He quoted to replace the transformers for a LED sign, he arrived on site and said that the repairs did not work.He then quoted to open up channel letters to make repairs to each LED letter, and once he received approval, he then realized that the letters were not able to be repaired, they needed to be replaced. It took him 2 trips to realize this,( why I do not know).When he received approval to replace the sign in March, it took them nearly 3 months to fabricate the sign. Once it was fabricated, they kept saying it was going to get installed, and here we are 07/21. I had to reach out to several other vendors in the FL area to pick up the sign from Signarama and install .Nearly $2,000 later they charged me for the fabrication of the sign(which i have no problem with) but they also charged me for the trips out there for replacing transformers that did not need to be replaced. The requested I give a deposit prior to beginning the work, on the agreement that they would install the sign, and obviously this did not happen.The entire staff are a bunch of incompetent human beings. Jason the owner if you can even call him that, did not want to deal with any issues i had with the project, but miraculously decided to call me to get paid for the sign that he never installed. I must have called and asked for him over 100 times throughout the project and the only time i heard from him was when he threatened to sue my company( how convenient). He is such an unprofessional person and does not deserve to own a business, as he gives the Franchise (Signarama) a horrible name. He dodged every request i made to speak to him regarding the project and kept giving excuses.Joyce must be the biggest flaw in the company, as she promised on a daily basis that this work was going to get done in a timely manner. She tried to justify the fact that she charged me for a transformer that was not needed. I mean come on, if it didnt need to be done and your tech diagnosed the sign incorrectly then own up to your mistake. Dont promise anything if you cannot even deliver.I even reached out the their Corporate office, and they were not even able to help. I feel as a franchise, their corporate office should be held liable for the mistakes that the branch makes.In the end if you have a sign job in the Hollywood area please do not even use this company, they are a rip off. The owner is such a con artist, and the rest of the staff are oblivious on how to run a business. You have a better chance of hiring a company from another country than to rely on this branch, as well as the Stuart branch.This will be posted on every internet outlet, that i am able to leave a review for this POS company.
